[Eli's P.O.V]

"O-oi Mob-kun, don't get up yet." I said in worry.

"Yeah, you have to rest first! I-I mean.. You clearly need it.." Alex said, about to reach out for Mob.

"I don't need a break.. I'm going to save my brother..!"

"Do you want to die?" Teruki made Mob halt with a hand placed on his shoulder.

"No, not at all.."

"Then calm down."

"But I think I can win.." Mob catches Teruki in surprise. He sighs and gives in.

"All right. But why is it that they're after your little brother?"

Mob shrugs and looks down at the floor. Alex went up to him and tries to comfort him by patting his back lightly. Ekubo then speaks up.

"That's right! There's this research facilities where psychics like you were gathering! Ritsu was recently going there too!"

"Ritsu was?" Mob looks up at Ekubo with hope.

"So the information must've leaked from there then. Want to check it out? Although I have a terrible feeling about this." Teruki says a thought outloud.

"I'm coming with you guys."

They all look at my leaning figure against the wall, my arms crossed. I wanted to help them as much as possible, since I consider them as friends now.

"Eli-chan? But.."

"No. I'm joining in too."

Alex butted in the conversation which made me smile. I have nothing to worry about since we did have experienced training.

"Are you sure? I wouldn't want you two to get involved and hurt in this situation, but if you insist then there's nothing wrong with a little more help." Teruki smirked.

"Oi, we're not just some happy-go-lucky girls. We kick ass too, alright?"

"Fine.. Fine.."

Alex laughs which also made Mob crack up a tiny smile.

"Thank you. For insisting to help me find my brother."

"It's no problem..!" Alex exclaimed and I nod in agreement with a determined smile.

"Now that that's settled.." Teruki sighed.

"I'll lead you there."

Ekubo lead us to this facility, which looks abandoned in the present. We went inside and saw countless technologies, and countless bodies too. I wasn't sure how to feel about this sight, but one thing I hope for is that these figures aren't gone.

"This is terrible.. How could they do this to civilians?"

Teruki took an initiative and checked to see one of the bodies' pulse.

"They're unconscious, but not dead."

"That's relieving then.." I said.

I stepped over the rusty tiles and tubes that seems to do something with the technology in this facility. It was eerie considering the lighting, but we couldn't sense one bit of psychic aura present but ours.

We found this guy that's also unconscious. For security measures, we tied him up and rested him against a statue.

"Someone get a bucket and fill it with water. We need to get intel from this fellow, not if he doesn't wake up."

I saw a restroom in this building and went over to it. Lucky enough, there was an empty bucket in the corner of the restroom and a sink just in front of me. I used my Telekinesis to bring the bucket to me and fill it up with the water from the sink. I then went back to the group and handed over the water bucket to Teruki.

He splashed it against the unconscious man's face and the once sleeping figure woke up and started coughing out the water. He flinches and looks at us with wide eyes.

"W-who are you..? Where is he go?! That guy with the sword!" He spat out worried.

"You'll have to answer our questions first. Did you sell Kageyama Ritsu's information to Claw? " Teruki said with dominance. Yes, go get it boy.

"Claw?.. What's that? Kageyama Ritsu.. I don't know who that is. The one I invited here was Kageyama Shigeo-kun!" r

"That's you?!" The guy stammered in surprise.

"This all started with a misunderstanding, and yet they really managed to awaken Ritsu.. " Ekubo trailed.

"With the help of you of course. I remember seeing you with Kageyama-kun earlier first in the morning." I smirked at him, remembering the visible unnatural unblended blush on Ritsu's cheeks when Teruki and I encountered him.

"Y-yeah.. You caught me."

We let go of the brunette and let him sit comfortably on their couch. He slammed down his fist on a bouncy ball.

"Damn it.. And we were starting to see something in our research too..!"

"Looks like this guy doesn't know any thing too.." Teruki pondered.

"Yeah.. I don't hear any intention of lying in his words." I can see it through this man. He just want to fulfill a dream of his.

"Where are the other kids?" Mob asked him.

"They were kidnapped.. Is this my fault..? To think there are other people like them.."

"What kind of power did the kids who were kidnapped have? I'd like to know what we're up against."

"H-hold up.. Who are you guys anyway?!-"

Alex suddenly lifts up Mob with her own Telekinesis.

