As I walk out of my father's burning office, I'm led out but one of the high guards. As we make our way to the bottom of hell all I hear is screams of pain and agony. The lost souls and sinners reaching from the bottom of the burning fire grabbing my legs begging for water. I just looked at them and sneered at how pathetic they look, it's there fault their here. I kept on walking, I was on a mission and I needed to fulfill it.

After making our way to the bottom of hell, the guard turns and looks at me.

"This is the end, my prince. When you walk through the door you will be lead to Earth. And the place you will be is Las Vegas, Nevada. When you will get there it will be day and you will be going to the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. I hope your journey is well and you get what you father desires." The guard says, bowing at the end.

"Thank you, I will be on my way." And with that I walked into the dark tunnel that led to my unknown destiny.

I walked into the unknown city, I looked around and everything looked so different. There was no fire and darkness. There were no evil creatures, no cries and screams for help. I don't know what I'm feeling right now, but I like it. This place is.......different but its what's the word....good?

I saw this huge UNLV building. I walked towards the university. There were so many people and so many emotions I could feel vibrating off of them. It's like my curse I can feel people's emotions but I can't feel my own, and even if I did feel something I wouldn't know how to describe it.

As I came more close to the building, I could feel eyes on me. When I looked around and everyone's eyes, particularly girls, were on me. I didn't know why but I didn't like it.

I was grabbing the handle of the door knob, when a girl stopped me.

"Hi, my name's Adriana Lima. You seemed to be new here so I wanted to be the first to introduce myself. What's your name?" She said smirking. I could feel the lust vibrating off of her. I would be lying if I said she wasn't attractive but honestly I don't need distractions right now.

"My names uh Justin Bieber." I said unsurely. I only said that cause I saw a kid with Bieber on his letter jacket so I just made up the first name.

"Oh really, so are you related to Drew Bieber?" She asked looking me up and down.

"Uh I-" I started to say before I was interrupted by someone.

"Sorry to butt in but Adriana I think your boyfriend wants to see you." The unknown but strikingly beautiful girl said.

"Oh yeah I totally forgot about him. Well see you later Justin, call me if you need me." She said waving goodbye and winking.

"Sorry Adriana is a handful and I thought she was bothering you. Oh sorry let me introduce myself. I'm Heaven." She said extending her hand. (A/n she's the girl in the picture up top)

"And I'm Justin." I said.

"Sorry to be nosy but its seems your new here." Heaven said tilting her head.

"Yes I am."

"Do your parents live near?"

"Uh no, they live very far away." I said. What was this the third degree!?!

"Sorry I'm asking all these questions I just wanted to know because I thought you might need a tour guide. Its just your new to not only the college but the city as well and I just thought maybe I could show you around. And I'm sorry if I'm making you feel awkward but- okay I'm rambling sorry." She said looking down blushing.

"It's fine really. And yes I do need a tour guide I don't know anyone or where to go, so would you like to be my tour guide." I said smiling for the first time in forever.

"Yes, of course! Let's go." She said. "Follow me."

30 minutes later

Heaven showed me all the classes and where they were, she even showed me my teachers. She showed me where the girl's and boy's dorms were located. She talked, well more like rambled about the college and how good it was.

"Well seems like we covered everything. You got your paperwork and everything from the front office, right?"

"Right." I said giving a thumbs up.

"Well." She said shifting awkwardly. "I-I was uh wondering if maybe, I mean only if you wanted to, like hang out or something since your new and stuff."

"Sure, I would like that." I said smiling.

"Well come on, let's go." Heaven said excitedly, leading me to a nearby café. " I want you to meet my friends, trust me you will love them."

We walked into the café, walking towards a group of people sitting at a round table. They were all talking and laughing. They looked so happy and free, in many ways I envied them. I also envied their happiness. Humans take everything for granted they don't know just how lucky they are. Don't take anything for granted because when its stripped away from you, you will wish you didn't.

"Hey guys, I want you to meet my new friend Justin." Heaven said gesturing towards me. "This is Marina, my best friend." She said pointing at the brunette. "And Emily and Ashley their twins." She said pointing at the blonde twins. "And last but not least is James and Colton."

"It's nice to meet all of you." I said politely.

"Its nice meet you too." They all said in unison.

"Oh my gosh Justin I love your supras! I don't know many guys that can rock that." Marina said gawking at my shoes.

"Um thanks." I'm still so new to all this talking and being nice.

Heaven and I eventually sat down and everyone joined in the laughter and fun conversation. The girls really seemed to like me they kept on asking me about my style ands my tattoos. Even Colton askes me a few things but not James. If James's looks could kill I would be dead five times over. His eyes burned a hole in my skull, and I knew he didn't just not like me he loathed me.

"Hey Justin even though today's Monday I wondered if maybe Wednesday if you might want to go too church with us. You would love it and it could be your new church home sense your new here." Heaven said shly looking up at my expression occasionally.

