Alexa's mind and heart were at conflict after the Goddess saw the newly revamped Y/N on Instagram. She woke up early to go do a workout at her home gym, hoping to clear her composure.

(Meanwhile with Y/N)

Y/N was starting to get back to his old and normal self after his activities at the gym and the shooting range helped him get back on his feet. The only people who knew of his new living quarters were his parents, Rick, Victor, Mike and Nessie. Today was Saturday, so it was his day off and he was planning on going to the gym and shooting range.

Then Y/N received a text message from Mike.

Mike: dude, what time are you free?

Y/N: just come around 5 or 5:30 this afternoon because I'm gonna be at the gym, shooting range and I need to buy some food

Mike: alright man, take care

Y/N: you too

Y/N gave his corgi and golden retriever their food while he cleaned up around as he was preparing for Mike and Nessie's visit.

(11:00 a.m.)

Y/N was dressed up for his workout session at the gym. He left his dogs their lunch before he left. Then Y/N exited his apartment and drove to the gym.

Y/N wrapped his hands and went right to work on the punching bags for a good 15 minutes. After that, he went to the treadmill and started walking before he transitioned to running while he listened to the Assassin's Creed III Main Theme - King Washington Remix

After the treadmill, Y/N went to the weightlifting area and added more weight from his last session. First time, his weight limit was 200 lbs; now he added 20 more as he build up the challenge for himself.

Y/N went back for another session with the punching bags.

Y/N's hour session was finished, so he went to the shower room and washed up. He put on his clean set of clothes and his sweaty and used clothes in a plastic bag. Y/N exited the gym and got his car and drove to the shooting range.

After a 20 minute drive, Y/N parked in front of the range. He went in and saw his instructor Jason.

Jason: welcome back Y/N; up for another round?

Y/N: yeah, I want to level up with dual .45 calibers

Jason: okay, just pay the fee and I'll see you at the shooting area

Y/N: no problem, Jay; thank god it was my payday yesterday

Y/N paid the fee and met up with Jason outside.

Y/N: Jay, why aren't we inside the usual area

Jason: you said you want the dual pistols, so I was thinking of a challenge

Y/N: you know I'm always up for a challenge

Jason: okay, so here are your dual .45 calibers all loaded and ready to go, and here are your ear muffs

Y/N: okay

Jason: and go stand on the X there

Y/N walked and stood on the X.

Y/N: so what's the challenge Jason?

Jason: shoot down your targets while they're moving towards you; you got eight moving targets

Y/N: bring it!

Jason: take aim...

Y/N positioned himself and prepared to fire his guns.

Jason: fire!

Jason pressed a button that operated the eight ballistic dummy targets. Y/N fired at the front targets followed by the sides and the ones behind him.

Jason: impressive Y/N!

Y/N: took them all down quickly

Jason: let's assess your shots

They checked to see that all of the targets were hit in the chest and head, all instant kills.

Jason: you improved, man

Y/N: thanks

Jason: now I want to test your agility

Y/N: alright

Jason: follow me back inside

Y/N followed Jason inside the building. There were targets set up.

Jason: you're pretty quick with one pistol, so I want to test how you'll do with two pistols

Y/N: challenge accepted

Y/N put in two new magazines for his dual .45 calibers.

Jason: alright whenever you're ready, I'll start the stopwatch at your first shot

Y/N fired and Jason started the clock. The pure and revamped WWE fan took all 10 targets down at lightning speed. After he took down the last target, Jason stopped the clock.

Jason: wow, 15 seconds

Y/N: what can I say, things come to me naturally

Y/N was done for the day and he thanked Jason. He returned the pistols and ear muffs before he left.

Y/N: alright last stop, the supermarket

Y/N drove to the supermarket.

(Meanwhile with Alexa)

Alexa was done with her workout session. She went to the kitchen to make a snack, but saw that she didn't have enough ingredients. Then she got a facetime call from Erin.

Erin: hey bestie!

Alexa: hey Erin!

Erin: what are you up to?

Alexa: I just finished working out and I was gonna make a snack, but I'm low on ingredients, so I'm planning to the supermarket to buy some more

Erin: let me come, so it will be a girls' day out

Alexa: yes please, get over here

Erin: on my way

The Goddess went to the bathroom and washed up. She then changed into something casual. Then she went to the living room while she waited for Erin to show up.

Alexa was on her phone as she looked through and smiled at the pictures of her and Ryan when they had dinner together at Las Vegas. Then a few minutes later, she heard knocking on her door.

Alexa: coming

She opened the door to see Erin.

Erin: hey, ready to go?

Alexa: yeah, just let me get the keys

She grabbed her house and car key and locked the front door. The two best friends got in the car and drove off.

