WELCOME TO THE PUB-VERSE

After The Morning Prayer
By most_bay
It's just that peace you feel
After the morning prayer
The dawn still crisp and clear
Sparrows chattering
Their wings fluttering
Cockerels preaching far and near
It's just that peace you feel
After the morning prayer
Azan awakes the dormant hope
Worn lungs spawn a deep breath
Bringing us back from death
Reviving the strength to cope
It's just that peace you feel
After the morning prayer
Sojourners back from sleep
Stumbling around the streets
Dancing to the journey's beats
Sowing what they shall reap
It's just that peace you feel
After the morning prayer
New day, new man, new page
Waiting to be filled with living
Possibilities and forgiving
For which we set the stage
It's just that peace you feel
After the morning prayer

Busted Gulch Vol. 15 Update:
Ron and Gyn had a bit of dizzying conversation as to whether or not Jhonny and Josie had eloped and whether or not 3Gun and CG had eloped.... Mayor Order, having been kidnapped by Uno Zabba, tried to find out what Uno's end game was. Lorne found out that they are holding him in the back part of the library and that Uno wants Lorne to resign as Mayor and appoint Uno as the new mayor.

Dance
By @ShaunAllan
When brief blows the wind
Leaves, living though hanging still
Dance to whispered songs
When calm hangs the air
Fallen leaves await the breeze
To lift them anew
As it is in life
We're carried by winds of Fate
Longing for the tune

In Fall
By @ImperfectPsychotic04
In fall did I see,
intensely hued fronds of,
yellow, red and green.
Lay fallen on earth,
in a somber embrace serene,
heart's solemn beat,
How could they seem so,
alive with a bustling gleam,
dead, nature's beam.

Journey
By @crazyp01
A flower bud blooms
Spreading happiness around
A new cradle rocks.
A sparrow's feet hop
Grabbing straw before sundown
A young life living.
The wind knocks the door
Calling mourners to the ground
A coffin buried.
I wish I had better words to use to tell everyone "Thank You", I just feel like it is never enough. However, I will again from the bottom of my heart say THANK YOU. The kindness and joy that is freely shared here at the Pub is beyond inspirational, it is heavenly. Never discount what a kind word can do, you never know what someone is going through and that kind word that only took you a few moments to pen, could be the encouragement to get someone through an awful moment in life.
I hope everyone has a wonderful week, filled with joy and love!!
Remember to... keep those pens and keyboards flying!!
Cheers from you Mystres of Chatter
