chapter 26 : Bella

As soon as I saw Hanna walking into the Great Hall in the same clothes that she wore the day before, I had loads of questions to ask her. She looked amazingly happy, something that I was pretty sure that I hadn’t seen on her before. She seemed to…glow. As creepy as that sounds, she seemed to glow.

“Good morning,” she chimed, taking the seat beside me and taking a piece of toast. “Sleep well last night?”

I smirked at her. “I did, but I’m guessing you did too. If you slept at all that is.”

“How could you tell?” she asked, trying to hide her huge smile.

I took a bite of my eggs. “You’re…glowing.” I felt weird even saying it. “That’s actually how I was after I did it for the first time with Gregory. Everything just seemed so right with the world after we had become one. We loved each other so much…”

I tried to push the memories of Gregory and me, but they just kept coming. I felt Hanna wrap her arms around me in a comforting hug. I wiped my eyes because I had started crying. I hated to cry, especially in front of people.

“It’s going to be okay,” Hanna whispered to me. “You have Blaise now. Don’t tell me when you forgot about him already?”

I smiled. I instantly smiled. How could I be crying over Gregory when I had a perfectly sexy guy at my beck and call? Well, not at my beck and call. More like by my side whenever I need him. I was falling really hard for Blaise. He was my sunshine on a cloudy day, clearing up my tears.

“Hey, what’s wrong?”

I looked up to see the most perfect guy in existence standing right in front of me. I pulled from Hanna and jumped into his arms. Kissing him made me forget all about Gregory and his lies. I might have loved him before, but I love Blaise now.

“I love you,” I said, pulling from him.

I was expecting him to be shocked. We hadn’t been dating long, but I knew that I loved him. Most guys would be scared off at a girl saying those three little words so early, and I had every right to say them, especially since they were true.

But that’s not what he did.

“I love you too,” He said, without hesitation.

I smiled before he pulled me in for another kiss. I pulled away from him and looked down at Hanna. She was wearing a grin from ear to ear. She then squealed before getting up and hugging both of us. She was my total opposite, but I loved her to death.

“I am so happy for you guys!” she said as she pulled away; her eyes heading straight for the door.

“Hey, were’s Romeo?” Blaise asked, sitting down with them at the Gryffindor table. “I mean, after last night, I was pretty sure that you two would be glued at the hip.”

Hanna just sighed. “Well, Snape needed to talk to him.”

“Not again,” Blaise huffed. “I can’t believe that he’s getting all up in Draco’s business for like the millionth time. He is too damn nosey for his own good.”

“Why would he be worried about Draco? I don’t see that he’s doing anything wrong,” Hanna said, looking down at her plate. “He’s the sweetest guy I’ve ever known.”

“Is that what he was last night? Sweet?” Blaise laughed, but then noticed her glare so he stopped. “Anyway, he’s doing plenty wrong. He’s not as innocent as you guys think, but anywho,” Blaise said, standing. “We better get our asses to class if we want to go to Hogsmeade tomorrow. You know? The November trip? I’m so pumped!”

I smiled at my boyfriend as he kissed me on the cheek and went on his merry way. I looked over at Hanna, who looked a little shocked by Blaise’s words. I shrugged at her and stood myself. I needed to actually try to be on time for transfiguration, but that never works. No matter how hard I try, I can’t be on time for McGonagall’s class. I just don’t like her that much.

“I’ve got to go or McGonagall will give me detention,” I said, rising.

Hanna just laughed. “It wouldn’t be the first time.”

On my way up to class, I decided that I had to use the loo. I had to pee really bad, and it couldn’t wait any longer. After I was finished, I knew that I had to hurry, I was late once again. It wasn’t like it was anything new though. On the third floor, I saw Draco walking down towards me, where the steps where. I waved, but he didn’t look too happy.

“Hey, Draco. What’s going on?” I said, eyeing the odd package that he was carrying. It was wrapped in brown paper. How tacky is that?

He shrugged. “Nothing. I’ll catch you later. Okay?” he said in a hurry and passed me pretty quickly.

