I woke up and stretched while yawning.

I blinked.

I stopped slamming the spirit down to listen to what he's going to say. He flew back and clutched his head before facing me.

"I thought I was dreaming..."

The spirit pinches himself to show what he meant. I stared at him for a second and asked,

"Who are you?"

"It's me! Ekubo!"

"Remember, we had that big fight yesterday?"

"Oh..... There's still some of you left.."

I raised my hand up to him, ready to send a psychic wave but he flinched.

"L-listen!!"

"I don't want to live the remainder of my life as a spirit, okay?!"

"But aren't you dead..?"

"Please don't mention that, Shige-chan."

"Doesn't everyone dream at least once? Even I have a dream!"

"To stand at the top of all creation, In other words.. To be god!! I am dreaming of the day I become god!"

I raised my hand to him again.

I walked to my closet to change into my uniform when I heard the door open. My younger brother, Kageyama Ritsu, showing up.

I smiled at my younger brother as Ekubo went behind me, knowing well Ritsu couldn't see him.

"Were you talking to someone else just now?"

"Nope."

"Oh, okay. Anyways, hurry up."

"Okay."

Ritsu closed the door and went away, leaving Ekubo and I alone once more.

"Your brother seems pretty smart and nice, Shige-chan."

"My name's Shigeo. Call me"Shige-chan" one more time and I'll exorcise you."

"A-all right. Sorry, Sh-Shigeo.."

I started walking to school with Ekubo trailing by my shoulder. I'll have to talk to shishou about Ekubo, whether I'll exorcise him or not. Ritsu goes to school earlier than I do and we both go to Salt middle school.

I arrived at school and entered the gates.

"Oi Shigeo, you look like you're searching for something or someone?"

"Oh.. I am searching for someone.. Uh... Oh- there she is!"

I found Asahi Alex, the person I trust the most in this school. We were both awkward introverts so we pretty much got along. She's a psychic too..!

"....Oh, Mob-kun— EEE!"

"Oh, don't mind him. He's just haunting me.. His name is Ekubo."

"Then why don't you exorcise him..?!"

"That's the thing.. I'm going to discuss it with shishou later after school."

"Eh? You can see me? You must be another psychic, pretty lady~."

"Ekubo, I'll have to stop you in making her uncomfortable."

[Eli's POV]

I closed my locker after putting my unneeded stuff in it. Aria arrived beside me just in time when I closed it.

"Oh, Aria-chan. What's up?"

"I don't know either. Oh well, I just wanted to talk to you!"

"Then where's Nao-chan?"

"Oh, she has Home Economics at this period. And that's also why I approached you."

"Right.. Well, let's go. We have History class next."

We walked together side-by-side. Don't worry Nao-chan, I'm not bisexual. You don't know how many times I have told Alex that.

"There's some stuff I've been noticing, Eli-chan."

I'm currently waiting at the school's gate since Teruki went to grab something he forgot. I texted Alex that I won't be home for a while. We're just going to get a drink then go home. I browsed on my phone until I felt an arm snake around my shoulders.

"Let's go, Eli-chan~."

"C'mon don't do that."

I shaked his arm off my shoulder and shoved my phone into my bag.

"Why not?"

"I'll end up punching your stomach with my elbow eventually. Sometimes unexpected physical contact can make my instincts explode in panic."

"I understand."

"Yeah thanks, I'm a pretty weird person. Hope ya understand that."

"But that's one of the great things about you right?"

"They say it's unlady like but does it look like I have parents here to stop me? Nope."

Teruki laughed my randomness off. Is it randomness or weirdness? I'd proudly say both.

We proceeded to walk out of the school grounds and went to the city. We planned to have take outs and just walk around.

"What do you want, Eli-chan?"

"Hmm... I have been eyeing that Iced coffee on the menu, I guess..."

"Okay."

"Wait I was planning on paying for myself!"

"Nonsense, just let me pay."

'I don't like being indebted but a free drink? I'm in.'

Knowing that this Iced coffe is for free made me instantly emptying it out.

