Today is Avi's birthday!

Kate has planned a very small family get together at a roller skating park with Esther and her family for Avi's birthday! Avi absolutely loves to roller skate, so that is a perfect birthday party for him.

Kate has been up bright and early today because baby Micah woke her up with his hard kicking on her bladder. Kate and Avi can't wait to welcome their ninth child this fall. They feel so blessed to have a big and loving family. A family they both always wanted.

Kate has been busy this morning making Avi his special birthday breakfast! She has made Happy Birthday donuts for the kids to eat and enjoy. Kate is currently making Avi his special birthday waffles. Avi really loves the way Kate makes waffles!

Kate films a cute Instagram story of Avi's waffles and her baby bump. She writes: "Thanks to baby Micah, I was able to wake up before Avi and make his special birthday waffles! 🥰🥞 #HappyBirthdayAvi!"

- An Hour Later -
Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper are now all awake and are waiting for Avi to wake up so they can start all of the birthday fun!

*Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper's pajamas*

"Did you all sleep good last night?" Kate asks all of the kids as she pours them orange juice in their cups to drink with their breakfast.

"Yes!" Dakota, Kaiya, Abigail, Ezra and Wren say in unison to Kate as they sit on the bar stools together.

"Ya, Mama!" Jasper says, happily clapping his hands as he hugs Kate's leg tightly.

"I slept really good, Mama!" Israel says as he fixes his hair bun.

"Me too, Mama!" Tobias says with a big smile.

"I am so glad that all of you slept good last night! I slept pretty good too until baby Micah woke me up early this morning with his kicking." Kate says as she pats her baby bump.

"Morning, Micah!" Kaiya says as she rubs Kate's baby bump.

"Morning, Micah!" Wren, Ezra, Abigail, Israel and Tobias say in unison to Kate's baby bump as they all rub it.

"Good morning, baby Micah!" Dakota says as she kisses Kate's baby bump.

"Ba ba! Ba ba Mi!" Jasper says to Kate's baby bump making Kate smile.

"Yeah! Baby Micah is in my belly! He is moving around a lot this morning, Jasper!" Kate says to Jasper with a smile.

After all of the kids get their morning orange juice, Kate brings over Avi's birthday waffles for the kids to see!

"Look what I made Daddy for his birthday breakfast!" Kate says to the kids, sitting the waffles in front of them.

*Avi's breakfast*

"Wow! Daddy is going to love those waffles, Mama! They look really really good!" Dakota says happily to Kate.

"Those are Daddy's favorite, Mama!" Abigail says with excitement.

"Yeah! Daddy is going to eat them all!" Ezra says, making himself and all of his siblings laugh.

"They are Daddy's favorite! That's why I made them for him! A special birthday treat for him!" Kate says to Abigail and the rest of the kids happily.

"Daddy is going to love them! He LOVES waffles, Mama!" Israel says to Kate.

"Daddy loves waffles a lot. He could eat them all of the time if he could!" Tobias says with a giggle.

"And look, guys! I made these special donuts for all of you to enjoy in honor of Daddy's birthday!" Kate says showing the kids the donuts she made!

*The kid's special breakfast*

"WOAH!" Jasper, Wren and Kaiya say in unison with big cheeky smiles on their faces.

"These look AWESOME, Mama!" Tobias says to Kate happily.

"They look SO GOOD, Mama!" Ezra says to Kate.

"I want one now!" Abigail says with absolute excitement.

"Me too! They look so sweet and good!" Israel says to Kate.

"Mama always makes the yummiest and coolest stuff!" Dakota says to Kate making Kate smile.

"Can we all wait until Daddy wakes up? I want Daddy to see the birthday donuts too." Kate says to the kids.

"Okay!" Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya and Wren say in unison.

"Mama! Up!" Jasper says, doing grabby hands at Kate.

Kate picks up Jasper and kisses his cheeks, making Jasper giggle and smile.

"Prissy!" Wren says as she tries to pick up Prissy the cat off of the floor

"Wren, don't pick up Prissy please. You can pet her though! She doesn't like to be held, remember?" Kate says to Wren as Wren continues to pet Prissy the cat.

"Prissy is such a good kitty!" Abigail says as she hugs Prissy tightly.

"Yes, she is! She is such a pretty girl too! Hey Dakota, did you clean up Prissy's litter box yesterday?" Kate asks Dakota.

"Yes, Mama! I did!" Dakota says to Kate.

