Today is Elianna and Lilianna's seventh birthday party! Grace and Matt can't believe that their twin girls are now seven years old! It feels like yesterday that the twins were born a few weeks early and were in the NICU.

Elianna and Lilianna are now seven years old and are very healthy! They are currently first graders and are both girly girls! Lilianna is a dancer while Elianna is a gymnast!

The girls are so excited to have a Hawaiian Luau style birthday party and they are also excited to have their friends and family come too!

Grace has been busy all morning setting up everything up for the girl's birthday party while Matt got all of the kids dressed and ready.

Matt just finished getting Isaiah and Kellen dressed and ready while the twins are playing with their new doll house in their bedroom.

Matt is just finishing up styling Kellen's hair while Isaiah sits and watches them.

"Mommy?" Isaiah asks out loud looking for Grace.

"Yeah! Where's Mommy, Daddy!" Kellen asks Matt.

"Mommy is downstairs! Let's see if sissys are ready!" Matt says as Isaiah and Kellen run over to Lilianna and Elianna's bedroom.

"Hi, Kellen!" Elianna says happily to her younger brother.

"Hi, Lili and Ellie!" Kellen says to Elianna and Lilianna.

"Hi, Isaiah!" Lilianna says as Isaiah hugs her tightly.

Matt walks into the girl's bedroom and stands in the doorway, watching the girls and boys playing.

"Lili, Ellie, are you girls ready to go downstairs and party?" Matt asks the twins.

"Yes, Daddy!" Lilianna and Elianna says in unison.

"Okay, clean up the doll and let's head downstairs. Mommy is all done and ready for the birthday party." Matt says, making Lilianna and Elianna both smile.

Lilianna, Elianna, Kellen and Isaiah clean up the toys and then head downstairs with Matt.

Grace is sitting on the couch taking a break and the kids run up to her.

"Mommy!" Lilianna, Elianna, Kellen and Isaiah say in unison.

"Hey!" Grace says, hugging Lilianna, Elianna, Kellen and Isaiah tightly.

Matt then walks over to Grace and Grace smiles at him. Matt then softly kisses Grace tenderly.

"This birthday party looks amazing, babe! You did such a great job!" Matt says, making Grace's cheeks blush.

"Thank you, babe!" Grace says to Matt.

"Girls, do you like your birthday party theme?" Grace asks Lilianna and Elianna.

Lilianna and Elianna look around the house and see all of the decorations!

"YES!" Lilianna and Elianna say in unison.

"I'm so glad! Happy birthday!" Grace says as she kisses Lilianna and Elianna's cheeks.

Isaiah begins to play with the table cloth

"Isaiah! Don't touch!" Matt says picking up Isaiah and tickles him.

Matt, Grace, Lilianna, Elianna, Kellen and Isaiah wait for guests to arrive!

Grace's brothers and their families couldn't make it to the birthday party but they called Elianna and Lilianna yesterday to wish them a happy birthday! They also sent Elianna and Lilianna their presents through the mail!

Also, Grace's grandparents Anne-Marie and Alexandre couldn't fly in from France to California, due to horrible weather in France. However, they will be visiting everyone during Easter weekend which makes Grace very happy.

However, Grace and Matt have some family that will be here for Lilianna and Elianna's birthday! They are so grateful for their family.

Also, Grace's parents Alexandra and Alejandro are also here!

Elianna, Lilianna, Kellen and Isaiah happily greet everyone with hugs and kisses.

"Happy birthday, Lili and Ellie!" Tamira says hugging the girls tightly.

"Thank you!" Lilianna and Elianna say in unison.

"I can't believe you two are seven years old already!" Tammy says to Lilianna and Elianna.

"We can't either! It feels like they were just born!" Matt says to his mom.

"Happy birthday!" Ernest says hugging his nieces.

"Can I have a big hug too?" Ernest Sr asks the girls softly.

Lilianna and Elianna happily hug their Pop tightly.

"Kellen! Isaiah! I want some hugs too!" Ernest Sr says to the boys.

Kellen and Isaiah run over to hug Ernest Sr and Tammy.

"I wish your brothers were here with us, Grace!" Alexandra says to Grace.

"I know me too! But all of them will be here for Easter and that's only a month away!" Grace says to her mom.

"Mémé and Pépère really wanted to come too! But the weather in France has been so cold and bad. The town they live in is a shut down mode." Alejandro explains to his only daughter.

"I know that's scary! They called us this morning and wished the girls a happy birthday!" Grace says with a cheeky grin.

"Happy birthday, Ellie and Lili! You two are getting so big!" Alexandra says to the twins.

"Happy birthday, pretty girls." Alejandro says to the twins.

"Thank you, Nonna and Nonno!" Lilianna and Elianna say in unison.

Lilianna and Elianna's invited a bunch of their school friends! They invited Rosie, Saphira, Emberlynn, Skyla, Josselyn, Anabella, Charleigh, Israel, Emet, Jamison, Dashiell, Abel and Kaedyn!

"A luau party! I love Hawaii, it is so pretty there!" Emberlynn says with a big smile.

"Me too! Hawaii is so cool!" Charleigh says happily.

