"Hey don't worry. Not everyone can be happy all the time. It's healthy that she got mad."

"Wait. It is?"

"Well...that's what I heard my food-givers say that to their daughter. She always tried to be happy all the time."

Blowing Wind nodded. I mean it made sense. If she was happy all the time, then she wasn't an animal, she was a silver-fur. Even silver furs were unnatural. They weren't here for a long time. Just animals dominated.

Now, these big silver-furs stomp in and dominate. No-furs are even controlling them! Mind control! The no-furs take over their minds to make them do their bidding! He mentally shivered. He'd hate to be on the receiving end of the no-furs torture. Not being able to do what you want? Being forced to go on the schedule of someone else? Not cool at all.

Just then he heard wing flaps. Thank the gods she's ok. He slowly walked over to where she was. He was really scared of her now. Hopefully, she calmed down though.

"H-h-hey. Are you ok?"

"Yeah. Just had to let some of that anger out."

"So if I tried to get close you wouldn't hurt me?"

"Yeah."

With that, he walked over and rubbed his body against Freezing Rain's.

"I'm sorry that I scared you."

"Hey don't sweat it ok? You were angry. Now show me this new place you found."

Blowing Wind looked around. This place looked pretty nice. A lake nearby to swim in. Plenty of trees so there would be tons of twigs to make dummies. It was perfect! Well except for the part of there being no place to take off! They would have to take off near the lake. Oh well.

Blowing Wind smiled. "This is amazing! Great choice Freezing Rain!" Freezing Rain blushed. She didn't expect to get praise from Blowing Wind. Well. At least he doesn't hate it.

"Thanks."

Happy to see a lake, Blowing Wind ran towards the lake. Knowing that he was excited to get clean she ran after him. Blowing Wind smiled. Wanting to dive in he flew up into the sky. Tucking in his wings he held his breath right as he went under. Popping back up he sighed with content. Even though it was very cold it felt good.

Just then Freezing Rain started to splash him. Giving her his most sinister look, he used his wings to make waves towards her. The waves got bigger and bigger until you could see it rise out of the water. Freezing Rain jumped out of the water just as it hit the shore.

"Dang it! Curse this slow water!"

Just then he heard her howl "CANNONBALL!"

Blowing Wind went under just as she hit the water. Looking up out of the water he didn't see her. Freezing Rain pulled at his legs. He grinned going under he used his paws to swipe around him. Not feeling anything he turned, just as she pulled his tail. He swiped there. Freezing Rain pulled at his back legs. He kicked. Then she pulled him up. She smiled. Blowing Wind smiled back....then attacked her.

Giggling she tried to defend herself. Blowing Wind had a really good tactic. First, he pulled her under the water, then he flew out of the water and hovered making waves. This proved useful until she spotted him fly out. She jumped and hooked her claws into his tail.

"Ow! Ow! Let go!"

"Come down then!" Blowing Wind conceded and flew back into the water. Freezing Rain unhooked her claws from his tail. Blowing Wind dove underneath her and blew bubbles on her belly. She shrieked with laughter.

"That tickled!" Blowing Wind just laughed. "Let's get out now. It's getting cold."

"Fine." Freezing Rain replied. Clearly not wanting to. They both got out of the lake and shook their fur. Freezing Rain decided to glance at Blowing Wind and saw a very handsome wolf. His fur wasn't just a bland old brown. It was bronze. The yellow fur on his tail wasn't just yellow. It looked like gold. It was as if he were made of the things that the no furs took out of the earth. She gasped. "What?" He asked.

Freezing Rain simply shook her head. "Nothing. Just realized that I'm with the most handsome wolf in the world." She went up to stand beside him. Intertwining her tail with his. Their bodies touching. Blowing Wind licked her cheek. Just then Blowing Wind glanced down. Finding some of Vladimir's fur around the edge of the lake.

"Oh! I found some of that tiger's fur. Maybe this would show us who his master is."