"Thank you, Dakota! I appreciate it!" Kate says to Dakota.

"You're welcome, Mama!" Dakota says with a big grin.

"Mama, I'll feed Prissy her breakfast!" Tobias says to Kate as he fills up Prissy's food bowl with cat food.

"Aww, thank you Toby!" Kate says to Tobias making him smile.

"You're welcome, Mama!" Tobias says to Kate.

"Let's all watch some cartoons while we wait for Daddy to come down." Kate says to the kids as she let's Jasper walk around again.

"Yay!" Jasper, Wren, Kaiya, Ezra, Abigail, Israel, Tobias and Dakota say in unison.

Kate, Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper all wait for Avi to wake up and come downstairs!

Avi walks down the steps slowly and walks towards the living room where the kids and Kate are all sitting.

"Happy birthday, Daddy!" Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya and Wren say in unison as they run up to Avi and hug him tightly.

"DADA!" Jasper says running up to Avi and hugs him too.

"Aww, thank you guys so much!" Avi says as he kisses the kid's foreheads one by one.

"Did you sleep good?" Ezra asks Avi.

"I did sleep good! Thank you for asking!" Avi says to Ezra making Ezra smile ear to ear. 

"Happy birthday, sweetheart." Kate says as she softly kisses Avi twice and hugs him tightly, making Avi smile.

"Thank you, baby. You are the best." Avi says with a big cheeky smile.

Avi then kisses Kate's baby bump and pats it happily.

"Micah is moving a lot in there this morning." Avi says happily as he kisses Kate again.

"He sure is. He woke me up bright and early this morning kicking the crap out of my bladder." Kate says with a chuckle and Avi giggles.

"Daddy! Mama made us these super cool donuts! They say Happy Birthday on them!" Abigail says, pointing to the pastel colored donuts on the birthday plate.

"Woah! They look super yummy and cool! Mama makes the best donuts ever!" Avi says to all of the kids happily.

"Can we eat them now, Mama?" Israel asks Kate.

"Yeah! Can we Mama?" Tobias asks Kate.

"Go ahead!" Kate says as Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper happily pick up a donut to eat!

Kate hands Avi his birthday waffles making Avi smile ear to ear.

"I made you your favorite waffles, love. Happy birthday." Kate says as she kisses Avi tenderly again.

"Aww, thank you honey. I appreciate it so so much. These look so so good. Do you wanna share these with me?" Avi asks Kate softly.

"Of course!" Kate says happily to Avi.

Kate, Avi and the kids all eat breakfast together as a family!

After breakfast, Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper all give Avi the birthday cards they made for him a few days ago!

"I love all of my birthday cards you all made me! Thank you guys so so much! I love them all! I am going to put them in my music room!" Avi says as he hugs and kisses Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper one by one.

"You're welcome, Daddy!" Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail and Ezra say in unison.

"Yay!" Kaiya, Wren and Jasper say in unison happily.

"These are the cutest birthday cards ever." Avi says to the kids, making them all smile.

"I made this for you, Avi." Kate says, handing Avi a birthday present she made for him.

"Aww, thank you honey. I love this so much! It is so thoughtful and creative!" Avi says as he kisses Kate twice.

"You're welcome! In a few hours, we are going to go to a roller skating place for a small get together for your birthday! Esther, Darien and their kids are coming too!" Kate says to Avi.

"Oh that's fun! I am so excited for that!" Avi says as he kisses Kate again making her smile.

Kate, Avi, Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper all hang out at home for a few hours!

- A Few Hours Later -
Kate, Avi, Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper are at the roller skating park!

Kate is setting up the table with a very cute table cloth, paper plates and napkins!

Avi brings over his birthday cake and sits it on the middle of the table.

"Aww, this table looks so nice! Are you excited for this, babe?" Kate asks Avi as she playfully pinches his cheek.

"I am, babe! Thank you for everything!" Avi says, kissing Kate's cheek.

"You're welcome!" Kate says as she kisses Avi.

Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper are running around the roller skating place patiently waiting to skate!

"Mama? Can we skate yet?" Dakota asks Kate.

"Yes! Can we skate, Mama?" Israel asks Kate.

"Let's wait for Auntie Esther, Uncle Darien and your cousins to come first! Then you can all skate together." Kate says to Dakota and Israel.

"Can you skate with us, Mama?" Ezra asks Kate.

"No, I can't skate with you guys. I'm going to stay over here and watch you all instead." Kate says to all of the kids.

"Why?" Abigail asks Kate in confusion.