"I thought you'd go for something more sweet than Iced coffee?"

"Well, my sister in law influenced me in drinking this and now I couldn't help but like the bitterness too."

"I see."

Teruki grabs his phone from his pocket and looks through his messages. His face then shifted into an irritated one. Oh, I definitely spotted that.

"Tch..."

"What?"

"Oh, don't worry! Some 'friends' just asked for my help. It's best for you to go home."

"It's okay, I can go home by myself. You know that right?"

"I know very well. I trust you okay?"

"Pshh just go. I'll be going now. Thanks for the free Iced coffee!"

"See you tomorrow~."

We then proceeded on our own.

I walked through the city and cherished the atmosphere. The sun was about to set since we didn't stay there for long. I texted Alex I'll be home soon.

I chuckled in person and put away my phone. I passed by a crowd.

'I swore I felt a familiar aura pass by..'

"The guys from Salt Middle school is barging in!"

"So Onigawara is here! They should be still recovering from last week!"

Tsuyoshi laughed.

"I'm gonna finish them off completely!"

He walked through the school's halls with the other delinquents carrying weapons.

"It's not them though! They are a bunch of strong guys wearing the Tshirts and shorts!!"

"On top of that, THEY LOOK PRETTY STRONG!!"

Some delinquents were on the ground because of the Body Improvement club. The clouds were dark and thunders are rolling.

'Who the hell are these guys?!'

"Who are you?"

Tsuyoshi asked.

"Captain of Salt school's Body Improvement club, Musashi Gouda. Bring Kageyama!"

"Kage.... Yama..? Who's that?"

"Hey... Captain Musashi? And everyone... Why are you here??"

Mob walked through the gaping crowd of delinquents to face his club members. The delinquents clearly realized their misunderstanding.

"Dammit!! Onigawara tricked us!!"

"We're going to continue our training."

The body improvement club calmly walked away.

"Don't mess with us!! I won't let you leave without a fight! You're all going to bleed!! GO GET THEM!!"

In a flash, all of the delinquents got defeated by the Salt middle students. Except Mob, of course.

"Call... Teru-san.. Now.."

"I already called him earlier! Why is he late?! He must be with Sumire-chan again..! That bastard..!!"

"Sumire-chan..? Oh...You mean Eli-chan."

"Who now?"

Ekubo wondered.

Mob realized. The school name, the uniform, Eli's mentioned name to top it all. This was the school Eli goes to. He wondered if she already went home and is not involved in this mess.

Captain Musashi thought they were done, 'till he felt a bag get thrown at his back.

"Do we have a lost gorilla here? Do you need training?"

"Teru-san!!"

"Huh?"

"Do you know the term"Organized violence"?"

"Those pieces of junk lying around, are the symbol of my authority within my school life, and by hurting them, you basically threw mud at my face."

"Are you a punk, too?"

"Hahahah! He is our shadow leader, Hanazawa Teruki! Teru-san! These guys are acting up, so make them pay!"

"Edana.. As of now, you'll step down being a leader. Your bar is too low."

"Eh? But wait a second..!—"

Teruki punched Tsuyoshi in the lower abdomen, him falling on the ground.

"My dignity is at stake here."

"We have what we need, so we will be leaving peacefully right now."

"I'm the one who decides if you leave or not."

"That's too bad... I feel bad about taking on someone too skinny but.."

"Society has always underestimated me."

"People make assumptions from what they see, that's why you're so easy to control."

[Eli's POV]

After gulping down the simple dinner I made for Alex and I, I opened the TV to add some noise in the quiet background.

"A mysterious phenomena happened at Black Vinegar Middle School. Some people said they spotted some bodies along the flying concretes. But the school returned back to normal as if nothing had happened. What could this phenomenon mean? See you next time on MobReports!"

"Have you recently heard from Mob-kun?"

"Hmm... Actually... No."

"Huh.."

"Why'd you ask?!"

"Oh well this and that happened at my school...."

'I haven't heard from Teru-kun as well.'
