Today is going to be a very special and a very life changing day in the Lewis-Rogers family!

Today, Rhett James Rogers is going to be born into the Lewis-Rogers family! 

Due to Rhett's big size and Kirstie having to need a c-section with Reed due to being a bigger baby as well, Kirstie and Blaine both decided to have a scheduled c-section to deliver Rhett.

Kirstie and Blaine both want to make sure that both Kirstie and Rhett are healthy, happy and perfectly fine during the delivery.

Kirstie vividly remembers having an extremely long and hard labor with Reed and then she ended up needing a c-section when she wouldn't progress anymore.

So this time, Kirstie just wants to have a c-section and doesn't want to experience that type of long labor again. Luckily with the girls, she was able to have a regular delivery with no issues with them.

Kirstie's doctor is predicting Rhett to be about the same size as Reed was or even a little bigger then Reed was.

Kirstie often jokes to everyone on how she makes big boys and she is correct! Both Reed and Rhett are big boys! Both Harper and Piper were both seven pounds!

Even Blaine was a big baby when he was born! Blaine weighed nine pounds, five ounces and was twenty two inches long when he was born!

Right now, Kirstie and Blaine are patiently waiting in their hospital room together! Both of them are very excited that today is the day that their first child together is going to be born!

Kirstie is happily laying in her hospital bed with her pretty pink floral hospital gown on. She has a heart rate monitor on her big baby bump, to check on Rhett's heart beat.

Kirstie also has an IV in her left arm giving her medicines and fluids to prepare her body for the c-section.

Kirstie is really relaxed and extremely calm for her scheduled c-section which the complete opposite of how she was right before Reed's c-section.

Blaine is all suited up in his blue surgical suit and he is getting his Nikon camera ready to take many pictures of Rhett's delivery!

"Are you excited, Blainey?" Kirstie asks Blaine softly as she smiles up at Blaine.

"I am very excited, Kirs! I absolutely can't wait to meet our baby boy and see what he looks like! And see how big he is too!" Blaine says with a big cheeky smile at Kirstie and Kirstie smiles ear to ear back at Blaine.

"Me too! I think Rhett is going to look just like you, Blainey." Kirstie says with a big grin at Blaine.

"Aw, really? I think he will look just like you, babe!" Blaine says with a big cheeky grin, making Kirstie blush and smile.

"How much do you think he will weigh?" Kirstie asks Blaine softly.

"I think he will be ten pounds!" Blaine says jokingly to Kirstie, making Kirstie playfully roll her eyes and make her giggle loudly.

"I think he will be a little bigger then Reed was, but not a ten pound baby! I will be very shocked if he is ten pounds." Kirstie says to Blaine.

"My mom thought I was going to be a seven pound baby but I came out be nine pounds five ounces!" Blaine says as Kirstie giggles.

"Aww, your poor mom. She did it naturally too, right?" Kirstie asks Blaine.

"Yup! No pain meds!" Blaine says to Kirstie playfully.

"Ouch! I had Piper with no medicine but not Harper." Kirstie says to Blaine.

"You are so strong, my love. Having four children and adopting twins and accepting Madison as yours as well. You are truly amazing and I love you so much." Blaine says to Kirstie as she tenderly kisses Kirstie's forehead.

"I love you too, Blainey. You are the best." Kirstie says as she kisses Blaine a few times, making Blaine smile ear to ear at her.

Ten minutes later, Kirstie and Blaine both go back to the operating room to get ready for the c-section!

On 8:12 am on May 24th, Rhett James Rogers was born into the world!

Rhett weighs nine pounds, two ounces and is twenty two inches long! Rhett has dark brown hair and blue eyes just like his Daddy Blaine!

After being in the operating room for an hour, Kirstie, Rhett and Blaine are now in the recovery room together where they will be for a few hours for monitoring.

Kirstie's scheduled c-section went great with no complications! Both baby Rhett and Kirstie are doing very well!

Blaine just fed Rhett his first ever bottle of formula and Rhett drank the whole thing, making both Blaine and Kirstie very proud parents.

Kirstie has decided to not breastfeed Rhett. She loved breastfeeding the girls but she struggled a lot. Kirstie attempted to breastfeed Reed but he stopped after a week. Kirstie doesn't want to stress herself out and she wants to enjoy her baby, so bottle feeding it is!

Kirstie has also been getting like of skin to skin time with her new baby boy.

Blaine takes a few pictures of Kirstie and Rhett together, making Kirstie blush.

"Stop, all of my makeup is messed up!" Kirstie says playfully to Blaine, making Blaine smile.

"No, it looks perfect! You look so beautiful holding our son. Our son we created together." Blaine says to Kirstie, making Kirstie smile and blush.

"You are going to make me cry!" Kirstie says as she giggles and tears up.