"Hawaii is the coolest place!" Rosie says as she fixes her dress.

"Oh my gosh! This birthday party is legitness!" Saphira says to Lilianna and Elianna.

"Yes! This party is awesome!" Skyla says as she flips her hair playfully.

"Thank you!" Elianna and Lilianna say in unison.

"Our mom loves to plan all of our birthday parties!" Lilianna says.

"Yeah, our mom loves to plan our birthday parties!" Elianna says.

"Cool!" Rosie, Saphira, Emberlynn, Skyla, Josselyn, Anabella and Charleigh say in unison.

"You two are two days older then me, that's crazy!" Emet says, making Elianna and Lilianna both chuckle.

"Ha ha! We are older! And I'm the older twin!" Lilianna says with a big grin.

"By like a minute! Not that much older, Lili!" Elianna says playfully to Lilianna.

"I've been seven for a month!" Kaedyn says with a giggle.

"I'm going to be seven in May!" Dashiell says.

Elianna and Lilianna begin to play and have fun with all of their friends while Grace and Matt talk with all of the parents.

Grace and Kate sit together while they watch the kids play together.

"You could have brought the other kids, Kate! I feel bad!" Grace says to Kate.

"Aw, don't feel bad, Grace! Avi and the majority of the kids haven't been feeling well this week. I didn't want anybody getting sick from them. I was going to bring Wren and Jasper but this birthday party was during nap time and those two can't miss their nap! They get so grumpy if they don't nap." Kate says with a chuckle.

"Aw, I hope the kids feel better! How are you feeling?" Grace asks Kate as she pats Kate's tiny baby bump and Kate smiles.

"I feel pretty good! I'm still a little nauseous but I'm feeling a lot better! Avi has been taking care of me and spoiling me extra." Kate says and Grace awes.

"That's so sweet. I'm so happy for you guys. I know you two weren't expecting another baby but it is such a blessing." Grace says to Kate.

"It definitely is a blessing. Avi and I feel blessed by God." Kate says with a grin.

"I love how close Israel is with Elianna and Lilianna!" Grace says to Kate and Kate smiles.

Kate and Grace look up and see Israel, Elianna and Lilianna are currently playing together!

"Me too! I hope they all stay in the same class in school!" Kate says as she watches the kids play.

"Me too! But with twins sometimes they like to separate them." Grace says with a slight frown.

"Aw, that stinks. Maybe they won't separate them next year." Kate says to Grace.

"I hope not. Ellie and Lili love to be in the same class as Israel." Grace says making Kate smile.

After lots of fun and lots of playing, it is time to open up birthday presents and have birthday cake!

"Lili! Ellie! Let's open up birthday presents now!" Matt says to the twins with a big smile.

"Yay! I love birthday presents!" Lilianna says with excitement.

"Me too! Birthday presents are so much fun to open!" Elianna says with a big grin.

"I wuv presents!" Kellen says with excitement and looks at his sisters' birthday presents.

"Kellen, don't touch the girl's presents. These are Lili and Ellie's birthday presents. You will have lots of presents on your birthday, okay?" Grace explains to Kellen.

Kellen frowns but nods at Grace. Grace kisses Kellen's cheek and sits him in her lap to make him feel better.

All of Elianna and Lilianna's friends sit on the floor in front of the twins, while the adults stand behind the kids.

"Okay, girls! Go ahead and open your presents! Make sure you say thank you to everyone and read the cards!" Grace says to the girls.

"Okay, Mommy!" Lilianna and Elianna say in unison as they smile at Grace.

Matt sits down next to Grace with Isaiah in his lap.

"Sissys!" Isaiah says with a big cheeky grin.

"Yeah! Sissys are opening up their birthday presents!" Matt explains to Isaiah.

Lilianna and Elianna begin to open up their birthday presents one by one from everyone!

"Yum yum!" Isaiah says, clapping his hands happily.

Everybody gathers around the dining room table to watch Lilianna and Elianna blow their birthday candles out.

All of the kids ooo and awe at the girl's birthday cakes and cheer on excitement.

The girls usually share a birthday cake every year but this year Matt and Grace decided for the girls to have their own birthday cakes!

Elianna and Lilianna love that they have their own birthday cakes this year! Lilianna's favorite color is orange while Elianna's favorite color is blue!

"It is time to sing happy birthday!" Grace says as she tenderly kisses Lilianna and Elianna's cheeks.

Matt places seven candles on Lilianna's birthday cake and then seven candles on Elianna's birthday cake.

They will sing happy birthday in age order, so Lilianna first and then Elianna.

Matt lights up Lilianna's seven birthday candles first.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, dear Lilianna! Happy birthday to you!" All of the guests sing to Lilianna.

Lilianna thinks of a wish before blowing out her seven birthday candles and all off the guests cheer happily!

Matt then lights up Elianna's seven birthday candles first.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Elianna! Happy birthday to you!" All of the guests sing to Elianna.

"Of course! Birthday girls always get a piece of birthday cake first!" Grace says making the girls smile.

Everybody begins to have cake and enjoy a few more hours of partying!

After a few hours of fun, Elianna and Lilianna's birthday is over. The girls had so much fun at their seventh birthdays party! :)