"Sure why not. Maybe I can meet some more new people." I said cheerily.

"Okay great. Oh and Justin we're going out to eat tonight with the youth want to come?" Ashley asked.

"Yeah that cool, what time?"

"In like an hour. We all better get going so we can get ready." Ashley said, standing up from the table. With that being said everyone started getting up from the table saying their goodbyes and making their way out of the door.

"Hey Justin, since James's door is down the hall from yours he will come and get you so you know where to go." Heaven said.

"Okay that's cool." I said. I started walking towards my dorm. I wonder who my roommate is but I won't see them until tomorrow. I made my way into the building, I climbed up the stairs and down the hall to my dorm.

When I walked on my dorm I layed on my bed, my face looking at the ceiling, and I started to think. I have this weird feeling and I just want to smile. I don't know what it is but it makes me want to smile. I think its what you humans call happiness. Today made me happy and most of all Heaven made me happy. Everyone takes the term happiness for granted but I don't. Today was the first time in 1800 years I smiled and felt something anything. Even though my happiness wouldn't last forever I was going to enjoy it and savoir the moment. Happiness isn't meant for everybody and it wasn't meant for me but today was special, it might be the only time I was happy but I was grateful for the little happiness I got. This little happiness I have could last me a lifetime.

Interrupting my deep thoughts was a knock on the door, I got up from my bed to go answer it. I opened the door to see James, frowning.

"Hey James you ready to lea-"

"Listen don't act like you know me! I don't like you one bit, and I'm warning you to stay away from my girl, Heaven." He said nostrils flared.

"I've been here for a damn day and your already judging me, what a christian you are." I said scoffing.

"I'm not judging you! I may be making assumptions but I'm not judging you. But for some reason I have a bad feeling about you and I want you to stay away from her!"

"Making assumptions is judging you dumbass! And what if I don't abide by your dumbass rule and I hang out with her and maybe do more things." I said smirking, which only made him more pissed off.

"If you do then well you will have hell to pay." He said getting in my face.

"Oh you have no idea." I said chuckling darkly. If he only knew.

"Listen your not good for her you have this bad boy aura, and the only reason she wants to talk to you is because she pities you!"

"All you christans think your bigger than everyone else. You don't know shit about me, and yet your judging me. Half you christans put up this holy front when your exactly as bad as me. Maybe I'm bad maybe I'm not but I'm not going to stay away from her just because you told me to. And last time I checked Heaven didn't have a boyfriend. Looks like you have a little crush on her and you think I might get in the way huh well your damn straight. How about you get the fuck out of my room with you bullshit." I said angrily pushing him out of the door and slamming it in his face.

My happy day just went in the damn dumps. Life is a total bitch all I wanted was to make some friends and be happy even if it was just for a day, but once again I can never have anything I want.

About ten minutes after me and James's violent run in, I heard yet another knock at my door. Now who else can this be. I walked to the door swinging it open angrily.

"WHAT!?!" I said pissed, can I ever just get a break!

"Sorry to interrupt you but I heard what happened and I apologize on James's behalf. He's a stupid judgmental douche. Don't worry about anything he says all of us like you Justin, don't listen to him." Heaven said.

"Thanks, its just I don't know. I just thought since he was a christan he would be different but they are all the same. Listen I don't want your pity so if that's all you want to say you can leave now." I hate to be abrasive but I just wanted my space right now.

"No that's not all I have to say. Can I come in?" Heaven said a pleading look in her eyes.

"Fine." I said reluctantly. Heaven walked I'm and sat on the bed and patted the seat next to her. I sat down next to her and looked in her eyes.

"Listen Justin I don't believe what James said about you being bad. We all sin and make mistakes but nothing that god can't forgive us from. Even if you don't believe in my religion I still am going to be your best friend. If you even push me away I'm still going to be here because everybody needs somebody." Heaven said squeezing my hand.

"What if I'm all bad and no one can save me not even you. What if James is right. What if I'm all bad and have bad intentions towards you. What if I'm not good and can never be."

"I will always be your friend, Justin. God sent you to me to help you I believe it. And we all have darkness in us but its how we try to seek the light even when we can't see anything ourselves. No one is perfect Justin we all make mistakes, but whether you choose to believe it or not their is good in you. I believe in you Justin, but you also have to believe in yourself." And with that she walked out of my dorm.

I didn't feel happy anymore. Heaven was a good and great girl, but I needed to distance myself. I didn't want to have to take her after the year was up she didn't deserve that. I needed to distance myself but what if I couldn't stay away from her. I didn't know what to do I was conflicted, and it's only my first day here. My first day and I'm already getting caught up in my new found emotions. I needed to be the old emotionless me, that didn't feel anything. Feeling was good and bad at the same time. One day your at the peek of everything and the next your down so low you can't even get up. My mission was still part of the plan I just didn't need to feel, I have to make me father proud because he's the only family I have.
