Chan POV
"What the actual hell man..."
"I'm sorry Chan. It got out of hand really quickly. I don't know what made me so mad."
After what Changbin said over the phone, I rushed here. The first person I spoke to was Felix, trying to figure out why Hyunjin would be so upset.
"Felix, you should never say something like that."
"I know I know. I'm sorry!"
"Don't apologize to me. You need to talk to Hyunjin."
Minho stood by me, holding Jisung's hand.
"We're going to look for him. I have a feeling I know where he is.", Minho said.
"Do you want me to go with?"
"Nah, I got Sungie."
Jisung waved at me.
"Hi, Sungie."
The two left and I stood there in front of Felix, who didn't look at me and was staring at the floor.
"Let me tell you something Felix."
He looked up at me.
"We all have our moments. I know it's easy to get frustrated with eight guys in a house together. Just promise me to try and talk through it before it escalates like this again."
He shook his head yes.
I looked at the door, wondering where our member could have gone.
Minho POV
I could have taken the car but I chose the freezing cold today.
We brought Hyunjin's jacket with us, because we know he'll need it. Whenever something like this happens, he can get really overwhelmed. He tends to stay by himself in our practice room. Sometimes not even practicing, just sitting alone in a corner, in his own thoughts.
That's what worries me.
We eventually made it and walked into the dark studio. Jisung let go of my hand and looked around.
I didn't see anyone. But apparently Jisung did.
"Appa, over there?"
He took my hand again and pointed to the darkest corner of a room, where a distant figure could be seen moving.
I carefully walked forward.
"Hyunjin? Are you okay?"
There was no answer.
I went to turn on the lights and squinted at the brightness. I looked over to where the figure was.
It completely broke my heart when I saw him.
Hyunjin was sitting in a corner, obviously crying, and shaking. I don't even think he knows we're here.
Jisung walked up to him, and sat down next to him.
"Jinnie, no be sad. Sungie hug you?"
Hyunjin turned his head to look at Jisung, he reached his arms out for him.
Happily, Jisung hugged the boy next to him.
"Appa! Jinnie cold!"
I quickly moved over to them, putting Hyunjin's jacket around him.
"Are you okay?"
Before he could say anything, he let out a harsh cough. He leaned over on Jisung, starting to cry again.
"Hyunjin, do you need me to carry you?"
"No."
I sighed.
Jisung patted his shoulder.
"Jinnie no feel good? Sungie help!"
Jisung planted a kiss on Hyunjin's head, making him slightly smile. He looked up at Jisung.
"Sungie, I wan go home now."
"Okie, we take chu home!"
I was about to help him up when he coughed again, this time sitting straight up, holding his throat.
"Hyunjin, how long have you been sick?"
He couldn't look up at me, he just stayed with his head down.
"I don know. I sorry..."
I noticed the tone of his voice changed. Even when he spoke to Jisung a few seconds ago.
I decided to call Chan and tell him what was happening, and perhaps to pick us up.
"I was waiting for a call from you."
"Hey Chris, we need you to come get us."
"Okay. I'm guessing you found Hyunjin?"
"Yeah, hyung he's sick. It seems pretty bad too. He's also cold, and his jacket isn't helping."
"I'm on my way."
He hung up. The three of us sat there, unsure of what to do.
Jisung held Hyunjin's hand.
"Jinnie need appa. You appa help when no feel good."
"I need appa?"
"Yes! Sungie be brother."
"Otay. *cough* I find appa."
Hyunjin wiggled his other hand in the air, now looking around the room.
The moment he made eye contact with me, I realized.
We just found our third little.
This is going to be chaos.
Chan POV
Felix wanted to come with me, but I told him it was best if he didn't.
I sped there as fast as possible, ignoring a few speed limits. When I got to the practice room I ran inside, carrying a bigger jacket for Hyunjin.
I entered the room and saw something absolutely adorable.
Jisung had Hyunjin laying on his lap, and a hand on his cheek. Minho was patting Hyunjin's arms, trying to make him warmer.
"I'm here.", I said.
Minho and Jisung looked at me. I walked over to them and saw that it looked like Hyunjin was barely awake now.
"Hyunjin, let's get you home."
Jisung sat him up and I put the jacket around him. It looked like he used all his strength to put his arms around my shoulders. I picked him up, getting the signal.
As we started to leave the room I saw Minho smiling at me.
"Why are you smiling?"
"Because it looks like he chose you."
"Chose me?"
"Yep. You're a caregiver now. Congratulations. It's a full time job."
"C-caregiver? Hold up. Hold up."
Jisung opened the back door of the car and I put Hyunjin in. Jisung climbed in next to him.
"What do you mean caregiver? He's not little...right?"
Minho just smiled and got in the car. I got into the driver's seat, choosing to ignore the fact that we might have three littles now, and drove home.
Felix came out of the house when he saw us pull up.
"Chris, is he okay?"
"Not really."
Jisung got out of the car first.
I picked up Hyunjin and carried him past Felix, who looked now very worried. Minho led Jisung and Felix inside.
"I'm taking Hyunjin to his room. If someone can find the cold medicine for me that would be nice."
Changbin, who was holding a sleeping Innie on his lap, turned to us at the words "cold medicine".
"He's sick?"
"Yeah."
Everyone stayed downstairs except for, you guessed it, Felix. He found the cold medicine for me and brought it into Hyunjin's room.
"Hey buddy, can you open your eyes for me?"
Hyunjin slowly opened his eyes, now staring at me.
"We're gonna give you some medicine okay."
He yawned, coughing in the process.
I poured some medicine in the cap, measuring carefully.
"Here you go."
Luckily he drank it.
"You be my appa?"
I couldn't say I wasn't shook to my core just now.
So he is a little-
"You're little sweetie?"
He shook his head. I saw Felix look like he wanted to cry.
"Oh baby, I'm sorry we didn't notice earlier. Of course ill be your appa."
He smiled a bit, closing his eyes.
When I pulled his blanket over him, I noticed his chest rising and falling at a rapid pace.
"I'll stay here with him, you can go back down Felix."
"O-okay."
He reluctantly left the room.
I quietly laid next to Hyunjin. Now I could for sure confirm my suspicions, he was having a hard time breathing.
I moved his blanket back a little, giving him more space so he wasn't crowded and could breathe easier.
It seems like there is never a dull moment in this house. Hyunjin started to breathe easier, and soon fell asleep. I didn't want to wake him by moving so I ended up staying in the room.
What else could possibly happen this week?
