Today is Rose Valentine and Judah Darien Koop's first birthday and also their first birthday party all on the same day, which Esther and Darien think is very fun!

One year ago today, Esther delivered her and Darien's second set of miracle twins, Rose Valentine Koop and Judah Darien Koop via c-section at 34 weeks along!

Due to having high blood pressure and other complications, Esther had to deliver the twins a few weeks sooner than planned but Esther, Rose and Judah were all happy and healthy!

Rose and Judah spent a few weeks in the NICU to gain some more weight and to have their breathing improve. After three weeks in the NICU, Rose and Judah were able to come home!

Today, Esther and Darien are going to have a "One Prickly Pair" birthday party theme for Rose and Judah's first birthday!

Esther picked this as the birthday party theme because she wanted something unique and different! Also, Esther and Darien wanted the twins to have a fun and adorable first birthday party!

Last night while all twelve of the Koop kids were in bed, Esther and Darien were busy decorating the house in cacti and other decorations to match the one prickly pair!

Esther and Darien both cannot believe that their two youngest children, Rose and Judah are one years old! Esther and Darien's twin babies are growing up so fast!

After a few hours of decorating and getting everything ready for the birthday party, Esther and Darien head to bed!

The next day, Esther and Darien both wake up earlier then the kids did to finish up last minute decorations and they begin to get all of the birthday goodie food set up!

Once all of the Koop kids wake up for the day, Esther, Darien, Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher, Annabelle, Rose, Judah and Sebastian the dog all eat a special birthday themed breakfast together to celebrate Rose and Judah's first birthday!

After breakfast, everybody cleans up and gets ready for the birthday party!

Right now, Esther is getting Rose and Judah dressed in their special birthday outfits while Darien is downstairs with Sebastian the dog, Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher and Annabelle!

All of the kids and even Esther and Darien made sure to wear cactus shirts or dresses to be festive with the birthday party theme and it would make cute family pictures.

"Who is excited for Rose and Judah's birthday birthday party?" Darien asks all of the kids happily.

"MEEEEE!" Annabelle, Asher, Hana and Sadie all say in unison happily.

"I am! I am!" Gabriel and Noah both say in unison with cheeky smiles.

"Me too!" Ev says as they play with their hair and giggle.

Shiloh, Shepherd and Zachary all giggle and smile at their younger siblings excitement.

Just then, Esther, Rose and Judah all walk down the steps together. Esther is holding Rose and Judah in her arms proudly.

Rose and Judah both haven't figured out walking just yet but they are getting there which is very exciting!

"Woof! Woof! Woof! Woof!" Sebastian says to Rose and Judah making Esther, Rose and Judah all smile.

"Aww! Sebastian is saying happy birthday!" Annabelle says with excitement.

"Ya! Sebastian talking!" Asher says as he giggles and smiles.

"He sure is!" Darien says with a big grin.

"Let's sing happy birthday to the twins! Rose is first and then Judah!" Darien says happily to all of the kids as he holds Rose and Esther holds Judah.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Rose! Happy birthday to you!" Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher and Annabelle all sing in unison to Rose!

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Judah! Happy birthday to you!" Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher and Annabelle all sing in unison to Judah!

"Yay! Yay!" Esther says in a babyfied voice at the twins making both Rose and Judah smile and clap their hands in excitement.

Esther, Darien, Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher, Annabelle, Rose, Judah and Sebastian all patiently and happily wait for birthday guests to start arriving!

The first to arrive to the birthday party is Esther's younger brother Avi, sister-in-law Kate and their children Noam, Dakota, Elyse, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Ayla, Wren, Jasper, Jeremiah and Micah!

"Hi, Uncle Darien!" Noam, Dakota, Elyse, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Ayla, Wren, Jasper, Jeremiah and Micah all say in unison to Darien with cheeky smiles.

"Hey, Dar!" Kate and Avi both say in unison to their brother-in-law.

"Hey guys! Thank you so much for coming!" Darien says to Avi, Kate, Noam, Dakota, Elyse, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Ayla, Wren, Jasper, Jeremiah and Micah.

"You know we wouldn't miss this!" Kate says as she smiles at Darien.

"We couldn't miss Rose and Judah's big day!" Avi says to Darien as he fixes Micah's hair and Jeremiah's shirt.

Kate and Avi then walk over to Esther, who is sitting on the couch with Rose and Judah on each side of her.

"Happy birthday, Rose Valentine and Judah Darien!" Kate says happily to Rose and Judah making both babies smile at her.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Rose says as she smiles up at Kate.

"Ba ba ba!" Judah says as he claps his hands and smiles up at Kate.

"Aww! They love their Auntie Kate!" Esther says with a cheeky grin.

Kate than kisses Rose and Judah's foreheads tenderly.

"Happy first birthday Rose and Judah!" Avi says softly to Rose and Judah making them both smile.

"Ba ba!" Rose says doing grabby hands at Avi and Avi picks her up making her smile.

"Awww!" Esther and Kate both say in unison with big grins.

"Baaaaa!" Judah says as he giggles loudly.

"Happy birthday, Rose and Judah!" Noam, Dakota, Elyse, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Ayla, Wren and Jasper all say in unison to Rose and Judah!

"HAPPY BIRFDAY!" Jeremiah says as he flaps his hands.

