On to the actual theme of the contest.
So.
You need to design a mega evolution for a Pokemon that does not have one yet.
I'll be judging on creativity, effort, beauty and if the mega fits the pokemon's pokedex entries and merges well with the original Pokemon design.
In the description, it'd also be nice to see in which aspects are the Pokemon buffed or changed.
All in all, just design a well-rounded, balanced, aesthetically pleasing mega evolution for a Pokemon who deserves it.
