Just like Eiko said, there were two people sitting side by side at two of the 18 desks. It was a man and woman. The man had spiky navy blue hair and black eyes. The woman had shoulder length turquoise blue hair and black eyes.
"You two must be our new Inspectors," the woman said. "We are two of the four Enforcers in Division 3. As you must know, there's been a lot happening over the past few months. The other Inspectors are voting on a new Chief in a couple days."
"I️ think they know what's going on, May," the man said.
"I️ was just making sure," the woman said. "My name is Erika Arima, and this is my brother Levi."
"Older brother," Levi said.
"Shut it, Shrimp," Erika growled. "You may be older, but I'm still taller." Levi glared at his sister.
"Uh," Koharu said, looking at them. "Inspector Koharu Fujimuro."
"Inspector Haruko Takashima," I️ said. "It's a pleasure working with you."
"Takashima?" Erika asked. "Like Hotaru and Seiji Takashima?"
"They were my parents," I️ said, looking at the ground.
"Anyways," Koharu said, putting a hand on my shoulder. "What's the first order of business?"
   "Every new Inspector needs to meet the Analysis," Levi said. "She's the only office in the basement. She's already aware you're here."
   "Okay," Koharu said. "We'll be back." Koharu and I️ walked out of the office and towards the elevator. The button lit up when I️ presses it, and the two of us stood in front of the doors for a little while.
"I️ think I️ could learn to like this job," I️ said. The doors opened and we walked inside, pressing the "B" button. The doors closed and I️ felt the elevator going down. The ding of each floor passing made it seem like forever until the doors opened again.
"That must be it," Koharu said, pointing to the only office there. The doors were solid, instead of glass like the ones upstairs. They slid open when we walked towards them. Inside was an enormous chamber. Directly in front of us was a giant holograph screen with lots of different windows open. There was a woman sitting in front of the computer, typing away at three keyboards. Behind her was a coffee table and couch.
"We're here to see the CID analysis," I️ said. "Would that be you?"
"Sure would, kiddo," the woman said. She slid her chair from the left keyboard to the right one. She continued to type and I️ glanced at Kotomi.
"I️ take it you know who we are?" she asked.
"Yep," the woman said, sliding to the middle keyboard. "Two our of the three new Inspectors that joined us today without any practice in the field. Koharu Fujimuro and Haruko Takashima. Of course I've done my research on you two so I️ know all your current records, movements and whatnot. You can't have anything get by me."
"Oh wow," someone said, the sliding doors opening. Koharu and I️ turned around and saw Akihiko walking inside.
"Hey you two," he said, smiling. "How are you?"
"Fine," I️ said. "It's very high security in this town." I️ motioned to the woman typing away and she finally sighed, the typing coming to an end.
"Alright then," she said, turning her chair around and standing up.
"Wha-!?" I️ exclaimed, looking at the woman's outfit. It was a simple white halter top with very short sky blue skirt. She had long blond hair and navy blue eyes were showing behind pink rimmed glasses.
"I'm sorry if you find my clothing revealing," she said. "I️ find them more comfortable to work in." She took a white lab coat off the back of her chair and put it on while walking towards us. She examined us one by one. "You all have very skinny frams, but good muscles. Especially Akihiko. You're arms and wrists have a very strong grip."
"It's true," Akihiko said. "I️ have a wooden sword at home that I️ practice with. I'm good with hand to hand combat as well."
"Oh really?" the woman asked, raising an eyebrow. "What about you two? Oh wait-Koharu is the smart one who is able to tell what the opponent will do next, while Haruko is quick and able to knock the opponent off their feet first."
"How'd you know?" I️ asked, but the woman just smirked.
"Hmm," she put her hand to her chin. "Oh, I'm sorry. I️ forgot to introduce myself. My name is Shion Karanomori. I️ am one of the two Analysis here in this crappy old basement. Just because I'm a latent criminal who refused to become a Enforcer doesn't mean they get to stick me down here and have them make my hands fall off at the wrists. I️ trust you brats won't work me down to the bone, right?"
"I'️m not sure," Koharu said. "Depending on what our watches will be able to do, Division 3 might not need your help a lot."
"Good," she said. "Anyways, the other Analysis here is Yuki Shima. She's on her lunch break now, so come back later to meet her."
"Alright," Akihiko said. Karanomori went back to her chair and sat down, her eyes fixed on me.
"Yes?" I️ asked.
"Nothing," she said. "Anyways, you may go." The three of us turned around and started walking away.
"I️ can't wait to meet the other people here," Koharu said.
"What do you mean?" Karanomori asked before we left the office. "There are only four Divisions made. You just need to meet the people in Division 1." Koharu looked sad at the though of only meeting five more people. I️ pet her on the head and walked through the open door.
"We also need to meet-oof!" I️ bumped into someone and I️ looked at them. "I'm sor-"
"It's fine," the boy said, turning around. "Uh, Karanomori?"
"What?" she called from the desk. A small line of smoke was coming from her and I️ saw a cigarette in her mouth.
"Were you able to analyze the data I gave you on yesterday's case?" the boy asked, taking a step forward.
Suddenly the person sounded familiar. The messy black hair, height and build. I️ knew the back of this person well.
"H-Haruo?" I️ asked quietly. The boy turned around and I️ looked into my older brothers purple eyes.
