The Start Of The End

Chapter Two : The Start of the End

Derek, Allison, Lydia, Scott, Stiles, Lottie, and myself stood in a vacant classroom. Allison and Lydia were showing off their bruised wrist. It was two half symbols that connected but I couldn't tell what the symbol was.

"I don't see anything." Derek said.

"Look again." Scott told the Alpha.

"How is a bruise gonna tell me where Body and Erica are?"

"It's the same on both sides. That has to mean something." I say leaning over a lab table.

    "It's nothing."

"Pareidolia. Seeing patterns that aren't there." Lydia explained to us.

"Something is there. Maybe it's not a pattern, but it is something."

Scott rolls his eyes at Lydia and me. "They're just trying to help."

"These two?" Derek pointed at Lydia. "This one, who used me to resurrect my psychotic uncle. Thank you." He nods to Allison, "And this one who shot about 30 arrows into me and pack."

"Okay, all right, now, come on. No one died, all right? Look there may have been a little maiming, okay, a little mangling, but no death. That's what I call an important distinction." Stiles defends Allison.

"My mother died." Allison said coldly.

"Your family's little honor code killed your mother, not me."

"That girl was looking for Scott. I'm here to help him not you."

"You wanna help? Find something real." Derek starts to walk away.

"Derek.. Give her a chance. Okay, they're on our side now."

"Well then maybe you should tell her what he mother was really trying to that night." Derek walks out of the room.

My feet move quicker then my mind. I follow the Alpha out of the room. The lockers blur but I mange to find the leather wrapped demon. "Derek!" He turns to look at me. "I hope you know they're here for Scott. The Alphas."

    "They are chasing a myth."

"One that is becoming more likely everyday."

"Get back to class." He starts to walk away from me.

"IT WILL HAPPEN, DEREK. THE SOONER YOU COME TO TERMS WITH HAT THE SOON WE CAN ALL STOP THE ALPHAS!" I call down the hall but he was already gone

Scott Stiles and I walk to our next class. "I mean what does a pack of alphas even want Erica and Body for?"

"I'm not sure it's them they want."

"Okay what like Derek. Like they're recruiting?" Scott stops in his tracks. The alpha twins walk by us. They were mutting something that I couldn't hear. Scott must have been able to smell them.

"Hey Scott, Cait? You two coming?" Stiles' voice rang out.

"Yeah." We continued our way to ecom.

As soon as the bell rang Coach dropped a book on the table. "The stock market is based on two principles. What are they?" Scott was the only one to raise his hand. I mean I knew the answer was risk and reward but I wanted to see how Coach responded to this.

"Yes McCall you can go to the bathroom. Anybody else?"

"Uh, no, Coach I know the answer."

Coach laughs. "Oh, you're serious."

"Yeah, It's risk and reward."

"Wow! Who are you? And what have you done to McCall? Don't answer that I like you better. I like you better. Does anyone have a quarter?" I dig in my backpack but couldn't find one.

"Yep." Stiles says shoving his hand into his pocket. Though a quarter doesn't come out. Instead a XXL condom flies to the floor. Second hand embarrassment fell over me. But on the bright side, I think Stiles might be attractive to gay men. At least based on the look that was on Danny's face.

Coach bends over and picks up the blue metallic square. "Stilinski, I think you uh- you dropped this." Coach hands Stiles the condom. "And congratulations." The whole class laughs but me and Scott. The look on Scott's face is placed between proud that his friend might have gotten laid but also supper shocked and embarrassed for him. I was hiding my face from Stiles, knowing that it was between a suggestive smirk and utterly embarrassed.

"Risk and reward. Put the quarter in the muug, win the reward." Coach places a mug on the ground then walks about four feet away. He blows on the coin for good masseur and aims at the cup. Be bounces the coin on the floor and makes it right into the cup. "That's how you do it. Okay, Danny" He throws the coin to the goalie, "Risk, reward."

"Whats the reward?"

"You don't have to take the pop quiz tomorrow."

"Coach it's not a pop quiz if you tell us about it."

Coach takes the coin back. "Danny, You know I really expect more form you at this point. Really." He places the coin on my desk. "Holmes. Risk, Reward."

"What's the risk."

"If you don't put the quarter in the mug, you have to take the pop-- the quiz and you have to write an essay. Risk more work. Reward no work. Or chose not to play"

"It's it just chance?"

