(October 31)

A few weeks after the group's hang out at the karaoke bar, today was Alexa, Mike and Nessie's favorite holiday and for Y/N, his second favorite as the day is the day of scare and fright, Halloween.

Wasting no time, Y/N had his costume ready and he is going as the character who introduced him to the genre of horror, Friday the 13th's masked slasher and Mortal Kombat XL guest character, Jason Voorhees.

While Y/N was looking for the hockey mask for his costume, he got a facetime call from Mike.

Y/N: Beetlejuice? What have you done with my best friend? I didn't say your name three times

The pure fan was referring to Mike's costume as Beetlejuice while he cracked a joke.

Mike: what do you think of my costume, man?

Y/N: on point and very accurate

Mike: thanks, and who are you going as?

Y/N: uh well, if I can find the hockey mask, I'll be going as Jason

Mike: good choice

Y/N: found it!

Mike: the hockey mask?

Y/N: nope, the plastic toy machete which is also part of it

Mike: you need the hockey mask, man

Y/N: I know, so who is Nessie dressing up as?

Mike: her own take on the character Lydia from the movie

Y/N: oh okay

Mike: is Pete coming?

Y/N: he's taking his family trick or treating somewhere, so he's not coming with us

Mike: so it will be the four of us at a Halloween party tonight

Y/N: can't wait, and I'm curious on what Alexa will be wearing

Mike: and as usual, her "boyfriend" will be at some other Halloween party, leaving her alone again

Y/N: well that won't happen because she'll be with her awesome friends

Mike: that's right

Y/N: yes! I found it!

Mike: Jason's mask?

Y/N: ta-da!

The former airman said as he showed the mask.

Mike: that mask looks authentic, dude

Y/N: it does, right? The color makes it look like it came from the movie

Mike: alright man, we'll see you tonight at the Halloween party

Y/N: where is it at though?

Mike: Universal Studios is having their annual Halloween Horror Nights, so that is where we're going tonight

Y/N: alright gotcha

Mike: later Jason

Y/N: later Beetlejuice

As the best friends ended the call, Alexa has sent Y/N a text message regarding her Halloween costume, but what Y/N got was a vague hint.

alexa_bliss_wwe_: my Halloween costume is very sharp in the ends. That is all I'll give you, so you can guess for yourself, see you tonight and I'll provide two more hints before we leave for Universal Studios.

Y/N: "sharp in the ends?"

The only clue he can understand from Alexa's hint is the word "sharp," so Y/N's first guess was the Ghostface from Scream, since it wields a knife as a weapon which is sharp, and the design of the mask has a sharp design.

Y/N laid out his Jason costume and carried on with his daily routine. A few weeks back, Y/N has bought an exercise machine, punching bag and a couple of dumbbells, so he can work out from the comfort of his own home, and luckily for him, his TV was showing a marathon of Friday the 13th.

(One hour later)

After Y/N was done with his workout while he watched Jason killed some people, he received another message from Alexa, and it was the second hint to her Halloween costume.

alexa_bliss_wwe_: here is your second hint Y/N. My character doesn't wear a mask to kill people

Y/N: a no mask killer, huh?

Y/N had numerous guesses for this one as he applied it to the first hint regarding sharp. His first guess was Norman Bates from Psycho, but he instantly crossed him out since he is just a regular person. His next guess was the cannibal from Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal Lecter.

Y/N: Hannibal kills people without wearing a mask and uses a sharp instrument to murder

Y/N knew he may be right, but he has one more hint from Alexa coming in later before the group of friends leave for Universal Studios.

(An hour later)

As Y/N was eating his lunch and fed the dogs, he heard his phone ring and saw that Alexa has dropped the last hint regarding her Halloween costume.

alexa_bliss_wwe_: last hint Y/N, here you go. A fedora to turn dreams into nightmares

Y/N: fedora... dreams and nightmares

He put all three clues together, and Y/N has solved the identity of the character that inspired Alexa's costume.

Y/N: Alexa is going as Nightmare on Elm Street's Freddy Krueger; mystery solved!

Freddy fits within the hints Alexa provided; what the Goddess meant sharp ends is that she is referring to Freddy's trademark finger knife glove. The second hint is obvious since Freddy doesn't wear a mask to scare his victims. The last hint is also obvious since it points out Freddy's signature fedora hat and his power to kill people in their dreams, since he is strong and powerful in the dream world. And as luck would have it, the next movie that was showing was the crossover horror film, Freddy vs. Jason.

Y/N: two classic icons of horror going at it

(A couple of hours later)

It was almost 6:00 p.m., and Y/N has already put on his Jason costume; he got a text message from Alexa, telling him to pick her up. Y/N got his toy machete and Halloween bag and left his apartment to pick up Alexa Bliss Krueger. 

