Takeda walked towards the school building where the faculty room was located. Today was another day of endless training for his club, the volleyball team. Practice was scheduled even in the morning. As their adviser, he tries his best in supporting them and helps the students reach their goal and become champions once again and stand on the national court. Of course, he still has his job as an ordinary high school teacher and also guides students in their studies.

That's why fate has planned a difficult task for him that will test on how dedicated he is with his job.

Entering the school building, Takeda came across a man with his mother whose been roaming around the school campus ever since they've arrive early in the morning. Being a kind man he is; Takeda came to assist the two, asking if they were lost or if they needed help.

Relieved, the old woman with silver-white hair gave him a kind smile with a grateful greeting. "Sensei, may I ask where can I enroll my granddaughter? She's a freshman you see, and I've only enrolled her for the second semester" said the old woman, showing her grandchild's application forms.

Takeda took the papers and scan them a look while giving his big round glass a soft fix since they were sliding of his bridge nose.

"I see. Just go to the cashier at the first building and they'll assist you with the enrollment" Takeda informed the lady with a kind smile.

The lady smiled back and gave the teacher a curt bow together with her assistant.

"Thank you so much, sensei" thanked the 40 year old and went ahead with her mother.

Takeda gave one last smile before proceeding to the first gym where he saw his students already practicing their serves and spikes. "Good morning everyone!" he greeted them energetically in the morning. The students greeted him back with the same energy before continuing with their training.

Takeda can't help but notice the fidgety libero, Nishinoya, that's been clumsily missing the blocked spikes of the wing spikers that always end him up with a scold from his captain and Kageyama.

"Noya-san! Please keep the ball in play!" Kageyama's infuriated voice roared across the gym while pointing a finger at his senpai. He was irritated on how Nishinoya was distracted by Shina.

"I think we should take a break" Sawamura clapped his hands together and instructed his players to go grab themselves a fresh towel and rest for a bit. He then approached the libero and talked to him about his misses on practice and how frenzied he is, by Shina. Whispering something to the libero, it somehow set him on the mood and when practice continued, astounded on how he saved the balls from touching the ground even though you can see kira kira sparkles around his face.

"Daichi, what did you tell him?" Sugawara, who was curious about his captain's ways of persuading his players, asked Sawamura who grew a playful smile at his face as he was watching Nishinoya get back in action.

"The right thing to say" Sawamura smirked proudly receiving that 'Just-tell-me' look from Sugawara. It made him flinch and let out a deep sigh. "I told him if he doesn't step up on his game, his beloved goddess would be disappointed" he revealed, but Sugawara was confused.

"Then, why is he all happy?"

"Well, I added if he shows how good he is in volleyball, the goddess might notice her"

"So in other words, you lied about the Ronin? That girl doesn't even go here"

Or so they thought...

"Ryu! Let's go to that ramen shop later again!" Nishinoya invited the bald player cheerfully, obviously wanting to see his goddess again. But unfortunately, Tanaka informed him that the ramen shop was closed for some reason and Tamotsu, the owner, was out today. His older sister passed by the store early in the morning; that's why they know.

"So I don't get to see my goddess today..."

"Noya-san why are you passed out in the middle of the court...?" Hinata asked innocently when Nishinoya sulking on he wouldn't see Shina today.

"Let him be. Step on him if you must" Kageyama suggested.

"Kageyama!!' Tanaka yelled at the king.

"Kohaku, have you seen Tamotsu?" Kohaku's peaceful preparation of breakfast was interrupted when a girl's voice appeared over at headquarters as he was about to place the dishes on the big table placed at their dining room. The young boy turned around to see his boss, the Ronin, going down the stairs after waking up.

"Ronin-san! Good morning!" Kohaku greeted with a bow, almost dropping the tray before placing them on the table. "Tamotsu-san is out with Gina-san. They said they'll be going somewhere" he answered Shina who took a spot at the dining table.

"Did they say where?" questioned the Ronin once again as Kohaku served her breakfast for her.

"They didn't tell me anything. I'm sorry" the boy apologized and gave a bow.

"Hmm" Shina hummed and asked Kohaku again as he was about to leave her alone. "Did they bring an envelope with them?" envelope? Kohaku thought and recalled the time Tamotsu and Gina bid goodbye to him. "Yeah, I think so-Ronin-san?!" Kohaku's jaw dropped when he looked at the spot Shina was sitting on.

The Ronin already made her way out of the house to run after her two elderlies; not even touching the food Kohaku made for her.

"She didn't even eat breakfast!" Kohaku complained.

After morning practice ended, Hinata and Kageyama head back to their classrooms for morning class just after changing back into their uniforms. Even though they were not the best of friends, they were always walking together-go to and from school-like right now. It was unexplainable why they were always with each other, but you can't complain about that. And you can't argue with the brunette who has been their number one fan ever since they've attended this school.

