The sun sets

Casting warm rays of light all around

Birds chirp goodnight

Do you hear the sound

Of things going to sleep

They lay their heads down and do not weep

Creep and creep go the bugs.

Scary enough to want a hug

But the night air is so sweet

So you stay outside and take a seat

Watching the flowers

And meteors showers

On this warm summer night