"I love you, babe. And I love you, Rhett." Blaine says as he kisses Kirstie's forehead and then kisses Rhett's head.

"I love you too. I love my boys so much." Kirstie says softly as she smiles at Rhett and then up at Blaine.

For the next few hours, Kirstie and Blaine bond one on one with their brand new baby boy, Rhett James!

- A Few Hours Later -
It has been a few hours since baby Rhett was born!

Kirstie, Rhett and Blaine have all taken a very much needed nap and they all just ate lunch together! Kirstie, Blaine and Rhett are all relaxing and spending much needed time together, just the three of them!

Right now, Blaine is getting Rhett dressed into his special little brother onesie to wear or when he meets his six older siblings and his aunt!

Ten minutes ago, Kirstie called her little sister Graycie to let her know that she, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper can all come to the hospital to meet Rhett for the first time!

Kirstie and Blaine are both extremely relieved that the hospital visit ban has been lifted and that Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper can all visit for a few hours!

Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper are all on the way to the hospital!

"Rhetty, let's get you all dressed and ready for your siblings!" Blaine says in a babyfied voice, making Kirstie smile.

Kirstie begins to take a small video of Blaine putting the little brother onesie on Rhett.

Rhett happily wiggles around and coos, making Kirstie and Blaine both smile and awe.

"He is so perfect, Kirs." Blaine says with a big cheeky smile.

"He sure is. I can't believe how perfect he is." Kirstie says softly to Blaine and Blaine smiles at Rhett.

*Rhett's first outfit*

"There you go, bud! You are all dressed and ready for your siblings to come! Get ready to meet your big brothers Jude, Jett and Reed! And big sisters Madison, Harper and Piper! All six of them are very ready to meet you and kiss you!" Blaine says in a babyfied voice at Rhett, making Rhett coo some more and wiggle around again.

"Okay, Rhett. You can hang out with Mommy for a while. I am going to get Mommy her donut she has been wanting for hours now and she absolutely deserves it." Blaine says softly to Rhett and hands Rhett to Kirstie.

Kirstie begins to happily hold Rhett and kiss her baby boy a few times.

Kirstie then begins to take a few pictures of Rhett wearing his baby brother onesie and she makes it her lock screen for the time being.

"How many donuts, love?" Blaine asks Kirstie as he rubs her back.

"Four? Two for now and two for later. Thank you for everything, Blainey. I love you so so much." Kirstie says softly to Blaine.

"Four donuts coming right up!" Blaine says as he quickly kisses Kirstie and Rhett before leaving the hospital room to head to Dunkin to get donuts and a coffee!

Blaine, Kirstie and Rhett all patiently wait for Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper to all arrive to the hospital!

Kirstie and Blaine can't wait for all of their kids to meet their baby brother!

After a twenty minute drive, Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper have all arrived at the hospital!

Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all get stickers at the receptionist desk and then they get on the elevator and ride up to the seventh floor!

Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all wash their hands before walking into Kirstie's hospital room!

"Mommy!" Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all say in unison with big smiles.

"Hey guys!" Kirstie says with a big cheeky smile at Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper.

Kirstie begins to hug and kiss Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper one by one, making all of them smile.

"Hey, sis! You look absolutely great!" Graycie says happily to Kirstie as she hugs her.

"Thank you! I feel really good!" Kirstie says happily to Graycie.

"That's good!" Graycie says with a big cheeky grin.

Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all sit on Kirstie's hospital bed together.

"Baby! Baby! Baby!" Piper says as she happily claps her hands.

"I am so happy that baby Rhett is here!" Harper says with a big grin.

"Me too!" Reed, Jude and Jett all say in unison with cheeky smiles.

"I am so excited to have another baby brother!" Madison says with a big cheeky smile.

"Baby Rhett is excited to meet all of you!" Kirstie says happily to Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper.

Blaine holds Rhett as he walks over to Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper.

"Rhett says hi!" Blaine says to Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper.

"Awww!" Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all say in unison with a big smile.

"Oh my gosh! He is so cute! How much did he weigh?" Graycie asks Kirstie and Blaine.

"Nine pounds two ounces! Twenty two inches long." Kirstie says proudly.

"Jeez Kirs! He is a big baby! Bigger then Reed was!" Graycie says as she giggles and smiles.

"I told you he was going to be big." Kirstie says happily Graycie.

"Who wants to hold baby Rhett?" Blaine asks Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper.

"MEEEEE!" Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all day in unison to Blaine, making Blaine, Kirstie snd Graycie all smile.

One by one, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all get a chance to hold baby Rhett!

After visiting for a few hours, Graycie, Jude, Jett, Madison, Reed, Harper and Piper all leave to go home! They all can't wait for Kirstie, Rhett and Blaine to come home!

Kirstie, Rhett and Blaine all leave the hospital a day later! Kirstie and Blaine are both very excited to welcome their baby boy into their big family! :)