"Ne Kageyama, even though Noya-san kept on saving blocked spikes this morning, he still has this sparkling ambiance even if practice was over" Hinata stated his observation, giving a glance at the taller player who was negligent about the topic.

"He can be like that for all I care. He just has to make sure that he does job right and doesn't hold us back in winning every match" Kageyama asserted as they reached the corner of the hallway when suddenly, an unexpected visitor came in sight that send their eyes balling out of their faces.

"YOU?!" chorused the two.

Shina blinked while trying to sink in the two familiar faces she saw before her as she was roaming around the hallways of Karasuno High School building. She came to follow Gina and Tamotsu who she suspected that will enroll her as a freshmen her in this school.

Recalling two days that have past, Shina recognized the features of each player and draw her sword out of its sheath, slowly making her way towards the two freshmen who was shivering in terror. Someone save us! The Ronin slash her sword in midair, pointing the tip of it on the ground.

"You two..." she spoke calmly, and didn't even mind if she was scaring the volleyball players. She was used to her intimidating presence. "You know this place very well, right?" Kageyama and Hinata paused from their cowardly actions when Shina sent them a question.

"What...?" both sent the girl a questioning look before she pointed her sword at them again, making them flinch in alert. "O-Of course we know this place! It is our school anyway!" Kageyama was the one who answered since Hinata was cowering behind his tall built body.

Shina leaned her sword on her shoulders coolly and thought for a while. So this is where he goes, huh?

"Ronin-san, did you come to see Noya-san?" Hinata's question didn't make the situation better. He received a smack from Kageyama who told him to shut up.

The Ronin took another step towards the two making Hinata quail in panic while Kageyama can't help but get annoyed on why was this happening to him. And if he ever gets killed, he'll blame Hinata for asking such a stupid question. It somehow relieved them when Shina brought her sword back into its sheath but then-

"I need you two to come with me" said Shina, grabbing both of their collars with a single hand and easily dragged them with her, ignoring their protests.

"Hey! Where are you taking us?!"

"Silence"

A certain brunette watched as the two freshmen got pulled against their will and didn't hesitate to stop the Ronin by pulling the two behind her. "Stop it" she demanded an order to the Ronin who gave her that cold glare that didn't seem to affect her.

"Hey, it's..." Kageyama trailed after recognizing the senpai who had saved their buts from the girl who almost threatened their lives.

"Go ahead" spoke the brunette, glancing over her shoulder to look at the two. "Go to your class" she ordered the two who hesitantly nodded their heads then ran off; and even passed by their classrooms.

They had the guilt of leaving an innocent girl with a violent gangster like Shina so they had the obliged to ask help from their senpais; especially Tanaka who felt responsible in looking after the brunette girl standing in front of Shina.

The Ronin examined her face for a bit and sighed. "Well since you let them escape I guess you'll be their replacement" that statement made the brunette curious and before she knew it, she voluntarily walked with the velvet haired girl without getting forced.

And here I thought she was going to use me as hostage. Thought the brunette girl.

Takeda checked the classes he handled and tried to finish the paper works he needs to get done before the period starts. A fellow teacher called his attention, informing him that someone was looking for him. He blinked curiously then proceeded outside to see the two adults from earlier that asked directions from him.

"Ah, hello again ma'am, sir. How can I help you?" Takeda politely inquired the old woman and the man who was assisting her in walking.

"We just want to thank you for earlier, sensei" thanked the silver haired woman who introduced herself as Gina. "If you didn't show us the way, we wouldn't know what time we would enroll our dear Tomoe"

"Hmm? Tomoe?" Takeda wondered.

"Yes. She's now a new freshman in this school. We enrolled her late since we had some trouble in convincing her to go school" replied Gina who sent Takeda in wonder.

"Ah, Gina-san, I think we should go before Tomoe looks for us. You know that girl" the one with Gina, suggested with a kind smile. "Sensei, please take care of her!" "H-Hai!" with that, the two left just after Kageyama appeared, rushing over to him.

"Kageyama-kun, classes are about to start. What are you still doing outside?" Takeda asked, noticing the tired Kageyama. "Why are you panting like that?"

"Sensei! We need your help!" the setter pleaded, panting out of exhaustion. He was looking for their adviser around the school. Huh? Takeda wondered what was going on.

As Tanaka and Nishinoya were walking back to their classroom since it was about to start, they heard rapid footsteps moving towards them and turned around to see Hinata screaming Tanaka and Nishinoya's name in panic. The orange head stopped right in front of the two who stopped and wondered why he was running. "Tanaka-senpai! Your friend! Your friend! She-She's been taking as hostage by the Ronin!" Hinata warned his two senpais whose eyes both widened in shock that the presence of the swordswoman was here.

