After being in the hospital for only a day, Beau, Gage and baby Nolan are all heading home!

Right now, Beau is taking a very much needed and deserved shower while Gage is just relaxing in the small recliner with Nolan peacefully sleeping on his bare chest.

Gage softly and tenderly rubs Nolan's head and smiles down at his second son and his and Beau's fourth child together.

Gage just cannot believe how absolutely perfect and amazing Nolan truly is and he is so lucky to be Nolan's Papa!

After cuddling Nolan for a few more minutes in the hospital recliner, Gage decides to change Nolan's diaper, even though it wasn't dirty at all and he changes Nolan into his special going home outfit!

"Hi, Nollie boy! Hi, baby boy! Are you ready to go home? Yeah!" Gage says in a babyfied voice at Nolan as Nolan coos and looks up at his Papa!

"Chunky monkey! Is your onesie going to fit? I hope so! Daddy will be so sad!" Gage says in a babyfied voice at Nolan.

Gage puts the special going home onesie and pant set on Nolan and LUCKY it fits him perfectly!

*Nolan's going home outfit*

"Yay! Your outfit fits you! The outfit Auntie Molly got fits you! Yay!" Gage says as he cheers at Nolan in a babyfied voice and Gage kisses softly Nolan's cheek.

Beau then walks out of the bathroom and he smiles up at both Gage and Nolan.

"There is two of my favorite boys!" Beau says with a big cheeky grin at Gage and Nolan.

"Hi, babe! How are you feeling today?" Gage asks Beau.

"I feel really good! A little sore but I feel great!" Beau says with a big cheeky smile

"That's good! I am so glad you feel good! You look really amazing!" Gage says as Beau blushes.

"Aww, I love you!" Beau says as he kisses Gage.

"I love you too! Here is your baby boy in his going home outfit!" Gage says as he hands Nolan to Beau.

"Awww, he is so precious in it! I LOVE it!" Beau says as he happily rocks Nolan in his arms.

"Our moms should be here soon to pick us up!" Gage says as Beau smiles ear to ear.

"Aw, yay! I can't wait to go home!" Beau says as he sits down on the hospital bed.

"Me too!" Gage says with a giggle.

Beau, Gage and Nolan all happily wait for Debbie and Maryann to arrive to pick them up at the hospital.

Ten minutes later, Debbie and Maryann have both arrived to pick up Beau, Gage and Nolan from the hospital and to bring them back home!

"Hey, Mom! Hey, Deb!" Gage says happily to his mom and mother-in-law.

"Hi, son!" Maryann says with a big smile at Gage.

"Hello, Gage!" Debbie says with a grin at Gage.

Beau and Nolan then happily walk over to Maryann, Debbie and Gage.

"Hi, Mom! Hi, Maryann! Thank you so much for picking

"Of course, sweety! You look amazing and Nolan looks so precious!" Debbie says as she hugs and kisses Beau and Nolan.

"Of course! We are here to help! And you two look so cute!" Maryann says as she hugs and kisses Beau and Nolan as well.

"Aren't two of my boys precious?" Gage asks Maryann and Debbie playfully making both moms smile at him.

"Aww, Nolan's little outfit is so cute!" Debbie says as she smiles and coos at Nolan.

"It is really adorable! I love it!" Maryann says with a big grin.

"Thank you! Molly got it for him to wear when we took him home! Gage and I were both really worried that it wouldn't fit! But it fits so well!" Beau says proudly to Debbie and Maryann.

"It does!" Maryann says with a smile.

"Yes!" Debbie says with a big cheeky grin.

Debbie and Maryann both take many pictures of Nolan in his going home outfit!

Beau, Gage, Nolan, Debbie and Maryann all hang out in the hospital room while they all wait for Beau and Nolan to be officially be discharged!

Twenty minutes later, the doctor discharges both Beau and Nolan, Debbie, Maryann, Gage. Beau and Nolan all happily walk out of the hospital together!

Debbie and Maryann walk up front while Gage, Nolan and Beau all walk behind them!

Gage holds Nolan in his car seat in one hand and hold Beau's hand with his other hand.

"Yay! Nolan's first car ride!" Maryann says as she gets very excited.

"Awe, this is so exciting!" Debbie says as she cheers and gets very excited.

"I am so happy." Beau says with grin.

"Me too." Gage says as he kisses Beau's cheek, making Beau blush and smile ear to ear.

Debbie, Maryann, Gage, Beau and Nolan all get in the car together and they all happily head home!

"Welcome home, boys!" Michael says as he waves and Aria mimicked him and waves too!

"DADDY! PAPA! BABY! MOM MOM! NANA!" Aria yells as she gets very excited.

"Hi, Aria!" Debbie and Maryann both say in unison to aria as they wave at her.

"Hi, baby girl! Look! Baby brother is here!" Gage says as he holds up Nolan's car seat.

"YAY!" Aria says as she cheers loudly.

"Hi, baby girl! You look so so big in Papa's arms!" Beau says as he playfully frowns at Aria.

"She is such a big girl!" Maryann says proudly.

"She sure is! And a big sister!" Debbie says with a big grin.

Debbie, Maryann, Beau, Gage and Nolan all happily walk into the house and they all sit on the couch together!

"Aw, look at Nolan's outfit! How precious." Howard says to with a grin.

"Molly got it for him! Isn't it cute, Dad?" Gage says to Howard and Howard nods in agreement.

"I love the outfit!" Michael says happily.

Nyla the cat happily walks over and she begins to sniff Nolan.

"Good girl, Nyla! Good girl!" Beau says proudly to Nyla the cat.

"Good girl, Nyla!" Gage says proudly as he pets Nyla the cat.

"She is such a good kitty!" Debbie says with a big grin.

"Nywa! Nywa!" Aria says to Nyla the cat as she hugs him.

"Nyla is looking at Nolan!" Beau says with a but smile.

"Aw! Hi!" Aria says to Nolan making everyone awe happily at her.

Aria then rubs Nolan's head and kisses his head softly making Beau, Gage, Maryann, Howard and Michael all smile.

"DADDY! PAPA! NOLAN!" Benson and Owen both say in unison as they both run over to Beau, Gage and Nolan!

"Hi, boys!" Gage says with a cheeky grin at Benson and Owen

"Hey!" Beau says as he hugs and kisses Benson and Owen.

"Hi, Nolan!" Owen says as he happily waves at Nolan.

"Hiii!" Benson says as he flaps his hands and smiles at Nolan.

"Nolan loves all of you so so much!" Debbie says to Benson, Owen and Aria, making the three of them smile happily.

"I wuv Nolan!" Owen says with a huge smile.

"Me too! I wuv Nolan!" Benson says as he jumps around with a big grin.

"Ya! Ya! Ya!" Aria says as she claps her hands and smiles.

"He sure does! He is so happy to have two big brothers, one big sister and a cat!" Maryann says with a grin.

"AWWWW!" Owen and Benson both say happily.

"Yay!" Aria says as she giggles and smiles.

For the rest of the day, Beau, Gage, Nolan, Benson, Owen, Aria, Nyla the cat, Debbie, Michael, Maryann and Howard all hang out at home and settle in together!

Beau and Gage are very excited that they are Nolan are back home. :)