(15 minutes later)

In the spirit of Halloween, Y/N put on the mask and got into character as Jason as he parked in front of Alexa's house. Y/N Voorhees got out of his car and slowly and ominously walked towards her door like how the real Jason does. Then Y/N knocked on the door.

Meanwhile, Alexa was already dressed up as Freddy, and heard her door knocked.

Alexa: coming!

The Goddess opened the door and was greeted by Y/N-Jason raising his machete. Alexa screamed in fear.

Y/N: gotcha!

The pure fan removed his mask to Alexa.

Alexa: Y/N?! Why did you scare me like that?!

She playfully slapped his arm.

Y/N: what? I'm just getting into the spirit-

Alexa knew Y/N was looking at her as Freddy, but her costume was her ring attire inspired by Freddy.

Alexa: so you like my costume?

To avoid her seeing his blushing face, Y/N slipped his hockey mask back on his face.

Y/N: oh you look really pretty and scary at the same time

Alexa: thanks Y/N

Then she walked towards him ominously while singing her own take of Freddy's Coming for You.

Alexa: 1, 2 Alexa is coming for you

Y/N played along by tilting his head like Jason as he watched Alexa Krueger walking closer to him. Then Alexa brought her hand wearing her version of Freddy's finger knife on Y/N's hockey mask. Under the mask, Y/N was sweating and blushing, but he had to keep character as the motionless slasher.

Then the two hear the car horn from Mike Beetlejuice and Lydia Nessie.

Mike: hey Freddy, Jason, let's get the show on the road

Alexa: we're coming

Y/N: yeah yeah, we're coming

Alexa locked her door and Y/N opened the car door for her. The Dream Goddess smiled and got in the passenger seat as Y/N got into the driver's seat and followed Mike to Universal Studios for the Halloween Horror Night.

A couple of minutes later, the four friends parked in front of the park to see hundreds of visitors in costumes ranging from the classics such as Dracula, Frankenstein and the Wolf Man to more cultural characters such as the Joker, Batman and other superheroes and villains.

Mike: wow, that's a lot of people

Nessie: you got the bag?

Mike: a big bag to fill with candy

Mike: Alexa, Y/N where will you two want to start?

Y/N: let's go to the haunted house

Alexa: you better protect me, Y/N

Y/N: why Alexa? You scared?

Alexa playfully slapped his arm which made Y/N chuckle. 

The four friends went to the haunted house and by the time they entered, the two girls held on to the two guys.

Nessie and Alexa were screaming as the four friends walked through the attraction. As they went through the exit, Alexa was holding on to Y/N.

Y/N: Alexa it's okay now, we made it through

He said as he gently rubbed her back to calm her down.

Alexa saw she was holding on to Y/N's arm, and she gently let him go while she blushed lightly.

Then the four friends went around the park getting some sweet candy treats to fill their empty bags.

After that, they went to a restaurant to eat while they talked about their favorite horror movies.

Mike: so Y/N, do you have any favorite horror movies?

Y/N: well I have a Mount Rushmore of horror

Nessie: ooh, what is it?

Y/N: well Jason, Freddy, Michael Myers and Leatherface

Mike: wow, those are the icons of the horror slashers

Y/N: well Jason and the Friday the 13th franchise introduced me to the horror genre

Alexa: that's interesting

Y/N: how about you Alexa?

Alexa: well besides Nightmare of Elm Street as you can see, my other favorite movies included Child's Play since I also have an attire based on Chucky;  and then there is The Shining and The Ring

After a couple of hours of the friends enjoying the horror festivities, it was time for them to go, but before they leave, the group took pictures with one being the group picture and the other one being with Alexa and Y/N doing their own take on the Freddy vs. Jason movie poster.

Then the four friends got in their cars and drove back home after a fun night of Halloween. 

After a couple of minutes Y/N and Alexa stopped in front of the Goddess' house.

Alexa: I had fun tonight

Y/N: even though you were scared in the haunted house

Alexa: hey!

The Goddess playfully pouted while she playfully hit his arm while Y/N chuckled.

Alexa: good thing I have you to protect me, Y/N Voorhees

Y/N: of course, I'm your amazing friend

Alexa smiled and hugged him before she got out of his car and got in her house while Y/N waited for her so she is safe.

Alexa got inside her house and gave Y/N a thumbs up, telling him that she is safe. Y/N nodded and waved goodbye to her before driving off to his apartment.

(Minutes later)

After Y/N put his costume away, he changed into his night clothes as he is ready for bed. Then he heard his phone's ringtone telling him he has been tagged on Instagram. He went to see Alexa has posted the pictures from the park with the caption:

Y/N smiled and liked her post before he put his phone to the table and went to sleep for the night after enjoying Halloween with his amazing friends.
