Jeno groans when he felt his body being shook as a deep voice spoke, "Jeno, wake up." Before a small furry body with four feet jumps onto him.

He slowly blinks his eyes open as he hopes for his drowsiness to go away, a soft meow rings through his ears before a button nose and some whiskers brushes on his face.

"Ja-Jaeminnie hyung?" He softly mumbles, calling out for his dear boyfriend who was sitting beside his legs.

Once he finally gains enough energy, he sits up with the help of the vampire boy and tries to recall what happened last night.

He couldn't help but smile remembering that Jaemin finally drank from him like he wanted him to, finally helped his boyfriend who was getting weaker.

He then frowns when a thought came to his mind, "do I have to drink–"

"You already did." Jaemin answers before he could finish his words, "before you completely passed out, I quickly got a stash and made you drink it."

Pursing his lips, Jeno nods at him as Jaemin then said. "Sorry about last night." He reaches for the human boy's hand to give him a small squeeze.

Tilting his head, Jeno hisses softly when the bite on his neck had stretched a little as he reaches two fingers on top of it.

Frowning, Jaemin gently pulls Jeno's hand away with his own free hand before leaning in to the younger boy's soft neck– that has his bite mark on.

He plants a soft kiss on it, not noticing his boyfriend's face beginning to flush pink while he glances down at him with a shy smile plastered on his lips.

"I didn't mean to go far and made you pass out again," Jaemin said softly against Jeno's skin and pulls away with a frown still etched on his face.

He sighs deeply and cups Jeno's cheek with one hand, "this is why I didn't want to do it. I don't want to hurt you like this, Jeno." He said while unconsciously caressing Jeno's soulmate mark with his thumb.

Pouting, the human boy squeezes his boyfriend's hand back– they were still intertwined and both of them didn't notice, as if they'd actually pull away.

"Jaemin hyung, I told you many times before. Do you want me to get upset again?" He lightly threatens at the end, more on as a joke.

But Jaemin somehow took it seriously as he widens his eyes. "No, I don't like it when you're upset, especially at me." He refuses and adds, "I prefer you smiling at me."

The human boy blushes at his words and was about to say that he was just kidding around– but he decides not to anymore in the last second.

Sighing, Jeno gives his boyfriend a reassuring smile and says, "just remember hyung, I know you wouldn't hurt me. And if you surprisingly do, I know you don't mean it."

He then moves closer to Jaemin's side and changes his position, with his legs now resting on the older boy's lap while he hugs him.

"I love you, hyung." He mumbles, beaming at his boyfriend who blinks at him–  flustered. "You don't have to say it back yet, but I just want you to know and hear it."

Jaemin just mindlessly nods at his words, couldn't help but kept thinking about it. He then shook out of his stupor and glances at the bite mark on Jeno's neck once again.

"Does it still hurt?" He asks, concern written all over his handsome face.

Rolling his eyes, Jeno shook his head. "Stop worrying so much about it, hyung. Bite me and drink from me anytime you want," he states.

When he sensed that Jaemin was about to protest on his idea, he sends a harmless glare at the older boy. "Don't argue, hyung. That's final, alright?"

Leaning in, he shows off a small cheeky smile and adds. "Besides, it'll make me happier if you go with it, Jaemin hyung. More than you'd think or know."

He ends it with a long kiss on Jaemin's sharp jawline and giggles when he pulls away. Even more satisfied when he saw a glimpse of the vampire boy smiling at the action.

He looks around his– more like their room now, spotting Bongsik sleeping peacefully on her cat tree as usual despite the attitude she had earlier.

Before Jeno woke up, Jaemin had called for Bongsik to feed her– a small gift for his boyfriend because he had just hurt him, in a ridiculous way.

But the familiar didn't want to go near him, deciding to annoy him once again with her sassy attitude as she stuck out her tongue at him before rolling around the couch.

The vampire boy groaned and walked up to her before the feline was quick on her feet, immediately jumping onto some shelves around the room with a cheeky grin.

It took a few minutes for Jaemin to finally have Bongsik eat her food, the cat got bored running around getting away from her owner's boyfriend when it's usually her trying to catch her prey.

After she had finished, they both went to go wake Jeno up with Bongsik jumping onto him and nuzzling her face against his own, feeling comfortable.

Well, until she was pulled away by a slightly jealous Na Jaemin.

So, you can't really scold Bongsik on sleeping on her cat tree again. She kinda forgot Jaemin is quick on his feet too, considering he's literally a vampire.

Jeno's gaze then fell on to his alarm clock and gasps loudly, "hyung! Why didn't you wake me up earlier? It's 1 in the afternoon!" He shrieks.

Jaemin blinks and nonchalantly shrugs, "I didn't want you to go to school weak as hell, Jeno. Especially when that's still on you."

Scoffing at the finger pointed at his exposed neck, Jeno clicks his tongue. "Well, you could've used my makeup, ask Bongsik for help. Now I'm absent!"

Hearing his boyfriend whine at him, Jaemin rolls his eyes and pulls the younger boy onto his lap. "I didn't know that." He said.

"And don't worry about the latter, I told Lucas and he already made sure to inform your teachers you were sick." He adds, reassuring his boyfriend that everything is under control.

God, there's so many tables turning today.

First, it was Jeno who was being stern to Jaemin as the latter was being persistent.

Later, Bongsik's whole cat and mouse situation. But with Jaemin and uno reverse card.

Then, now. All back to the way it was before.

Grunting, Jeno gives up since it was already almost the end of today's school and he'll just have to apologize tomorrow.

To his teachers, his friends– oh fuck.

His friends.

"Uhm... Jaemin hyung?" He calls, his head resting on the vampire boy's broad chest.

He earns a hum as he looks up to meet Jaemin's gaze and gulps. "You do realize that my overprotective friends are going to barge in once they're done with their classes...right?"

Hearing him mentioning that highly possible situation, the older boy groans and rests his forehead on his boyfriend's shoulder.

"Your friends are going to give me a headache more than my own friends already have everyday." He muttered.

"My dear soulmate, uh-oh..."

"Pup, I'm starting to regret this more now."
