Jeno follows Lucas on their way heading towards the back of the school building after the elder boy had told him Jaemin said to meet up there after their classes.

Luckily, Jeno had successfully got Haechan and Mark off his tail so they wouldn't follow him like always and might have that chance to find out about Jaemin's identity.

It took a while though since those two kept pestering him about where he's going, what he's doing, and who he's going to be with.

Adding to Jeno's luck for today, Lucas saved his sanity by saying he needed him for some help and they're already late for it. Which is obviously not true.

Thus, Haechan waved him off as Mark told Lucas to keep watch of his best friend, not wanting him to get hurt since he's like a little brother to him.

"Why didn't you just tell them we were meeting Jaemin?" Lucas asks as they rounded the first corner, fortunately passing through the many groups of students around the area.

Jeno sighs as he adjusts his backpack strap on his shoulder, "they still don't trust him enough, hyung. It's obvious enough for them to follow me or not let me go alone with Jaemin hyung, they're too overprotective sometimes."

"Except for that party."

"Except for that party, indeed." Jeno repeats the elder boy's words with an amused chuckle.

Smiling, Lucas takes the lead and pats Jeno on the shoulder to gesture him towards Jaemin who was just as the same as they first met. Like they've time travelled or something.

Leaning against the wall, drink in hand, cold strict gaze and the same mysterious aura.

However, once Jaemin's eyes landed on his boyfriend, his cold gaze turns soft in an instant as he pushes himself off the wall.

"Jaemin hyung!" Jeno was the first one to speak up and runs towards the said boy's arms, smiling in content as a tint of color pink was added on his warm cheeks when he felt a kiss on his head.

"Hi, Jen," Jaemin greets back as he turns to Lucas who was snorting at him. "What?" He squints his eyes into a glare whilst trying to find the nearest trashcan– which is to his left and throws the plastic cup away.

Throwing his hands up in the air, Lucas shrugs at him. "Nothing, bro," he said and lets out a small chuckle again. "By the way, you should come up with a cute nickname for Jeno. All you ever call him is by his name and you make it sound lame."

"He calls me by my name too." Jaemin deadpans, resulting Jeno to let out a shy giggle.

The taller boy rolls his eyes, "yeah well it's different. He makes it sound cute, and he calls you 'Jaeminnie' too, so that counts." He said.

Shaking his head at the basketball player, Jaemin mumbles something to which Lucas gasps at and made Jeno raise a brow in confusion.

"You– lame ass vampire, what the fu–"

"Anyways, Jeno, do you want to come with us? We're meeting up with my idiotic friends again." Jaemin said, arm around Jeno's small waist in an almost possessive manner.

The human boy perks up and nods at him with a smile, dismissing the questions running through his mind on what Jaemin had mumbled about that made Lucas gasped.

Humming, Jaemin pulls Jeno along with him as they headed off, Lucas right behind them with a small grumble about something as he just lets them be.

"What were you drinking earlier by the way, hyung?" Jeno suddenly asks, remembering he saw Jaemin holding a plastic cup in hand before throwing it away when they hugged.

Shrugging his shoulders with ease since Jeno had moved their hands to be linked again like he always does (it has become a habit now if you haven't noticed) right after a few moments of them walking.

"Nothing," Jaemin dismisses curtly.

Furrowing his eyebrows, Jeno already knows what's up. "Hyung, are you lying to me?" Well yeah he knows his boyfriend is lying to him, but he just wants to make sure and see how Jaemin reacts.

Like before, the vampire boy sighs and turns to him with a small smile, "Jeno, I can for sure tell you it's absolutely nothing. No need to be worried about it, okay?" He said.

"But Jaemin hyung–"

"Jeno," Jaemin strictly mentions his name as his gaze was slowly turning stern as well. "I don't want you to be upset over this, don't worry about it. It was just some ice water to keep me hydrated."

"That's funny, I swore you–" Lucas tries to say but quickly shuts up when he receives a warning glare from Jaemin as the boy had turned over his shoulder to look at him.

Luckily, Jeno didn't hear him and just pouts at his boyfriend instead. Deciding not to pester him any longer when he noticed the elder boy didn't want to keep the topic going.

"Anyways, we're here." Lucas said forcefully, fastening his steps as he passes by the couple and heads towards Jaemin's abandoned apartment.

When they got there, Hendery shrieks aloud and pushes Yangyang back, the latter's body colliding against the wall as he lets out a grunt.

"I swear it's nothing like that–"

"Are you two trying to do the blood chain thing or whatever we called it?" Jaemin raises a brow at them in speculation.

"A what?" Jeno turns to the elder boy beside him with knitted eyebrows.

Shrugging, Jaemin waves a lazy hand around. "Nothing, it's this thing some of us tried to do for fun. It's like trying to pass each other's blood or whatever, it's gross anyways so it's alright to react like that."

He ends by pointing at Lucas who scrunched his nose at the other two in front of them. "Indeed, you vampires are gross as Dracula."

"Wait what– does Lucas hyung–" the human boy fumbles with his words, really puzzled as he stares at the tall basketball player.

"Oh right, the reason we asked you to come with us besides being Jaemin's boyfriend now–"

"JAEMIN'S WHAT?"

"Excuse me?"

Groaning at the other two vampires, Lucas ignores them and their shocked faces whilst Jaemin only rolls his eyes back.

"Anyways, besides that and you already knowing or having the idea of us creatures, I'm sure I haven't told you what I am, right?"

Shaking his head, Jeno tries to not giggle at Jaemin's shocked vampire friends.

"Hello? Are we here or what?"

"Bitch answer our questions."

"Not now, let me finish and then we can play admit to each other or story time," Lucas sarcastically said and friendly smiles at Jeno.

"No, I'm not a vampire. I'm actually a wolf, an alpha-beta to be specific. Still pretty cool right?" Lucas grins to himself with a small sense of pride.

"Nah, that's lame bro." Hendery shook his head in disagreement. "Vampires are better."

"If you were an alpha, a beta, a purebred beta or a purebred alpha, that would've been better." Yangyang spoke up with a teasing smirk.

"I don't have anything to say, because I know Jeno will get upset at me for saying this to you." Jaemin said curtly, shrugging.

Meanwhile, Jeno was beaming at Lucas and squeals. "That is so cool, hyung!"

"My dear soulmate, there's so much more I have to explore with you guys!"

"Pup, dear Dracula and Draculara."
