BOOK ONE 

Camila Avalon Inwudu is a fifteen year old student at Blue Valley Highschool, who recently joined the Cheer Team on her off season between sports. She is the daughter of a former hero, and the person he truly cared for, Nimue Inwudu. And was taken in by her god-father and another former hero  Kent Nelson. 

When joining the Blue Valley cheer team, Camila Inwudu started meeting the jock that she never really met in her seven years in Blue Valley, Artemis Crock. The jock that everyone talks about due to her being the only girl on the football team. 

...but after she meets Artemis Crock she is in for the journey when she starts hanging out with the other best athlete in the school.  But that is also until she meets Courtney Whitmore, who asks for the help of the half-human Camila Inwudu she has to choose between hanging out with Artemis or to be a member of the New Justice Society, as they are trying to bring Justice to the fallen heroes. 

 In other words, Camila Inwudu ━ joins the New Justice Society of America, figuring out more to herself  ━ but also has to deal with falling in love with the very competitive daughter of two ISA members, Artemis Crock.
