Today is Mark's first doctor's appointment! He is almost ten weeks pregnant right now! Mark found out he was pregnant with his and Mason's fifth child at a Fourth of July party after Mitch dared him to take a pregnancy test.

Mark and Mason thought they were done having children, but God laughed and said one more. Mark and Mason already have four children, five year old Brinley London, four year old Milo Brody, three year old Farryn Monroe and seventeen month old Westley Mason.

Mark is laying on the exam table, anxiously waiting for the doctor to do the very first ultrasound. Mason is sitting next to him playing Candy Crush on his iPhone. Mason's sister Lo is in town and is watching Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley so Mason can be with Mark for this important appointment.

Mark looks over, watches Mason and admires his precious he thinks his husband is. He can't believe he is pregnant again, but he is excited to welcome another cute little one into their family.

"Masey, you look so cute." Mark says, smiling at Mason.

"You look even cuter, Mark!" Mason says making Mark's cheeks blush.

"God, I feel so nauseous right now. I was never this nauseous when I was pregnant with Brinley, Milo, Farryn or Westley." Mark says as he drinks some water trying to calm down the waves of nausea he is feeling.

"This pregnancy may be a little rough since it's your fifth one. I just want you to know that I'll be there no matter what." Mason says kissing Mark's hand and rubs it.

"I know you will, babe. You are the best Dad ever. I wouldn't have kids with anybody else. You are literally perfect. I know we thought we were done after Westley was born but God laughed at us." Mark says holding Mason's  hand.

"Yeah, he did. This is a happy accident. A lovely surprise, you know, babe?" Mason says making Mark grin.

"Yeah it is. Westley is gonna be the cutest big brother ever. Brinley and Farryn are going to be so excited to have another baby. Milo too, he will be excited." Mark says as the doctor walks in the room.

"Hello, Mr. Manio! Hello, Mr. Catt! Congratulations on expecting again! I'm sure this is a very exciting time for your family!" The doctor says shaking Mark and Mason's hands. 

"It was a huge surprise to us! But Mason and I are very excited!" Mark says with a cheeky grin.

"The other kids don't know yet. We will tell them later in the pregnancy when we hit the safety zone." Mason says as Mark nods in agreement.

"That's what's best! I know they will be very excited to have another sibling!" The doctor says.

"They sure will be!" Mason says and Mark giggles.

The doctor then talks to Mark about how he is feeling, his blood work, his vitals and his symptoms.

"Okay, I am going to start the ultrasound now! This gel is going to be cold, Mark." The doctor  says to Mark as she puts the greenish gel on Mark's flat stomach.

Mark squeezes Mason's hand for emotional support. The first ultrasound has always scared Mark because ever since the scare he had during Brinley's pregnancy, he became nervous during ultrasounds. 

The doctor begins the ultrasound and doesn't say anything. She also keeps the ultrasound screen to herself. Mark begins to panic, fearing the absolute worst is happening.

"What are you seeing, doctor?" Mason asks the doctor, trying to get some answers so Mark doesn't get worked up.

The doctor ignores Mason and continues to do the ultrasound. After a few agonizing minutes, the doctor turns the ultrasound screen around so Mark and Mason can see what she is seeing.

"Congratulations you two, you guys are having fraternal TWINS!" The doctor says with a big smile.

Mark and Mason loudly gasp and are in complete shocked. 

"What?" Mason says as he nervously laughs.

"No way! No freaking way!" Mark says as he gasps again and covers his mouth with his hands.

"You guys are having twins! I wanted to make sure that both of the babies were doing well before saying anything! I'm sorry I scared you both! However, I see two healthy babies in there! This is why your HCG levels are higher, you are showing earlier and that you feel more sick this time around, Mark." The doctor says to Mark and Mason.

"Is this going to be a hard pregnancy?" Mark asks the doctor, afraid of what she is going to say.

"It probably will be. Any multiple pregnancy is considered high risk. But I know you have been pregnant before so you know what to expect. This pregnancy will be filled with a lot of appointments, tests, and ultrasounds! You will most likely have a c-section but if both babies are head down we can always try a natural birth. I'm not opposed to that!" The doctor says to Mark and Mason.

"I had a c-section with our last child. He was stubborn and breech." Mark says to the doctor with a chuckle.

"Then a c-section will probably be best for you this time around as well. but we can always talk about it! Your body your choice." The doctor says to Mark.

"What do you think, Mase?" Mark asks Mason.

"I mean, I don't know if you wanna push two babies out Mark, but also a c-section isn't easy on your body either. It's your body and your choice, babe. I'll be here no matter what and support you 100%." Mason says kissing Mark's hand.

"I'll definitely weigh my options. But I think c-section will be the safest for all of us." Mark says to the doctor.

"We can always discuss this again later in the pregnancy! You have some time to think about this, Mark. Right now our main focus is making sure both babies are growing right on track, continue to grow and make sure they stay in the womb until at least thirty seven weeks." The doctor says to Mark and Mason.

