Well well well well well well well... it's official! This is a Billdip story! Most of you voted BILLDIP and I saw most of you have added this book to your reading lists titled "Billdip" and "billxdipper", so it's only fitting. I'm really sorry to those of you who didn't want it to be a Billdip story, but there was honestly nowhere I could have gone with the storyline except repeating the events of the show.

Dipper's POV

I fell back in my bed, trying to shrink away into the large hospital pillows, but they would not swallow me.

"Well Pine Tree, I'm afraid your body is rejecting the blood they gave you. It's only a matter of time before your body dies and you never see your family again."

"I-I'm dying?" I croaked out.

"Indeed you are... but if you wanted to make a deal I could make it so your body accepts the new blood, allowing you to live and see your family again."

"I deal?" I asked again, almost unable to comprehend what he could want from me, but then I realized it was me that he wanted.

"Tick tock," Bill whistled.

"Fine!" I said sticking out my hand, but then pulling it back, almost forgetting to ask for his side of the deal. "But what's the catch?"

"You, Pine Tree have to go on a date with me!"

I almost vomited in my mouth.

A date?! A DATE?! I'm not even–

"Five... Four... three..."

I thrust out my arm, grabbing his gloved hand and shaking firmly. Instead of the strange tingle his fire brought, this time it burned, searing the skin on my arm.

I bolted from the bed with a start. The heart monitor had stopped beeping furiously and a doctor was talking to Grunkle Ford. Both of them ran over to me quickly, asking questions a mile a minute.

I looked at my arm which now had new burn marks all the way up to my elbow. The doctor questioned me again, this time asking where I'd gotten it while Ford just stared me in the eye, almost knowing.

"He tricked you didn't he? Made you think your were dying in order to get what he wanted?"

"What Are you talking about?" The doctor asked, looking at Ford.

Ford took out his repaired memory gun, stunning the doctor, and making him forget what had happened. He left the room leaving only Grunkle Ford and I.

"It was Bill, wasn't it?" He asked, as soon as the doctor had closed the door.

I looked at my arm again, afraid to answer. Ford only asked again. I gave a soft nod.

"What did he want?" I turned away, feeling my face heat up.

Why did he want to go on a date with me? Me of all people?

"Dipper, I need to know," Ford said, wrapping up my arm with bandages.

I winced, as he pulled it tightly. I could tell he was angry, but I didn't know if it was at me or at Bill.

One week later

"Come on Dipper! Aren't you excited to go home?!" Mabel yelled happily.

No, I'm not excited to go home because when I get home I'm unprotected and Bill could just as easily hurt me as he did before.

"Yeah!" I lied.

Grunkle Ford had made me promise to tell Mabel nothing else about Bill. For all she knows I only fell off a cliff.

Mabel shoved my wheelchair forward down the hall, speeding faster and faster. I tried to reach for the wheels to stop her but I couldn't get a grip on them.

"Mabel slow down!" I yelled.

Suddenly she stopped, launching me onto the floor. I yelped in pain, landing on my stitched up legs.

"Oh my gosh! Dipper I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!"

Mabel lifted me back into the wheelchair, apologizing a million more times. I checked my bandages making sure they weren't bleeding from the fall.

I wished I could walk on my own, but the doctor insisted I use I wheelchair to prevent my wounds from reopening.

"Are you okay?" Mabel asked, noticing me staring at the blank wall.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I sighed.

"Okay. Grunkle Ford already signed you out so let's go!"

Grunkle Stan pulled up in his car, getting out to help me.

"How you feeling kid?"

Terrible.

"Fine," I lied.

Pulling into the drive way I saw Wendy, Soos, Grunkle Ford, Candy, Grenda and even Pacifica and Robbie waiting for me.

"Welcome back Dipper!" They all yelled, except Robbie who just kicked the dirt with his shoes.

"Thanks guys," I said, forcing a smile. "You didn't have to do this."

"Aw man of course we did," Wendy smiled. "You're like the coolest kid in this town."

Robbie rolled his eyes and I felt my cheeks heat up a little.

"Thanks Wendy. So if you wanted maybe we–"

"Dipper it's time for cake!" Mabel yelled.

"You guys got me cake?" I asked surprised.

"Yep! And it's super bright so it will make you feel happier!"

Oh no.

The cake was yellow. Of all colors the cake had to be yellow. Deep, sickening yellow.

Grunkle Ford walked over with the knife, prepared to cut the cake, but stopped when he saw the disdain on my face as I looked at the cake. He looked toward the cake, toward me and back again.

"I don't think Dipper's feeling well," he said, grabbing my wheelchair and rolling me away. "He really should get some rest."

"Aw but Grunkle Ford he just got home!" Mabel whined. "Can't he hang with us for just a litt–"

"He's right Mabel," I agreed. "I don't feel very well. Would it be alright if I had some cake later?"

Seeing my uncomfortableness she nodded and let me go. Grunkle Ford wheeled me up a ramp he out over the stairs and into the living room.

"I think you should sleep on the couch until you can walk a little better. Now get some rest." Grunkle Ford said, leaving the room to most likely visit his lab.

I heaved myself off the wheelchair and onto the old couch. Closing my eyes, I tried to sleep but all I could see was that deep, sickening shade of yellow.
