"Hyung?" Jaemin hums when he was called, tightening his arms around his human boyfriend's waist.

Once Jeno hears him and the vibration on Jaemin's broad chest, he tilts his head up to look at the older boy. "Why are you mad?"

"I'm not mad, pup." Jaemin denies, but Jeno can see it in his eyes.

"Hyung, I know that you are." Jeno pouts at him and cups his face with gentle hands. "What's the matter? What happened when you went with Lucas hyung?"

The vampire prince sighs and moves his grip onto Jeno's hands that were cupping his face gently. "Nothing, they were just being annoying."

"How?" His lover asks, titling his head to the side this time as he was curious and stubborn again.

"They brought up my parents and how I should go back." Jaemin answers, and before Jeno could ask more, he already predicted it coming.

"But that's nothing now," he dismisses and removes Jeno's hands on his face, kissing his knuckles softly. "Let's make dinner for you, yeah?"

The human boy could only nod slowly, not sure on what to say or do right now as he doesn't want Jaemin to snap at him.

Considering how the older boy just walked in and pulled him into his arms without saying anything. All Jeno heard was Jaemin's frustrated breaths.

He glances at Bongsik who was on the coffee table and earns a shrug from the feline before she hops off and follows them to the small kitchen.

"You called us?" Yangyang walks over to the human boy who was surprisingly the first one in the room, not to mention, alone.

Jeno nods while fiddling with his fingers that were in front of his stomach. "Yeah..."

"Well, what did you need? And why isn't Jaemin with you?" Hendery asks two questions at once, arms crossed.

"Yeah, wouldn't he go berserk knowing you're all alone right now– well, before we came." Lucas jumps in.

Yangyang pinches their ears and ignores their groans from the painful action. "Stop asking him so much, you're giving him a headache." He scolds.

Jeno waves them off while shaking his head, "no it's okay, I understand why they're curious." He smiles a little, more on shyly.

"Bongsik is distracting him right now, I told him I'll just be going to some quick errands, school purposes." He scratches his elbow awkwardly.

The other three boys nods at his words, "ah, okay. So uhm, what was it that you needed?" Yangyang spoke up, really curious on Jeno's intentions of calling them to gather here unbeknownst to Jaemin.

"Can you tell me everything you guys talked about two days ago?" Jeno emphasizes, picking on the skin of his fingers this time.

"Which one? Because we talked about a lot of things." Hendery blinks at him as he glances at Lucas who was turning on the broken faucet.

The only werewolf boy comes back in the small circle and sits on the floor, criss cross applesauce.

"The one about Jaemin hyung's parents and... Just basically everything he doesn't want to talk about, to the point he's even hiding it from me." Jeno said.

The three supernatural creatures look at each other in hesitation, not sure if they should speak about it again.

"Sure." Yangyang eventually said after a few seconds.

His answer earned a relieved smile from Jeno and two appalled looks from the two boys beside him.

"Are you crazy?"

"What?!"

Yangyang rolls his eyes at them as Hendery grabs him by the shoulders, "do you want to start a fight against Jaemin or something?" He asks, eyes wide.

Lucas then stands up to grab Yangyang's right shoulder to yank him back, making them face each other.

"Better question," he starts off as calm before shrieking. "DO YOU WANT US TO DIE BY THE FANGS OF NA JAEMIN?"

Yangyang groans loudly and roughly shrugs their hands off of him. "Can you two be quiet?!" He hisses, fangs showing to intimidate them.

The other two silently cower away, Lucas sitting back down on the dirty ground with a pout. Looking like a kicked puppy.

"Listen, maybe it's better to tell Jeno everything. He could help us, everyone one of us, from this situation." Yangyang emphasizes with his tone stern.

"He could make Jaemin realize what we're trying to tell him, what he should do," he adds.

"Persuasion?" Hendery asks, head tilting to the side again. He earns a nod from Yangyang and grins, "I like that."

"Ugh, it's persuasion, Hendery. Not seduction." Yangyang shuts his eyes and sighs deeply, already knowing the said boy was pouting as Lucas was snickering.

He opens his eyes again and sees Jeno's face turning bright pink from hearing their conversation. "Look what you've done, you've scared the poor boy."

"N-no, it's f-fine." Jeno croaks, voice cracking a bit as he scratches his elbow again.

"Don't mind them," Yangyang gently tells him before turning back to his friends. "Anyways, do you get me now?"

"Well, yeah but... What if Jeno will get scared or back out?" Lucas' words made them look at the human boy again.

Jeno blinks and shakes his head, "I'm as stubborn as Jaemin hyung." He said.

"Is that really a good thing...?" Hendery drawls and earns a glare from Yangyang. "What?"

"We might fight," Jeno mutters before shaking his head. "But that's no bother, I know it wouldn't break us apart." He said determinedly.

"How are you so sure?" Lucas asks with a soft tone, inching closer to Jeno with a tilt of his head.

The human boy looks at him with a bright smile, "We're soulmates."

The three supernatural creatures look at him in awe as Hendery comments, "how did Jaemin get himself a pure human boy as his soulmate? That bitch can't even ask things nicely."

"Don't backstab my hot vampire boyfriend like that in front of me," Jeno weakly glares at him.

Hendery couldn't help but snort, "sorry," shrugging nonchalantly as he wasn't even a bit intimidated.

Yangyang places a hand on Jeno's shoulder, "you really up for this? We don't want to be the reason for your relationship to go south."

"I'm really sure," Jeno answers him firmly. "Besides, it's not like I'm not aware of these things now." He said matter-of-a-factly.

Yangyang purses his lips and nods, before telling him everything he needed to know.

"My dear soulmate, dear Lord..."

"Pup, where are you?"