"Thank you for all the advice, doctor! Do you know the genders of the babies just yet?" Mason asks the doctor curiously.

"I can't tell their genders just yet! But they are fraternal twins, meaning they can be two girls, two boys, or one of each!" The doctor says with a smile.

"I can't wait to find out! Babe, we are having twins!" Mason says kissing Mark happily.

"I can't wait either, babe. I'm just so shocked right now! I can't even think!" Mark says to Mason.

"I'm really happy for you guys! I will see you guys every two weeks until you hit twenty five weeks pregnant and then I'll see you every week until the twins are born!" The doctor says.

"Fuck dude." Mason whispers making himself and Mark and the doctor laugh.

"I'm sorry doctor, I'm just so shocked and happy right now. Thank you so much." Mason says shaking the doctor's hand.

"My pleasure! I know when people find out they are having twins it can be a huge shock! Here are some cute ultrasound pictures of the babies!" The doctor says handing Mark the ultrasound pictures.

"Awww! Thank you so much!" Mark says with a big smile.

"You're welcome! See you guys in two weeks!" The doctor says shaking Mark and Mason's hands before leaving the room.

Mark and Mason run a few errands for coming back home!

Mason's sister is on the couch watching Youtubers while the kids are all napping upstairs.

Mark and Mason walk into the front door and Lo walks over to them happily.

"There's my favorite brother and brother-in-law! How did Mark's doctor appointment go?" Lo asks as she hugging Mason and Mark tightly.

"It was good! We have something to tell you!" Mason says with a grin.

"It went perfect!" Mark says as he smiles ear to ear.

"Ooo, please tell me it's another girl! We need more girls in this family!" Lo says with a cheeky grin.

"We don't know the genders just yet." Mason says to Lo, winking at Mark.

Mason and Mark wait to see if Lo caught on. Lo looks at Mason and Mark with utter confusion. It takes her to minute to realize what Mason meant.

"Genders? Wait a minute! WAIT A MINUTE! Are you guys having twins or something?" Lo asks Mark and Mason thinking they are joking.

"Ding ding ding! We are having twins!" Mason says causing Lo to scream.

Lo continues to screams and she jumps up and down in excitement.

"Shh! Shh! Shh! We don't want the kids to know just yet! I wanna make it over he first trimester first!" Mark says with a giggle.

"You are going to be an auntie to two more babies! So six nieces and nephews for you!" Mason says as Lo hugs her tight.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so excited! I can't believe you guys are having twins! How are you feeling, Mark?" Lo asks Mark as she rubs Mark's flat belly and hugs him again.

"I feel more nauseous this time around but I feel fine otherwise right now! Look at these cute pictures we got today!" Mark says to Lo, showing her the ultrasound pictures.

"Aww! They are so freaking cute! Are they identical or fraternal twins?" Lo asks Mason and Mark as she looks at all of the ultrasounds pictures.

"They are fraternal twins! So we can tell them apart and won't struggle!" Mason says with a grin.

"That's so cute! You guys can either have two girls, two boys or one of each! This gender reveal is going to be iconic! I CAN'T wait!" Lo says with a big smile.

"We will find out in a few weeks!" Mark says chugging his water.

"Thirsty much?" Lo asks Mark playfully.

"When you have two humans in you, you are starving and thirsty 24/7!" Mark says as he and Lo laugh.

"I'm going to love these babies so much. I'm so excited." Mason says with a grin.

"Me too! I'm spoiling all six of my niece and nephews rotten! You know I already do! Mom and dad are going to flip!" Lo says as she giggles.

"I know! Both of our families are going to pass out and freak out." Mason says with a chuckle.

"This pregnancy is going to be so tiring!" Mark says as he moans and he sits down on the couch.

"Why don't you go to sleep, babe? Take a nap, you woke up early today." Mason says to Mark.

Mark then playfully sticks his tongue at Mason making Mason laugh.

"We have four kiddos who will be waking up from their nap any minute, mister." Mark says kissing Mason.

"I'll take care of them, babe. I got this." Mason says rubbing Mark's back

"You're the absolute best." Mark says as he hugs Mason tightly.

"No, you are the best!" Mason says kissing Mark again.

"#CoupleGoals." Lo says as she watches Mason and Mark together.

"I'm a little hungry, I need to feed three people now! Baby a, baby b and I!" Mark says looking in the refrigerator.

"Maybe have some chips, babe. I'll cook something in a little bit." Mason says with a smile.

"Salt and vinegar chips! My favs!" Mark says as he happily begins to eat the Lays Chips.

"It's all about the sour cream and onion chips." Mason says to Mark.

"No! That's gross, babe! That makes me wanna vomit due to food aversions." Mark says continuing to ear his salt and vinegar chips.

Mason and Lo both chuckle at Mark and smile.

Mason, Mark and Lo wait in the living room until Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley wake up. Mark and Mason can't wait to announce their pregnancy and the twins to their family and friends! :)