"No. You know your abilities, your focus, coordination, past experience- all factors affect the outcome. So what's it gonna be Holmes?" I hold the quarter in my hand, even spin in over my thumb. Then I place it on the desk and slide i back to Coach.

"Not this time."

"Okay. Who's next? Who wants the quarter?" Stiles bangs his hand on his desk. "There you go! There's a gamblin' man! Come on Step up Step up."

"5 bucks he doesn't make it in." I say leaning forward so my head was by Scott's ear.

"I'm game." he whispers back.

The door opens and Stiles' father walks in. "Stiles."

"Yeah Coach I got it."

"Stiles." The sheriff repeats. Stiles looks up to see his Father giving him a set of mixed emotions.

"Do I still owe you 5 bucks."

"Yes but only 'cause I'm broke." Scott says back to me as I slip him a five from my bag.

"Can you hear what they're saying?"

"Uhh Yeah. Stiles and I went to a party last night. Apparently the host has gone missing. Stiles was the last person to see her."

Stiles now thinks the Alphas took Heather ( The girl from the party) to turn her. He was pretty frantic as we walked down the halls. "Derek says it's easier to turn teenagers."

"But what would a pack of Alphas need with a beta?"

"Scott's got a point, Stiles."

"I don't care. All right? This girl.. Our moms were best friends before mine died, all right? We used to take frickin' bubble baths together when we were three. I gotta find her."

"Then we need Isaac to remember." Scott says.

"Remember what?" Stiles points out.

"The girl?"

"Yeah the girl."

"Okay but how. Peter and Derek couldn't get him to? Do you know any other werewolves with a better trick?"
"Maybe not a werewolf. But someone who knows a lot about them."

That's the story of how we ended up pouring out 18 bags of ice into freezing water. Deaton told us he could almost hipnotis Isaac into remembering who or what he saw. "You will be half transformed. It will let us access your subconscious mind." Deaton explained to the blue eyed brit.

"How slow does his heart rate need to be?" Scott asked.

"Very slow."

"Okay, how far from dead will it be?" I asked the emissary.

"Very close." Isaac dipped his hand into the water.

The brit looked up, "It's safe, thought, right?"

"Do you want me to answer honestly?"
"No. No, not really." The sound of rubber snaps behind us. I turn my head to see Stiles snapping a glove on his left hand.

"What?" We all just give him a look. Stiles rolls his eyes and rips off the glove.

Isaac stands from the floor. "Isaac if you don't want to do this you don't have to." I tell my friend. His only response was taking off his shirt. Due to our height difference I ended up looking right at Isaac's abbs. "Okay those are glorious. Is that like a thing with you werewolves? Do all of you just have amazing abs?"

"Shut the hell up, Cait." Isaac told me.

"No, my sister's right." Lottie's voice comes from the doorway. "Those are heavenly."

I notice Stiles roll his eyes at her. "You're late." I tell her as she walks closer to me and Scott.

    "Chloe's a bitch."

"Fair enough." Isaac exhales and steps in water. Slowly Derek and Scott push him under. The water and ice spills over onto the floor. Isaac comes up from the water his eyes are yellow and his fangs are barred but Scott and Derek push him back under. He squirms under the water and Stiles and I hold down his feet.

    "Hold him." Deaton tells us.

"We're trying." Derek yells back pushing his beta under the water for a third time. Soon Isaac's body goes still and his head floats above the water. For a second I thought he was dead, but then Isaac takes a breath in.

"Now remember, only I talk to him. Too many voices will confuse him and draw him out." Deaton says. We all nod. "Isaac? Can you hear me?"

    "Yes. I can hear you."

"This is Dr. Deaton. I'd Like to ask you a few questions. Is that alright?"

"Yes." Everytime Isaac speaks it's like he's choking on the water.

"I want to ask you about the night you found Erica and Body. I want you to remember it for me in as much detail as you can. As if you are actually there again."

"I-I don't wanna do that. I Don't-Don't wanna do that." The lights in the room start to flicker as Isaac repeats himself. He starts to move in the water once more.

"It's alright. They're just memories. You can't be hurt by a memory."

"I don't want to do that." He repeats the lights blinking faster.

    "It's alright."

"I told you I don't want to do that."

