Sheri isn't here at the moment, Justin has left. Liz feels like she's lost two friends. Before leaving, Justin visited her saying goodbye his way. She hasn't realized what he was doing until people were saying that he's not at school anymore. Instead, Alex and Jessica come back. Well, Liz and them aren't quite friends but felt sorry for them when people said they're not going to school for a long time.

The trial starts now after five months have been passed. Liz thought about going to Tyler's hearing but she had no idea if that was right as she's not been close to anyone of the people that are involved. She's heard about the rumors about Bryce, of course. But she would never believe anyone else than her best friends. After all, it's only Bryce, Monty and her right now.

All of the boys from baseball team and the girls from the cheerleading squad sit on the banquettes listening to Coach reading a paper about how they would have to wait until their sexual partner would say yes. They're at least trying to do something about the rumors in this school.

"Silence or not enough resistance is not a sign of allowance. The agreement has to happen in words or actions." "What if she screams?", Scott of all people jokes which makes everyone laugh but also look at Liz and she feels like she's being watched. Why are people always looking at the girl and cheering for the boy when it comes to sex? "Do you want to become a comedian, Mr. Reed?", Mr. Porter becomes annoyed, "Or do you want to play baseball? I can make you leave the team. Fine."

"So Jess is coming back?", Chloe asks Liz excited, "How about Sheri?" "I hope so for Jess, she's one of the bests in our team. Sheri will be here in not a long time but I don't know the exact date yet." Chloe and Liz are now the captains of the cheerleading team since Sheri had to leave. They are a good team as they are friends anyways.

"Jess, hey, it's good to see you again. You're on time for training and we would love to have you as flyer. You're athletic and concentrated. It's some work but you're up to right?" "Of course, I'd love to!" "The choreography is new so maybe you'd look at it first?", Liz suggests and waits until Chloe goes away, "She's still a little bit reserved but you're going to be our flyer so it'll be alright."

"Man, Jeff, when are you coming back as a member of our team?", Bryce asks him when they sat in the cafeteria during lunch break. "I hope I can help you out for our baseball event." "Wait, not even two weeks are left until then. That's too much stress for you", Liz looks at him as if he became insane. "Calm down, Els, we were all worried about your boy Jeff but we need him and let's not forget that he needs us", Monty grins as usual.

"Fuck Monty, I told you to not annoy us with your bullshit", Scotty suddenly speaks up, "Your jokes could at least be funny but they're not." Scott might have learned to accept the fact that there's a past between his girlfriend and his best friend but today, it triggered him when Monty called Jeff Liz' boy.

"What's going on now?", Chloe whispers to Liz not looking away from the two boys. "You can ask it loudly, Chlo. Just because Scotty's jealous again doesn't mean we can't talk about it", Monty picks up a fight unknowingly, he thinks he's being funny. "Monty, I swear.. What, Jeff?", Liz steps in but they all look up to him as he stands up, his hands are clenched to a fist.

"Yes, I'm leaving because of your bullshit. I don't need anyone to be worried about me or to make fun of me. I want to be a part of the team so I'll do that. I'm done being the one idiot you can make fun of!" "Thanks, Monty", Liz rolls her eyes when Scott and her decide to do the same as Jeff leaving their friends behind.

"Why do you help Alex so much? Are you his butler or what?", Bryce, Zach and Liz walk next to each other. "No, that's got nothing to do with it. My mom wanted me to help him because she's friends with his parents." "Is he going to testify?", Liz asks interested. "I don't know if he can because of his.. I mean he's not the Alex he's been before physically." "Right.. When is your turn?" "You're going to testify?", Liz looks surprised at her friend, "Why didn't you tell me?" 

"In a few days, it's nothing that we need to talk about. Oh and Bryce, my mom says thank you for the attorney. She said that you've asked me already." "Yeah, I wanted to but then I thought it's better to be quick, you know." "Makes sense, yes. But does that mean that they've summoned you as well?" "No, I'm just taking care of you. We're all in the same boat. Liz, what about you?" "I didn't get anything, not yet."

"Jess, what's wrong?", Liz asks her when she sees Chloe and her talking on the field but there are teardrops on my Jess' cheeks, "Chloe, stop talking. She's sad, don't you see that?" "I only tried to tell her that she shouldn't think that we're on different sides only because Bryce is my boyfriend and Scott is yours. She's welcome in our team." "Chloe!"

"Don't touch me", Jess shakes the blonde girl's hand off of her shoulder before running away. "Great, thanks. You knew that no one should know that!" "Seriously? This should be for the yearbook? Go away and take pictures through windows, you pervert!", she ignores her shouting at Tyler.

"You're incredible", she shakes her head at Chloe before running after Jess but she already left the field so she was no where to be seen. "Tyler, she didn't mean it that way. Chloe had a weird talk with Jess, she's mad", Liz tries to talk to him now but he just nods.

"Sheri, you're back! You told me you'd be here in two weeks if you were lucky", Liz runs over to her and hugs her tightly. "I thought that and when they told me I could leave earlier I thought why not surprise my friends?", she looks from Liz over Zach to Monty and Scott. "It's good to have you back, Holland", Montgomery grins when the others welcome her back.
