Millie's pov

I woke up happy, that I got sleep last night.

Usually, I have nightmares that wake me up, and the psychosis really kicks in after that. But it hasn't happened in a while.

I got a text.

Sadie: Made it home okay?

I texted her back.

Millie: Yeah, Finn talked to me a lot. Is he warming up to me?

I shut my phone off and walked downstairs to eat breakfast, to see Ava already down there, watching a tv show on the tv. I got myself some egos and put them in the toaster, and she ran over to me and sat down on one of the chairs.

"Has the cute boy texted you yet?" Ava asked, and I smiled.

"He doesn't have my number, and he's not cute." I said, and she groaned. The doorbell rang, and Ava ran over.

"ILL GET ITTTTT," She yelled, even though we were the only ones home. I smiled and looked at her opening the door, and her jaw dropped into a smile, and she turned to me.

"Millie, the cute boy heard us talking!!!" She yelled, and I smiled and furrowed my eyebrows.

"Actually, I'm here to give Millie something." I heard Finn say, and my heart jumped.

I walked over to Ava and put her behind me, and saw Finn on my doorstep. I saw him look at my outfit, and I looked at it myself. I was wearing a random hoodie and athletic shorts, my pajamas. My hair was all messy, and I looked terrible.

"I'm sorry, I just woke up." I said, and he smiled.

"Uh- you left your wallet in my car." He said, handing it to me. Our fingers accidentally brushed against each other's, and I smiled at him.

"Thanks for giving it back." I said, and he smiled and nodded. He looked behind me, and laughed, and I furrowed my eyebrows and turned around to see Ava jumping and trying to tell him something.

"Ava what are you doing?" I asked, and she groaned.

"Give cute boy your number!!" She yelled, and my jaw dropped, and I looked at Finn. He smiled, and looked at me.

"Cute boy?" He said, and I shook my head.

"That was all her." I said, and he smiled and nodded. He took a piece of paper out of his pocket, along with a pen. He put the paper against the wall, and was writing something on it. He folded it up, and he handed it to me.

"If you needed a ride or anything," He said, and I took it, and opened it up, revealing his number written on the piece of paper.

"Bye Finn." I said, and he smiled.

"Bye cute boy!!!" Ava said, and I left the door back to my egos, and Ava shut the door, running over to me.

"What was on the paper Millie!!" She yelled, and I laughed.

"His number." I said, and she smiled.

"YAY!!!" She said, and I laughed. I sat down and ate my egos, watching Ava babble about stuff.

I checked my phone, since it went off.

Sadie: he's totally warming up to you, but Idk why so early. It took me like, 4 months. Anyway, wanna do something?

Millie: Sure. Do you wanna come over and watch movies?

Sadie: Sure, you don't need to send your address because you live next to Finn, and I know where he lives.

"Ava, Sadie is coming over, so clean up the living room mess you made." I said, and she yelled 'okay'. I went upstairs and got ready, just putting on joggers and a T-shirt, and brushing my hair.

"Millie, SADIES HERE!!!" Ava yelled, and I ran downstairs, to see Sadie talking to Ava.

"Hey Mills," She said, and I waved. We went over and laid down on the couch, Ava on the chair.

"What do you wanna watch?" I asked her.

"Click." She said, and I searched it up, and we watched that first.

We watched that, and two other movies, and we started to get bored of watching movies.

"So, talk to me about Finn." Sadie said, turning to me.

"What about him?" I asked.

"You mean cute boy?" Ava said, and we turned to her. Sadie looked back at me and raised her eyebrows.

"I didn't say he was cute. She called him cute." I said, and she smiled.

"So what happened?" She asked.

"He took me home and we were just sitting in the car talking for a bit, and then I got out and went inside. That's pretty much it." I said, and she nodded.

"He came over today!!" Ava yelled, and Sadie looked at me and her mouth dropped, and she smiled.

"To do what?" She asked.

"He gave me my wallet back, I left it in his car." I said, and she nodded.

"He gave her his number!!" Ava yelled.

"Only because you told him to behind my back literally!" I yelled back, and they both laughed.

"That's nice of him. He never really likes making new friends, he's an introvert." Sadie said, and I nodded.

"Weird." I said, and she nodded. She started talking about how the movie ended when Finn and I left, but I didn't really pay attention to it.

I just kept thinking the same thing.

Finn is only being nice to me because of these symptoms and disorders I have.

Same with everyone else.

"Thanks for having me over Millie, it was really fun." Sadie said, and I smiled and nodded.

"Bye, Sadie." I said, and she waved and walked out.

"Ava, I'm gonna go upstairs and sleep." I said, and she looked at me.

"It's only 6." She said, and I nodded.

"I know." I said, and she just shrugged and I walked into my room, shutting my door, and sitting on my bed.

My phone started ringing, a message from my mom.

Mom❤️: Make sure Ava gets to sleep.

Sure mom, I'll make sure Ava gets to sleep, even though I can never even sleep in general. Thanks for caring about me.

I rolled my eyes and got up, to yell down the stairs for Ava.

"Go to bed at a good time Ava!" I yelled, and she yelled back Okay. I walked back into my room and laid down on my bed, and tried to sleep.

Idk what I'm doing with life anymore but all I know is that I am utterly obsessed with Finn Wolfhard and nobody can tell me otherwise

My birthday is in 4 days and I'm excited.