Freezing Rain took flight. Knowing that this is the time to get revenge. This was what she wanted. If her pack sent him, they wouldn't just have a few killed, all of them would die!

All of them deserved to die! They kidnapped me! They made me scare Minnow!

"Freezing Rain! Wait up!"

Blowing Wind took flight as well.

"What about me?"

Looking down Freezing Rain made a hasty decision. She would take her but drop her off somewhere near. Where she wouldn't see anyone die.

"Get on my back."

Minnow nodded, and as Freezing Rain landed, she jumped and hooked her claws into Freezing Rain's back.

"Cool!"

"What? What's cool?"

"My claws fit right in! It's like you have holes in your back for them!"

"You sure?"

"Yeah, I'm sure! If you don't think so make Blowing Wind check."

"Fine. I will! Hey, Blowing Wind come down here a sec won't you?"

Blowing Wind descended.

"Yeah?"

"Can you check if I have holes in my back?"

"That's a weird question but ok."

Minnow jumped off, and Blowing Wind first checked where Minnow's hind and front claws hooked into her back.

"Yup there's holes. Though it doesn't look like they're bleeding. Check me. Maybe it's because she has to keep going onto one of our backs since she can't fly."

Freezing Rain walked over and then checked in the same places she felt him check on her.

"Nothing there."

"Check higher up. I'm bigger than you are since I'm a male."

Doing as he said, she saw holes in his back.

"Found them!"

"Knew it. It's because Minnow keeps putting her claws in the same spot every time she got on our back."

"Is that bad?"

"Well, it depends on how you look at it. I don't think so because it means that she won't have to make new wounds as long as she goes in the same spot every time."

"You heard him Minnow. Stay in the same place ok? That way you won't make any new wounds."

Minnow nodded then got back onto Freezing Rain's back. Unsheathing her claws into the holes.

"Ready?"

"Yeah"

"Yep!"

"Ok. Blowing Wind you take the lead. Show us the path."

"Ok."

He sniffed the fur. Going in the direction of the scent.

🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

"Blowing Wind. I can't see you anymore. Let's land and go to sleep."

"No! We might lose the path."

"Safety is our major concern ok?"

"Fine."

Grudgingly he landed. Finally being able to go to sleep, she succumbed to sleep.

Sunlight filtered through the trees. Freezing Rain blinked. Shaking the grogginess away. Eyes bleary she wandered into the forest find food before Blowing Wind and Minnow woke up. Spotting an elk she stalked it into a clearing. Jumping onto the elk she killed it with a swift bite to the neck.

Just as she was dragging the elk back Blowing Wind and Minnow woke up. Dropping it, she smiled with her kill. This was the best kill she ever had.

"Morning guys! I got breakfast!"

Blowing Wind walked over to her. Brushing his cheek against hers he smiled.

"Thanks, Freezing Rain."

"No problem. I actually like hunting."

Minnow sniffed the elk. "It smells weird."

"What do you mean it smells weird?"

"Just smell it! It smells very weird."

Freezing Rain sniffed the elk. Minnow was right! It smelled like it was rotting from the inside out. Who could've done that? Who would have poisoned an elk without killing it? Freezing Rain carefully scratched open the poor beast. Its insides were full of maggots.

Seeing this she ran over to the nearest bush and threw up. Blowing Wind just stared and Minnow ran into the forest. Probably got sick too. This is nasty. Though how did they get into the poor elk? Normally they get in through a really bad wound, though I don't see any. Blowing Wind carefully turned the elk over revealing a scar that just recently formed.

Freezing Rain walked over to see a scar. Her eyes widened and she just stood there captivated. Shaking her head she muttered "I should have checked for really bad wounds. I got to clumsy. If Minnow didn't catch this we would've gotten food poisoning."

Minnow walked back looking like she had canine influenza. Freezing Rain looked concerned. Maybe she threw up more than I did. I look fine.

"Hey Minnow you ok?"

"Kinda.Why you ask?"

"You look like you have canine influenza."

"I do?"

"Did the you-know-what make you feel really sick?"

"Yeah. It was really nasty."