"BIRFDAY! YAY!" Micah says as he claps his hands and gets excited.

Esther, Darien, Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher, Annabelle, Rose, Judah, Sebastian the dog, Avi, Kate, Noam, Dakota, Elyse, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Ayla, Wren, Jasper, Jeremiah and Micah all hang out while they wait for more birthday party guests to arrive!

The next to arrive to the birthday party is Esther's older brother Joshua and his sons Grant and Cash!

"Joshua! Grant! Cash! You all made it!" Esther says with lots of excitement as she hugs Joshua, Grant and Cash.

"Surprise!" Joshua says as he chuckles and smiles.

"Hi, Auntie Esther!" Grant and Cash both say in unison to Esther with big cheeky smiles.

"Hi, cuties!" Esther says as she hugs and kisses Grant and Cash happily.

"Hey guys!" Darien says with a smile as he walks over with a smile.

"Hi, Uncle Darien!" Grant and Cash both say in unison to Darien with big cheeky smiles.

Grant and Cash then happily walk over to Rose and Judah, who were both playing on the floor with the rest of the babies!

"Happy birthday, Rose and Judah!" Grant and Cash both say in unison as they kiss and hug the babies.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Rose and Judah both say in unison happily.

"Happy birthday, cuties! Happy birthday!" Joshua says as he kisses Rose and Judah's cheeks.

"Hi, Uncle Darien and Auntie Esther!" Emily and Nicole both say in unison happily to Avi and Esther.

"Hey girls!" Darien says with a big smile at Emily and Nicole.

"Hey!" Esther says as she hugs and kisses Emily and Nicole.

Darien and Esther then greet and hug Amanda and Norman!

Emily and Nicole happily walk over to greet Rose and Judah.

"Baaaaaa!" Judah says as he smiles at the girls.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Rose says as she also smiles at the girls.

"Happy first birthday, Rose and Judah!" Emily and Nicole both say in unison to the twins!

"Ba ba ba ba ba!" Rose and Judah both say in unison to Esther, Darien, Shelly, Michael, Teresa and Darien's dad.

"Happy first birthday, Rose and Judah! Shelly, Michael, Teresa and Darien's dad all say in unison to Rose and Judah making the babies giggle loudly.

Shelly, Michael, Teresa and Darien's dad all talk and bond with all of their grandkids, Zachary, Shepherd, Shiloh, Ev, Gabriel, Noah, Sadie, Hana, Asher, Annabelle, Rose, Judah, Noam, Dakota, Elyse, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Ayla, Wren, Jasper, Jeremiah, Micah, Emily, Nicole, Grant and Cash!

Esther and Darien then invited all of their PTX friends! Only the younger kids came to the party since this party is for the babies!

Esther and Darien hug and kiss all of the kids one by one, giving them lots of love!

Esther and Darien then greet Mitch, Kirstie, Tara, Grace, Jake, Mark, Beau and Gage with hugs!

After two hours of partying, dancing, playing, talking and eating, it is now time for Rose and Judah to open up all of their birthday presents!

All of the birthday party guests gather around in the living room to watch Rose and Judah open up their birthday presents!

Esther and Darien both sit on the floor with the twins and the twins all babble happily at everyone.

"Let's open up your birthday presents! Yay!" Esther says in a babyfied voice at the twins.

"Ba ba ba ba ba!" Rose and Judah both say in unison to Esther.

Darien sits Rose in his lap while Esther sits Judah in her lap before they begin to open up all of the birthday presents!

One by one, Esther and Darien both happily help Rose and Judah open up all of their birthday presents from all of the birthday party guests!

"Thank you so much everyone! The twins are so blessed and so lucky!" Esther says happily to the birthday party guests.

"Thank you, everyone!" Darien says with a cheeky grin at all of the birthday guests.

"You're welcome!" All of the birthday party guests say in unison with big cheeky smiles.

It is now time for birthday cake for everyone, Rose and Judah!

Esther and Darien both sit Rose and Judah in their high chairs and they put birthday hats on their heads.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Rose says as she claps her hands and smiles.

"Baaaaaa baaaa!" Judah says as he claps his hands and bangs on his high chair playfully.

Avi and Kate then help Esther and Darien by bringing over Rose and Judah's smash cakes!

Amanda then brings over the big birthday cake for all of the birthday guests to enjoy!

Darien places a bright pink 1 candle on Rose's smash birthday cake! Darien then lights up the 1 candle that is sitting on top of her smash birthday cake!

"Ba ba ba! Ba ba ba!" Rose says as she claps her hands and smiles up at Darien and Esther. 

"It is your turn, baby! Yay!" Darien says in a babyfied voice at Rose.

"You are first, baby!" Esther says to Rose in a babyfied voice making Rose giggle.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Rose Valentine! Happy birthday to you!" All of the birthday guests sing in unison to Rose.

Esther and Darien stand on each side of Rose and they help her blow out her birthday candle!

"You are next, baby!" Esther says to Judah in a babyfied voice making Judah giggle.

Esther and Darien stand on each side of Judah and they help his blow out his birthday candle.

While Rose and Judah enjoy their smash cakes, all of the birthday guests enjoy a piece of birthday cake!

For the next few hours, everybody has a lot of fun at Rose and Judah's first birthday!