"Relax. Relax." Isaac's body stills. "Good. Now let's go back to that night. To the place you found Erica and Body. Can you tell me what you see? Is there some kind of building? A house?"

    "It's not-- It's not a house. It's stone. I think marble."

"That's perfect. Can you give me any other descriptors?"

    "It's dusty, so empty."

"Like an abandoned building?" The lights start blinking again. "Isaac? Isaac?"

"Someone's here. Someone's here." Isaac reaches his arms from the water. One wraps around Scott's wrist the other around min.

    "Isaac relax."

"No, No, NO, They see me, THEY SEE ME!" Isaac lets out a water filled scream as we push is body farther into the water.

"These are just memories. You won't be hurt by your memories. Just relax." Deaton pushes on, "Relax. Good. Now tell us what you see. Tell us everything."

"I hear him." Isaac opens his eyes. "He's talking about the full moon, about being out of control when the moon rises."

    "Is he talking to Erica?"

    "I think so I can't-" Hs shivers. "I can't see her, I can't-- I Can't see either of them."

    "Can you hear anything else?"

"They're worried. They're worried about what they'll do during the moon. They're... worried that they will hurt each other."

"If they're locked in together on the full moon, they're gonna tear each other apart." Derek adds seeing our faces of confusion.

"Isaac, we need to find them right now. Can you see them?" Deaton continues.

    "No."

"Do you know what kind of room it is? Is there any kind of a marker? A number on a door? A sign?"

Isaac gasps and sits in the water. "They're here. They - - They - -"

    "It's all right."

"No. They see me, they found me. They're here!"

"This isn't working! Isaac where are you?" Derek pesters the beta.

    "I can't see them. It's too dark!"
"Just tell me where you are."

    "I can't see!"

"Isaac where are you?' The calm tone that Deaton used was gone, replaced by Derek yelling. "Tell me where you are." At this point there is more water and ice on the floor than in the bin.

"His heart rate- he could go into shock!" Deaton whispers yells at Derek.

"Derek let him go!" Scott yells.

    "Derek, Stop it!"

He doesn't listen, "Isaac what did you see!"

"A VAULT! IT"S A BANK VAULT! I SAW IT!" Isaac screams water flowing into his mouth as he sits up. " I saw the name." He says now much calmer. Scott and I help him out of the water and Deaton wraps the beta in a blanket. "It's uhh, B-Beacon Hills First National Bank." Isaac shivers. "It's um- It's an abandoned back, and they're keeping them locked inside, inside the vault." Isaac looked at us weird. "What?"

"You don't remember what you said right before you came out of it, do you?" Lotties asked.

    "No."

My head hangs as I look to the ground, "You-" She bits her lip, "You said when they captured you that they dragged you into a room. There was a body in that room."

    "What body?"

My sister doesn't answer so Stiles does, "Erica. You said it was Erica."

None of us talk for a few minutes. Isaac drops the blanket and puts his shirt back on. "She can't be dead." Derek said at last. "SHE NOT DEAD!"

"Derek. I don't want to admit it but Isaac said 'There's a dead body. It's Erica.' There's no fighting that." I say my voice cracking as I repeat Isaac's words.

"Then who was in the vault with Body?"

"WE DON'T KNOW OKAY!" My sister yells, clearly fighting back tears at the thought of Erica's dead body.

"But Cait might." Scott says lifting hims head.

"Yeah, you said your visions always came true." Isaac adds.

"Okay, but I don't know who they work."

"Just close your eyes." Scott tells me as he walks closer. I look over to Deaton, the only person in the room who knows my true identity. Who knows why these visions happen. He nods telling me to do as Scott says. "Think about Body's voice. Focus on that." By now Scott was standing right in front of me. His arms on my shoulders. I think of the night at the ice rink where Body said he wanted to be like Scott. "Think about, all the time you and him went two to two. Think about..."

Scott's voice slowly dies out. It's replaced with an image of the Back of a girl's head and Boyd's face. Erica doesn't seem to be anywhere. 'Cora, I'll kill you.' She- Cora said something back but I couldn't understand it. I guess it was because I never met her. The images fades from my eyesight. When I open my eyes Scott had stopped talking.

"Did you see anything?" Isaac asked from where he was standing. Scott helped me regain my balance.

