Liz has decided to show Scott that she doesn't want to be with Jeff but with him instead. So when she sees him walking through the garden after their game, she walks up to him confidently. As soon as she is close to him, she turns his face so he looks at her and she pulls him to her, lays his lips onto his without thinking about anyone else around them. Scott is surprised, of course, but he kisses her back even more passionately. "You can't pretend that you didn't like it", she grins at him shyly. "No, I really can't", he chuckles. He's missed her. Even though he's been disappointed, he would want her to be with him, not Jeff.

"Monty said you think that Jeff and I are going to be together again but we're not. What happened between us was an accident which we won't repeat. I like you, Scotty. Maybe I'm just too afraid of starting a new relationship or too dumb to realize what's really going on. But what you had prepared on Sunday was absolutely amazing and I knew it was right to agree on going on a date with you", she confesses nervously, „And you may or may not have made me fall in love with you."

"So you really want to be my girlfriend, huh?" "No one's ever asked me as romantic as you did", she shrugs her shoulders acting cool. "I thought Jeff did? And didn't you not care about flowers and stuff?", he jokes about her when she said she doesn't care about how it happens. "I don't care about it, but it's still flattering what you did. Especially because you were the one who did it." He looks at her seriously, holds her face between his hands, „I love you, too, Ellie."

"Hey, what's going on here? Liz, I need to borrow Scotty", Sheri walks over completely drunk making a disgusted face, "Mountain tries to catch me." "Well, I'd help you, Holland, but I think you need to lean on Jeff, I'm busy here." Scott and Liz have fun watching her being drunk. "No, you're not. You didn't let her explain and fight for you on Sunday so please, come and help protecting me", she groans looking at Monty who comes closer in his bathing trunks.

Liz giggles realizing that after all this time they could still have so much fun together, „Sher, I love you but you came to the wrong time. Scott just forgave me and we're not going to hide it. Also since when do you two have a problem?" "We don't but he's trying to set me up with Chris in the jacuzzi because of a bet - ew. Wait, did I hear that right?"

"Holland, there's your drunk ass", Monty takes her by her waist then looks at Scott and Liz' hands that are connected, "Damn, you really did something. Treat her right, Scotty." "Go away, Monts", Liz chuckles shaking her head while he runs away with Sheri.. as if Scott wouldn't treat her right. Scott follows the others to get drinks for him and Liz.

"You really let Sheri alone with Chris?", Chloe laughs looking at the two of them. Sheri was really behaving weird because of how much she had drunk. Liz would help her if she really hated the situation but Sheri doesn't. She is just drunk playing around and Liz knows her well enough to say she is still fine. She'd do something if she needed to. Plus, it's her last party before going to juvie so they wanted to just enjoy it. 

"She should get some, too. I mean you've got Bryce and I've got Scott so she's the only one left", Liz smiles. "Wait, you and Scotty? When? I'm so happy for you!", Chloe hugs her happily. "Just a few minutes ago but he had already asked me on Sunday so I'm not going to pretend it didn't happen although it's weird that we become a couple at one of Bryce's parties. Thanks, Chlo."

"You said it, one of Bryce parties. Considering you basically spend more time partying here than you go to school and you don't miss a class often, I'm not surprised." "Well, you also spend more time here or at one of our houses than at your own home", Jeff joins "Don't mock me! It's not my fault you all can't live without me." "Without your car, you mean", he retorts amused. "Are you alright with Scott and I dating?"

She knows that she didn't have to ask, he could just talk to her if he didn't like it although it wouldn't really change a lot but she feels like they have to talk about it. "I just want you to be happy, that's it. If you wanted to be with me, you would have told me. So when Scott is the reason for your cute smile like this, then so it be. I'm just thankful for the second chance that I've got after the accident. I'm surrounded by my team, my friends, my best friends. What else do I need?"

"It's crazy to sit on the passenger's seat of your car", Jeff chuckles happily on monday when he's finally going back to school, "I've also picked you when.. you know.. when we were a couple." "I know", she tries to ignore that fact and instead chooses to be funny, "Well times change and now it's my turn to be the gentleman." "Yeah well for that, you should have given me flowers. But it's alright for the first time." 

"Did Scott something say? I mean about me coming back. He said the boys were glad to see me but I'm pretty sure he thinks differently." Bye bye, enjoyable car ride. "Of course he's glad. You're his best friend. I find it pretty mean actually that you claim that he wouldn't be happy for you." "Did you tell him?" "Of course I told him that I would pick you up", she once again tries to ignore the fact that he wants to talk about them. Somehow, he hasn't accepted the fact that she's with someone else now.

"Ellie, you know what I mean. Did you tell him that we hooked up?" "Of course I have. That's why  we needed some time to-" "I want you to be honest to yourself and say that you love me!", he's never screamed at her.. until now. All of this all at once must have been too much for him. He seemed okay at the party but maybe, he just tried to cover his feelings.

"Of course I love you, damn! Tell me.. how could I not? But I like Scott and right now, I really want to be with him. Jeff.. we were each others first loves, how could I ever stop loving you? I'm sorry. I know you're afraid of car rides and I'd love to distract you from that but can we do that by talking about something else?" "I'm sorry, Ellie. I.. It's not easy right now.." "I know, J, I know."