(Back with Y/N)

Y/N parked in front of the supermarket and he put on his jacket and he connected his earphones to his phone to listen to music while he shops around.

Y/N: alright, here we go

Y/N grabbed a cart and went inside.

(Back with Alexa)

Alexa and Erin found the supermarket and went to park; the Goddess found an empty parking space; however her attention shifted to the car next to the empty space.

Erin: Lexi, you alright?

Alexa: it's Y/N's car

Erin: he's here

Alexa: ...

Erin: Lexi, I want to tell you this

Alexa: what?

Erin: Mike and Nessie told me everything; at first I didn't believe it at first, but then I looked it up and it really is true

Alexa: ...

Erin: Ryan is a total asshole

Alexa looked down and sighed.

Erin: and I do agree with Y/N, his singing voice is really bad

Alexa: come on, let's go

Erin: just saying the truth, Lex

Alexa grabbed a cart and went inside. The two friends walked around to find what the Goddess needed.

(With Y/N)

Y/N walked around for anything else he needed as his cart had eggs, frozen food and vegetables. As he walked around, he saw a blonde hair and pink tipped person in front of him.

Y/N: no, there's no way that can't be...

Y/N was not ready to look at her in person, so he turned around in the opposite direction to the cold drinks area.

(Back with Alexa)

Erin: let's get some drinks, I'm thirsty

Alexa: alright, to the cold drinks

Alexa and Erin went to the cold drinks area and that's when the Goddess saw a familiar figure.

Alexa: is that... is it him? Y/N?

Erin: Lex, there's your chance, go!

Alexa: what if he's changed?

Erin: what?

Alexa: you saw Y/N's pictures on the Instagram; he went to the gym and shooting range

Erin: maybe he just did that to relieve his stress; remember he's a working man

Alexa: you're right

Erin: now go!

Alexa took a deep breath and walked up to Y/N.

While Y/N got some soda from the aisles, Alexa slowly walked up to him without his knowledge. Then as Y/N closed the door, there standing right in front of him was Alexa. Y/N removed his earphones while he had a cold, confused and sad look on his face while the Goddess had a tearful expression on her face.

Alexa: hi Y/N

She smiled and hugged him while Y/N still had the cold face expression.

Y/N: ...

Alexa: how's your job?

Y/N: it's fine

Alexa: I saw your activities on Instagram; the gym, the shooting range; you're really impressive

Y/N: thanks

Alexa: Y/N, I'm just glad you never forgot about me

Y/N: why should I? I always see you on TV anyway, and by the way that was a great match you had on SmackDown

Alexa: thanks

Y/N: I have to go now, I got things to do

Alexa: oh okay, it was nice seeing you again

Y/N silently nodded before he walked away. Then Erin walked up.

Erin: so how it go?

Alexa hugged her best friend as tears fell from her eyes.

Erin: I guess it wasn't so good

Alexa: no, it's not that; Y/N still remembers me, but it feels I was talking to a different person

Erin: hey, the good thing is, you two talked after a little more than a month, so that's progress

Alexa: yeah

Erin: come on, let's go

The two friends went to the check out to purchase their items. Alexa looked to the outside and saw that Y/N's car was gone. After they paid for their stuff, they went in their car.

Erin: still thinking about him, huh?

Alexa nodded.

Erin: well if you don't want to believe me, Mike or Nessie about Ryan; then I think it's best that you look it up yourself to get the clear picture

Alexa stared into the open road as she drove.

(Back with Y/N)

Y/N went into his apartment room and put everything away. He got a message from Mike telling him that he and Nessie were there.

Y/N: that was fast

Then he heard a knock on the door.

Y/N: more like Barry Allen fast

He opened the door to see his best friends.

Y/N: Mike, Nessie

Mike: hey man

Nessie: glad to see that you're okay

They hugged Y/N.

Y/N: please come in

Mike and Nessie went in and they were impressed of Y/N's new place.

Mike: nice place you have man

Y/N: thanks, it still the same rent as the old house

The two friends sat down while Y/N made drinks for them.

Nessie: so how are you doing?

Y/N: well, the shooting range really helped me

Mike: what was it for?

Y/N: just something I wanted to do

Nessie: well we're glad to see you're back to your old self

Y/N: well, I was at the supermarket and I saw... Alexa

Nessie: oh

Mike: what happened?

Y/N: it was a bit awkward, and she told me she was impressed of my latest pictures

Mike: yeah, you've been gaining muscle lately

Y/N: I revamped myself

Nessie: serious question Y/N, if Alexa knows the truth, will you give her a second chance?

Y/N: only time will tell

The three friends talked and hung out for two hours until Mike and Nessie went home.

Then Y/N went to the balcony and overlooked the city while he thought about his fateful encounter with Alexa. Then he went his room and fell asleep.