"Ok. So I should limit what you eat for awhile that way you won't actually get it if you don't already."

"Yeah."

"Anyway, thanks for warning us about them. You stopped all of us from getting food poisoning."

"Your welcome."

"Now we have to bury this that way nothing else comes upon it and gets sick."

Freezing Rain started to dig a hole that was roughly the size of the elk. Blowing Wind and Minnow jumped up and started to help. They knew that digging a hole that was roughly five feet in height would be a mighty task with One wolf. With all the three of them, it took about twenty minutes.

"Look out. I'm gonna push this in the hole. I don't want any of them getting into you. They could possibly kill you."

Minnow and Blowing Wind jumped back, not wanting to get touched by the elk. Freezing Rain slowly pushed into the hole. When they heard a thump they started burying the elk. Once the elk was successfully buried the let out a huge breath of relief.

Though the stench in there was overwhelming. They all shivered at the same time. Freezing Rain knew that their appetite was gone.

"Minnow get on my back." When Minnow was secured on her back Freezing Rain turned to Blowing Wind. "Lead the way Mr.Compass."

Blowing Wind jumped up into the sky. Just as he did Freezing Rain pushed off. He sniffed the piece of tiger fur and turned to the right direction. Freezing Rain closed her eyes towards the wind. She let out a sigh. She loved this. The wind in her face. Wings open as wide as they could, barely moving.

Blowing Wind turned and smiled. She was probably thinking about him or flying. Both of those were probably her greatest likes. He knew that flying probably relieved some stress for her. He knew it did for him. He took another sniff of the fur to make sure he was going in the right direction. It turned abruptly.

He turned to see Freezing Rain was still coasting. He shook his head.
"Hey Freezing. Over here."

Listening to his voice she turned, not wanting to get off course. After that, she kept her eyes open. She didn't want to lose Blowing Wind. He was her compass towards revenge. Though she wasn't thinking about revenge anymore. She was thinking about taking over the pack for her own. That way they could learn how to live with different wolves.

Even domesticated pups. She saw some good come to that. Having normal and abnormal wolves would give them an advantage with protecting their territory. If either she, Blowing Wind, or Minnow marked the territory it would be a different scent so all other wolves would hopefully back off. They would be scared and not want to face these strange creatures.

Though the pack might not succumb to having a flying wolf as an alpha. They might try to chase her off. That's why she was glad to have found friends. They would back her up. Protect her even if they tried to attack her. Hopefully, they won't be scaredy cats and run away.

Blowing Wind wanted so bad to turn around and make sure she was still following him. He knew that he couldn't keep checking. He could lose the tiger's scent within his own. That would be bad because what if it turned. They wouldn't know because the scent would be gone. Forever.

"Freezing Rain?" A couple second pause. He wanted to turn around so bad. What if he lost her? Then "Yeah?"

He sighed with relief. At least I didn't lose her. "Just making sure I didn't lose you."

"Well, you didn't. Don't worry about me. I'm fine. I can follow your scent if needs are. Just relax and focus on the scent ok?"

"OK."

Blowing Wind took a deep breath. He knew that being tense and worried about Freezing Rain would help nobody. It's not my fault that I worry about her. I love her and I'm not afraid to admit. Though I do have to focus on the task at hand. Who Marcellus' master was. He closed his eyes and took another deep whiff of the fur. Opening his eyes he didn't see the scent. It disappeared! This is so no good at all! I lost the scent! Where did I lose it?

"What's the matter?"

"I kinda sorta lost the scent."

"What do you mean you lost the scent?"

"Well, I can see it anymore."

"Let me see the fur."

He gave the fur to Freezing Rain who took a really deep sniff of the fur. Looking in every direction she couldn't see it. Until she looked down. She saw the fur go straight down.

(A/N Who's scent did you think Freezing Rain found? Do you think it's going to be a good or bad sign? Don't forget to leave your thoughts in the comments! Also please give this part a big gold star if you enjoyed it! I will see all you wolves...in the skies!)