"Because Mama has a baby in her belly. If she falls down it can really hurt baby Micah. We don't want baby Micah or Mama to get hurt." Avi says as he rubs Kate's baby bump softly.

Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya, Wren and Jasper continue to play as they wait for Esther, Darien, Evalina, Gabriel, Noah, Hana and Annabelle to arrive!

"Hey, little bro! Happy birthday!" Esther says as she hugs Avi tightly.

"Thank you, Es!" Avi says with a big grin.

"Happy birthday, Avi!" Darien says as he bro hugs Avi.

"Thanks, Dar!" Avi says happily to Darien.

*Evalina, Gabriel, Noah, Hana and Annabelle's outfits*

"Happy birthday, Uncle Avi!" Evalina, Gabriel, Noah and Hana say in unison to Avi.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Annabelle says to Avi happily.

"Thank you!" Avi says to Evalina, Gabriel, Noah, Hana and Annabelle.

"Let's all go roller skating!" Darien says as the kids begin to cheer in excitement.

Avi, Darien, Dakota, Tobias, Evalina, Israel, Abigail, Gabriel, Noah, Ezra and Kaiya all get their skates on and begin to skate around!

Kate, Esther, Hana, Wren, Annabelle and Jasper all sit out while the rest of the kids, Darien and Avi all skate on the rink together!

"Your baby bump is getting so big and cute, Kate!" Esther says to Kate happily.

"Aw, thank you so much! I feel really huge today! Baby boy is so active! He woke me up bright and early this morning, kicking the crap out of my bladder!" Kate says as she rubs her baby bump.

Esther then rubs Kate's baby bump and gently kisses it.

"I am SO SO excited for baby Micah's arrival! Are you and Avi getting everything ready for him?" Esther asks Kate.

"We are! We are actually clearing out the spare bedroom and Avi is going to paint it soon! My parents really wanna buy all of his nursery furniture." Kate says to Esther.

"That's so exciting! Our parents wanna buy a ton of things for baby Micah too. It is really funny and really cute." Esther says as she and Kate both giggle.

"I know, Avi told me. It is really cute. Our kids are so blessed with amazing grandparents." Kate says as she sits down by the table.

Hana and Wren run around the area happily while Annabelle and Jasper play with their toys together!

"Mama! Wook!" Jasper says, showing Esther a stuffed animal he is holding up.

"Ooo! That's a cute little bear! Is that Belle's bear?" Kate asks Jasper.

"No, mine!" Jasper says, making Kate and Esther both chuckle.

"No, Jasper. That's Belle's teddy bear. Can you give it back to her?" Kate asks Jasper.

"Otay!" Jasper says, handing Annabelle her bear back.

"Ma ma ma!" Annabelle says with a big cheeky smile.

"Hi, Belle! Show Auntie Kate how well you can walk around now!" Esther says to Annabelle.

Annabelle begins to wobble around and then falls back down.

"Yay, Belle! You are getting so big!" Kate says, clapping and cheering at Annabelle.

Kate and Esther continue to talk and hang out with the little kids while Darien and Avi skated with the older kids!

It is time for everyone's favorite part of a birthday party - birthday cake!

"Okay everyone! It is time for birthday cake!" Kate says to everyone.

"Ooo! My favorite part of a birthday party! This birthday cake looks so good, babe!" Avi says as he kisses Kate tenderly and Kate blushes.

"YAY!" Dakota, Tobias, Evalina, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Gabriel, Noah, Kaiya, Hana, Wren, Annabelle and Jasper say in unison with excitement and happiness.

Kate places a few birthday candles on Avi's birthday cake and Esther lights them up for her.

"Okay everyone! Let's all sing!" Kate says to all of the kids.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, dear Daddy! Happy birthday to you!" Dakota, Tobias, Israel, Abigail, Ezra, Kaiya and Wren sing in unison.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, dear Uncle Avi! Happy birthday to you!" Evalina, Gabriel, Noah and Hana sing in unison.

Avi smiles, thinks of a wish and blows out his birthday candles causing everybody to cheer.

"Happy birthday, little brother!" Esther says as she hugs Avi.

"Happy birthday!" Darien says to Avi.

"Happy birthday, babe. I love you so much." Kate says as she kisses Avi.

"I love you too!" Avi says to Kate happily.

Kate, Avi, Darien, Esther and the kids eat birthday cake together!

After eating birthday cake, Avi, Darien and the older kids go back to skating for a few hours!
