Avi and Kate have had a busy day so far! Avi took the older four kids - Dakota, Tobias, Israel and Abigail to the bus stop and they went to school for the day!

After the older four kids headed to school for the day, Avi and Kate took the younger four kids - Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper to the doctor to get their yearly check ups! All of the younger kids are all happy and healthy!

Kate is currently making Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper some lunch! She is making them their all time favorite meal, a peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper's outfits*

"Do you guys want some fruit with your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?" Kate asks Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper.

"I do, Mama!" Ezra says to Kate.

"I do too, Mama!" Kaiya says happily to Kate.

"Okay! Pick what type of fruit you two want!" Kate says to Kaiya and Ezra.

Kaiya picks out blueberries while Ezra picks out strawberries out of the refrigerator.

"Wren, Jas, do you two want some fruit?" Kate asks Wren and Jasper.

"Yes!" Wren says, jumping up and down and hugs Kate's leg.

"Mhm!" Jasper says as he crawls around the floor and giggles loudly.

"What kind of fruit do you want, Wren?" Kate asks Wren as she opens up the refrigerator.

"Grapes, Mama!" Wren says with excitement.

"Okay, Wren! Can you get them out of the refrigerator for me?" Kate asks Wren softly.

Wren grabs the grape container and hands them to Kate.

"Thank you, Wren!" Kate says to Wren.

Kate picks out a banana for Jasper and cuts it up for him.

"Jasper, you are going to get dirty on the floor, bud." Avi says picking up Jasper off of the floor.

"Da da! Ma ma!" Jasper says as he plays with Avi's nose and long hair.

"You love to play with Daddy's hair don't you, Jasper?" Kate says as she playfully pinches Jasper's cheek and Jasper smiles ear to ear. 

Ezra, Kaiya and Wren grab their paper plates and walk over to the dining room table to sit down and eat their lunch.

Avi sits Jasper in his high chair and kisses his cheek.

"Here you go, Jasper." Kate says handing Jasper his paper plate. 

"What do you say to Mama, Jas?" Avi asks Jasper.

"Tank you!" Jasper says clapping his hands happily.

"Thank you, Mama!" Ezra, Kaiya and Wren say in unison.

"You're welcome! Enjoy!" Kate says to Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper.

Ezra, Kaiya, Abigail and Jasper all begin to eat lunch together!

The younger kids are currently having nap time or quiet time in their bedrooms while Avi is currently doing some work on his laptop, mostly replying to emails and listening to music samples. Kate has been doing much needed laundry and cleaning up the house. 

Kate hasn't felt like herself these past few weeks. She feels really really tired, nauseous at times and her stomach has felt weird.

After Jasper was born, Kate decided she didn't wanna go onto any type of birth control. She never liked how it made her body feel so she decided to not take any. Her and Avi decided to do natural family planning as their form of birth control.

Kate has taken a pregnancy test to see if she is possibly pregnant. She wants to rule that out before going to a doctor to get checked out.

Kate's iPhone timer goes off and she turns the pregnancy test over. The pregnancy test is showing a faint positive line and Kate is currently freaking out about it.

Avi and Kate's family was suppose to complete after Kaiya and Dakota's adoption was finalized, which was a few months ago. Kate and Avi have adopted four children and had four children of their own. They have an even number of boys and girls and they are very happy with their family dynamic.

Kate doesn't know how another little one would work in their family dynamic. She doesn't wanna be too overwhelmed.

Kate peeks her head out of the bathroom and sees Avi hard at work in the living room.

"Hey, Avi? Avi?" Kate says softly from the half bathroom.

Avi takes his headphones off and looks over at Kate. 

"Yes, babe? What's up, love?" Avi says to Kate.

"Can you come in here?" Kate asks Avi as she hides her face behind the bathroom door.

"Sure, love. What's wrong? You look upset about something." Avi says as he sits his laptop on the couch and sits his headphones next to the laptop.

"I just want you to come in here." Kate says softly to Avi.

"Okay, I'm coming love." Avi says softly as he walks over to the half bathroom and Kate hugs him tightly.

"What's wrong, love?" Avi asks Kate as he tenderly kisses her cheek.

Kate points to the pregnancy test that is sitting on the bathroom counter. Avi does a double take as he holds up the pregnancy test and examines it carefully.

"Wait. Your pregnant, Kate?" Avi asks Kate softly.

"Yeah... I am." Kate whispers to Avi as she hides her face with her hands. 

"Wow! This is shocking but amazing news, love." Avi says with a smile as he hugs Kate.

"Aren't you mad about this? Our family was suppose to be complete, Avi." Kate asks Avi in confusion.

"No, why would I be mad, love?" Avi asks Kate as he kisses Kate's temple.

"I don't know. This is just a huge surprise honestly and I didn't think we would have anymore kids." Kate says to Avi.

"This is something we didn't plan on, but this is God's plan, love. He wanted us to have this baby. Just like he wanted us to adopt Toby, Abby, Dakota and Kaiya. Just like he gave us Israel, Ezra, Wren and Jasper. We are going to be fine, love." Avi says as he rubs Kate's cheek tenderly.

"God loves to bless us." Kate says to Avi with a smile and Avi also smiles at her.

"He sure does." Avi says as he kisses Kate and hugs her tightly.

"We are gonna be okay, love. I promise." Avi whispers into Kate's ear.

"I hope so. I'm just scared this time around and I don't know why." Kate says as she takes a deep breath.

"I know. But we are going to be just fine. We are so blessed all around. This baby will be spoiled rotten by everyone we know." Avi says making Kate smile.

"Yeah, definitely. We are so blessed that way. So many family and friends that love our kids so much." Kate says to Avi.

Avi plays with Kate's long blonde hair and rubs circles into her back.

"You feel okay, love?" Avi asks Kate softly.

"I'm just really tired and a little nauseous right now actually." Kate says to Avi as she yawns.

"Why don't you lay down for a while. If the kids wake up and I can watch them. You need to rest, love." Avi says to Kate, kissing her tenderly again. 

"But, I have to clean up the kitchen and organize the pantry." Kate says to Avi.

"Kate, I can do that. Don't worry about anything. You need to be getting a lot of rest right now." Avi says to Kate as he rubs Kate's waist and rubs her flat stomach.

Kate blushes at Avi and hugs him tightly.

"You are the absolute best. I love you so much." Kate says to Avi as she lays her head on his neck.

"I love you too. Now go upstairs and rest. I got this." Avi says to Kate.

Kate lays down in bed while Avi cleans up the house.