"W-what are you doing.. Alex-chan?"

"Helping to introduce ourselves, I guess."

"What do you plan to do now, Kageyama-kun? We're dealing with a huge organization with alot of members. I think you're going to need someone on your side." He flips his hair. This guy...

"On my side..? Well, they already insisted on helping." Mob pondered and looks at Alex and I.

"Exactly. Someone who's strong and extremely smart. For example, like Eli-chan here~. And you know, like someone under your nose." I shrugged his antics off.

"Not extremely."

"The body improvement club!"

"Oi, you don't need to play the fool here."

"He's obviously hinting himself." I snorted. He shot me a look and pointed at himself.

"That's right. I'll help you out." He says proudly. Mob lightens up at this.

"Eh? You will?"

"And what brought this on?" Ekubo asked in slight suspicion.

"I might clash into Claw again at someday, so I thought I might as well do it now while I still have a fighting chance. And by a fighting chance, I mean you. If you actually get serious about this, there's no way we'd lose."

"And yet we actually have no clues" Ekubo said in remark.

"I'll help too. If there's anything you need, let me know!" The unknown guy said.

"No, that won't be necess-"

I sharply turned around, facing the door. I didn't mean to interrupt Teruki like that.

"Wait! An alarming presence is approaching!"

"Huh?" Alex let out in surprise.

"Well that was quicker than I thought." Teruki muttered out.

A male adult with white striped hair barges in and starts to approach us.

"Kageyama-kun... Which one of you is the naughty little boy?"

He squinted eyes at each of us, stopping for a second when his eyes settled on my figure with a smirk. That smirk.. He gives me the creeps. Why me?

Teruki defensively went up in front of me with his guard up. On the other hand, Mob stood up from the couch and walked to his side.

"Why don't we ask him a few questions?"

"Okay." Mob agreed.

Terada let out some drowning noises as his head was dipped in a water bucket. He gasps loudly once he is able to breath when Teruki elevated him up.

"Hurry up and spit it out." Teruki demanded with a cold gaze.

"He seems out of breath. Why don't you take a break and have him take a sip of water?" Mob said.

"I don't think now is the time, Shigeo-kun." Alex commented.

"Yeah. You don't have to be nice to scum like these. Still, he really won't talk. I guess the Scar, Claw's upper echelon, live up to their name. Despite going up against the boss and ending up with the scar, their abilities were acknowledged and they became part of the upper echelon." Teruki continued on about Terada's story, which was really uninteresting to me.

"If you feel troubled, hurry up and tell us everything you know quickly. Or else I'd have Eli-chan blind you with her powers." He said. Me? Blind this guy with a spark of my photokinesis? Sounds nice, since his glance earlier was unsettling.

"I did! I did! Everything you just said is information that I gave you!" Terada spat out.

"Yeah. We found out where their hideout is, the names and abilities of the members, and various other things." Alex took note of it with the help of Mob.

"Nah.. I can't believe he'd tell us everything so easily." Teruki wondered.

"I agree with you."

I spoke up and took steps towards Terada and knelt infront of him on one knee. Teruki glamced at me in surprise, not considering the fact that there could be another thing that Terada hasn't spitted out yet.

"So speak up, or I will blind you just like he said."

I threatened Terada's hanging figure. He gazed upon the slight illumination from my left hand and started sweating. He started to speak up, but I couldn't understand his blabbering and stammering. I made the glow lighter to give off a warning.

"Speak up, clearly. I don't understand all your blabbering and stuff!"

After I said my warning, Alex assisted and made Terada's head go down the water again. The water splashed against me unfortunately. I shot Alex a look and she looked back at me with an apologetic and bashful look.

"I-it's you..! Claw's other target! Himeko's target specifically!"

My eyes widened in surprise. Himeko..?

"Himeko what? Specify!" I raised my voice. Alex came out from behind Mob and sped-walked behind me.

"H-Himeko Sumire! She's one of the boss's minions!" Terada went more on about Himeko. Her powers, her rank in Claw, her relatives..

I covered my mouth in shock. Alex couldn't believe it either. Himeko Sumire... She is my sister-in-law. Also known as my brother Aren's wife.

Is she really on Claw's side?