I turned on my heel and followed him. I know that I was going to be in major trouble with McGonagall for ditching her class, but that was the least of my worries. Draco was up to something. I could tell. He went all the way to the fifth floor. Okay? I had expected him to go straight down to the dungeons. He went all the way down to the end of the hall and a door appeared. I remembered that door. It was to the Room of Requirement. We had used it in our fifth year when Harry and Hermione started Dumbledore’s Army. What would Draco be doing in there?

That’s when all the students came out of their classrooms. Class must be over. Wow, that was quick. I turned to walk down the hall and ran into someone.

“Bells, what are you doing up here? Don’t you have class this period?”

I looked up into the eyes of the handsome Blaise Zambini, who was raising an eyebrow at me. I smirked at him with a tiny nod.

“Yes, I have class, but I was hoping to turn it into a free period,” I said with some flirt.

For some reason, I didn’t want him to know that I had followed his best friend there. Plus, I didn’t want to sit through another boring session of Professor Binns drown on and on about history. Can somebody say yawn? Besides, spending time with Blaise seemed like a wonderful idea. I just needed to get my mind off everything, especially by boyfriend’s best friend, who just happens to be my best friend’s boyfriend. Either way, I’ll be in trouble with two people if I get him in trouble.

He smirked. “That sounds wonderful to me. What shall we do? Do you want to go back to my dorm? It’s not as nice –or as private- as Draco’s, but I like it. I’ll just have to pay that stupid kid I stay with to stay out for the whole period,” a smile then spread across his face. “Maybe I won’t have to. He has class this period. He’s a total nerd. So, what do ya say?”

I nodded in excitement. “Okay, sure.”

He made it look easy sneaking into the dungeons, like he had done it many times before. I’m sure he had. He was a very good looking guy. I wouldn’t put it passed any girls who couldn’t say no to him. I was completely sure that I couldn’t say no to him. I loved him, that was pretty much everything I had over those other girls. When we made it to his room, he opened the door with a bow and a smirk.

“After you, my lady,” he said with a chuckle.

I curtsied with a laughed. “Why thank you, my lord.”

As soon as I entered the room, I was tackled onto the nearest bed. I was in a fit of giggles. He started kissing me feverishly, which stopped the giggling pretty fast. I knotted my fingers around his neck and pulled myself into him more. The only thing separating us was our clothes now, which he seemed more than willing to take off. He started with his shirt. I gazed for a moment at his muscles before he went back to kissing me. My mind was becoming fuzzy and a place further south was growing warm. I was more than ready when he pulled my shirt off over my head, and he started kissing and nuzzling my neck. I practically melted right there. I was a puddle in his hands to be molded and shaped to his desire. I was so distracted that I didn’t even hear the door creak open, but I definitely heard what was said after that.

“Jeez, Blaise, can’t you warn me before you bring some tramp up here. I almost had a heart attack.”

Blaise stopped kissing my neck and sighed into it instead. “Get out of here, Phil. This is none of your business.”

“It is when it’s also my room.”

“Just get out of here. I’ll pay you. Just leave!” Blaise yelled, in my ear too I might add.

There was a door slam, and those lips were back to the spot they were before it was open. All of a sudden, I didn’t want to do it. I didn’t want to go through with it. I wanted it to be special when we did it, not when some guy could just barge into our room anytime that he feels, and it’s not very romantic for your boyfriend to pay the guy in order for you to do it with him. So, I pushed him off of me.

“Blaise, get off,” I whined when he didn’t move, but this time he did.

“What’s wrong?” he asked.

“I just want it to be special. I think that we should wait, okay? I didn’t wait with my last boyfriend, and look where it got me. Blaise,” I looked into his eyes, “it has to be really special. Okay? I’ve never felt like this before, and I want everything to go perfectly.”

He laughed. “Nothing ever goes perfectly.”

I shrugged. “Somethings can, Blaise,” I said and went to protest more but I noticed something on his arm. His left arm. “Blaise?” I asked, “What’s that?”