"What?! Where are they?!" Tanaka screamed out of worry, unintentionally scaring the poor orange head kohai who has been scared twice this day already.

"I-I don't know!!" a loud yelp escaped Hinata's mouth as he was thrown down by Tanaka on the floor and sprinted away to look for his friend that was taken hostage by Shina. But the truth is,

"They already left huh..." Shina stared at the empty cashier counter where she thought she'd catch Tamotsu and Gina enrolling her in the school. The brunette whom she forced to show here where that location is sneaked a glance at her as she was about to leave, but then stopped when she stood parallel to the girl with pink glasses, whom Shina called 'Pink Megane'. "Thanks for showing me, Pink Megane. You're free to go now"

Pink Megane's eyes never left the girl's figure up until Shina reached a corner where she was greeted by a short man whose hair was visibly a wig. Pink Megane knew that trouble would follow if ever Shina interacted with the troublesome dean who discovered that the Ronin came to Karasuno-even though she was newly enrolled.

"Hmm? Who are you? What are you doing here?" the dean noticed Shina wasn't wearing any uniform. "Are you an outsider?" he accused her of trespassing and gave a nasty glare which Shina didn't like.

Oh dear. Pink Megane was about to help out the Ronin when Takeda came running with Kageyama to the rescue and covered up the tension growing between the Dean and Shina.

"Se-Sensei! So-Sorry! This here is Shina Tomoe-san! She's a newly enrollee here and I happen to lose her!" Takeda defended Shina, standing in front of the girl while Kageyama checked on his senpai, to see if she was hurt.

"Senpai! Are you okay?" Kageyama asked Pink Megane as Tanaka arrived at the scene with Hinata and Nishinoya following behind him.

"Tanaka..." murmured Pink Megane before Tanaka dragged her away from Shina's position, together with Hinata who ran after him.

The ones left were Nishinoya and Kageyama who didn't know why he stayed and was afraid to get involved with the Ronin.

"Tch. How can you be irresponsible Takeda? She's a new student here, she might get lost or rather-she did get lost" the dean sneered that hit a nerve at Shina's head. Kageyama and Nishinoya saw her grab hold of her sword at the back before running over to her and tackled her down before she could even hurt the dean.

"Of course sensei! Leave her care to me!" Takeda smiled sheepishly as Dean clicked his tongue and made his leave.

With Shina's strength, she was able to take down both Nishinoya and Kageyama. Drawing her sword once again, she pointed it accusingly at the two with the thought of them attacking her.

Takeda stood in front of his two students protectively and explained things. "S-Shina-san please calm down!" he pleaded as Nishinoya stood up behind him like Kageyama.

The goddess is here! Nishinoya couldn't contain the blush forming on his cheeks.

Shina recognized the two students and withdraw her sword once again, before turning to Takeda who gave him pleading eyes.

"How do you know my name?" questioned Shina as Takeda gulped in nervousness. He knew he was way older than the girl but for some reason, there was this aura that Shina exerted that can make you weary.

"Y-Your grandmother Gina-san went to me earlier! And she asked me if I could assist you in-" So Gina did go here. Shina confirmed, ignoring Takeda who was babbling in front of her. She ignored the teacher and opened the window at the hallway before jumping out of the building. Everyone freaked out after she did that and went to check if she was okay.

She was, since she was used to doing that in escaping gangs that run after in abandoned buildings.

"She left again..." Nishinoya spoke. "Why is it whenever I see her, I don't get to talk to her at all?"

Takeda fixed his glasses at his student's comment and smirked at the libero. "Don't worry Nishinoya-kun, you've got plenty of chances to talk to her now!"

Meanwhile Pink Megane was with Tanaka who was checking if she was hurt or not. "Oi Shin-chan! I was asking you if you were hurt! I can't believe you were caught hostage by that girl! What's she doing here anyway?!" Tanaka exclaimed, his voice full of worry.

Pink Megane remained calm and explained that she wasn't taking as hostage. She said that Shina politely asked her to show her where the cashier office is and she voluntarily agreed to go. Tanaka's jaw dropped and showed confusion while blinking his eyes repeatedly. "Why did she ask that?"

Pink Megane batted her lashes and said: "She wanted her stop her grandmother from enrolling her here. But unfortunately she was too late. Her grandmother already left"

Tanaka and Hinata's jaw dropped at the sudden news while Pink Megane wondered why they had their faces like that.

"Do you mean..." Tanaka trailed.

"...the Ronin will attend the same school as us?" Hinata finished.

Pink Megane still didn't understand why they had freaked out reactions, who obviously didn't know the Ronin's background. I wonder what happened to Armed Blaze-san. She thought about the ronin who disappeared right after she was caught in the school.
