3rd person pov

Y/n, color, papyrus, sans, and ruby all ate breakfast together. After everyone was done eating, y/n flew up to the sink and put the dishes in the sink after rinsing them off. Y/n then flew into the living room followed by color, ruby, and sans. Y/n turned on the tv, and she switched the channel to the news. On the current headline, it said "drunk man found asleep near a police station", and the news reporter said "this 28 year old man was found passed out at the walls of a police station. It was shown that he had been drinking heavily and admitted that he abused his daughter, who was saved by a monster when the man tried to hurt her. Then a friend of his tried to break Into the monsters home, but the same monster defended the house and everyone in it, including his friends daughter". As she talked, there was footage shown of y/n protecting their house from a security camera near their house. The news reporter continued "we believe that the mans daughter is in good hands, and that this monster is a real hero to this girl", ruby nudged y/n and said "look who got on the news". Y/n just replied "heh, yeah", not knowing what else to say. There was then a knock on the door, y/n shot up and said "I got it", while running over to the door. Y/n turned into her human form and opened the door to see a woman with blond hair, red lipstick, and an equally red dress holding a microphone, followed by multiple men with cameras and microphones behind her. Y/n said "uhhh, can I help you?", the woman said "yes, I am here to have an interview with y/n, l/m. Is that ok?". Y/n then said "uhh sure, I am y/n l/m by the way. Do you wanna do it now, or will I have to clear the living room for the interview?", the woman replied "we'll need the living room, or any room you're comfortable having an interview in". Y/n then said "hey guys, I need y'all to clear the living room, we have someone here to interview", ruby, sans, and color then got out of the living room and into either their rooms, or the kitchen. Once sans said "ok it's clear", y/n let the reporter into the house. Y/n then said "sorry if it's still a mess, I would've cleaned if I knew we were having guests over", the reporter said "it's ok, anyway, let's begin". The reporter pulled up a chair out of nowhere and told y/n to sit down on the couch. Y/n sat down and the reporter then questioned her "so, tell us, how did you know that a drunk mans daughter was in trouble?", y/n then said "well, I was in my room, just sitting on my bed while eating a snack when I heard a blood curdling scream. I knew whatever was happening was not good, so I ran toward the direction of the scream and found a worn down looking house that reeked of alcohol. I heard banging and whimpering as I approached the house. I then decided to run toward the noise and found a man towering over a teenage girl that looked around 14 years old. The man was about to hit the girl when I took action. I ran in front of the girl and caught the mans hand as he tried to hit her. I told her to run, she nodded and when her dad went to hit me because I intervened, she made her escape. I then made my move and hit him with a special attack, it let me control him. I could sense that he was heavily drunk, which made it easier to control him because he didn't have a lot of control to begin with. I made him walk to the police station and pass out near the entrance. While I was doing that, I also summoned a small blaster head and had it guide the teen to my place. I then teleported home seeing the teen sitting on the couch nervously waiting for me. We properly introduced ourselves, then we called the gang over for a huge sleep over. I could not sleep that night for whatever reason, sleep just wasn't coming to me. So, I decided to look at the stars through the window, I also had to get some midnight snacks because I got hungry after a while. Since I was in my cat form, I was sitting on the windowsill. Then I saw a man approach the house, I saw he was holding a crow bar and I instantly knew that he was going to either break into the house and steal from us, or hurt everyone inside the house. I teleported outside the house and approached the man, hissing at him. He shushed me and told me to be a good kitty, but I just bit his hand and then we started to fight. Luckily he didn't get into the house or anything, but the noise that the fight made woke up almost everyone in the house. They called 911 and the police then came and arrested the man, I had no idea that the teens dad and him were friends until the news told me". The reporter then asked "how do you feel knowing that you are a hero", y/n hesitated for a second, thinking of a response, then replied "I feel pretty good about saving her and all, but I don't expect people to treat me differently just because I stood up for someone I didn't know and held my ground against an attacker. I think I'm only being known for this because it was caught in video and it all happened in one night". The reporter nodded and then left the house. Y/n got up from the couch and closed the door after the reporter. Y/n then yelled "the reporters gone now, you all can come down now", everyone then came down and just continued their day, y/n and ruby were also convinced by to try come chicken ramen. Y/n really liked it, and ruby said I was ok.