"There was a girl. She had dark brown hair. A lot like Stiles'. Body called her Cora. But I couldn't see her face. It was just her back."

"Could it have been the girl from the motorcycle? The one saved you?" Scott directed the question to Isaac.

"No, she wasn't like us. And the girl with Body was."

"What if that's how Erica died? They pit them against each other during the full moons and see which one survives?" Stiles suggest.

"Alpha pack or not, that's barbaric." Lottie said, taking a seat next to the Stilinski Boy.

"Then we get them out tonight." Derek says.

"Be smart about this, Derek. You can't just go storming in." Deaton tells the Alpha.

"If Isaac got in, then so can we."

"And Isaac got caught." I tell the alpha.

"Cait's right. If we do this we need a plan." Scott says from the corner of the room where he has been standing.

"How are we gonna come up with a plane to break into a bank vault in less than 24 hours?"

"I think someone already did." Lottie says, looking over Stiles' shoulder.

"Looks like it. "Beacon Hills First National closes its doors three months after vault robbery." Stiles reads off his phone. "But it doesn't say here how it was robbed, BUt it probably won't take long to find out."

    "How long?"
"It's the internet, Derek. Okay? Minutes."

I roll my eyes, "Yeah, somehow I doubt that."

I was right about that. Scott Lottie and Stiles. All went back to Stiles' house. Looked through dozens of articles. All to find nothing. No story I could find told us about how they got into the vault just that, the broken directly into the vault. Stiles had half a crim board set up before we all started to driff to sleep.

"BOYS. GIRLS." I woke to the sound of Mr. Stilinski calling all four of us. I had to shake a few pages off of me. I'm amazed I didn't wake up in the middle of the night shivering. Scott fell out of a chair he was in and Stiles was halfway off his bed. Lottie was sitting against the foot of the bed and I was in a beanbag chair in the corner. If I was someone looking in on the room covered in paper, and sleeping people I might have laughed. "I got to get to work. And the four of you have to get to school."

"Dad! Heather?" Stiles asked, shakaly standing up.

    "No nothing yet."

I stood from the beam bag chair. "I don't get it. 10 hours and nothing."

    "Cait, we'll find something."

"Okay, Scotty love, but I don't want your positivity at...." Lottie looked over at the alarm clock, "6:45 in the morning." She yaned and stood up.

"Yeah not to mention, that doesn't make Erica any less dead, or Body and this Cora girl any less about to be dead." Stiles adds in.

    "We still have time."

"What did I say about positivity." Lottie jokes, walking into the bathroom. Most likely to brush her teeth with her finger.

"Yeah. I'm with Lottie. Like is this whole 'remain optimistic in the face of complete and utter disaster' thing part of the Being a better Scott McCall program?"

Scott laughs, "Not if it doesn't work."

"I'd say it's working very well." I lean into Scott's ear. "And it's kinda a turn on." I could almost feel the blush he was having as I followed my sister into Stiles' bathroom. I put a bit of toothpaste on my finger when a set of papers shuffle around from the other room

"DAD? Dad! DAD!" Stiles calls after his father throwing a piece of paper into Scott's lap.

"What's that?" I ask, stating to 'brush' my teeth. Oh my god. We were never going to hear the end of this from the twins.

"Proof that Mr. Stilinski was the person to arrest one of the robbers."

"Thank god." Lottie comes out of the bathroom. "Oh and tell Stiles I took his sweatshirt." She picks her phone off the floor. "And just for good measure remind the twins of the fact that I would never sleep with someone if any other person was in the house. And the fact that you're a virgin."

I spit into the sink. "Yeah whatever." Scott laughs at our early morning banter.

When we got to in the car Stiles was mutting about why in the world, Lottie went home. "Hey, Scott do you know where my sweatshirt is?" Stiles asked, digging around in the trunk of the car.

"Lottie took it." I say yawning.

"What she say before she left."

    "I don't remember, ask Scott."

    "Scott?"
"What. Oh. She said to tell you she was taking your sweatshirt. And then tell the twins that she would never sleep with anyone if other people were in the house. I'm forgetting something. Oh! Yeah.." Scott pointed his thumb at me, "And Cait's a virgin." I look down at my phone.

Holmes Siblings

12:13 AM

Chloe : Where the hell are the two of you?
Evlynn : Yeah guys it's like midnight.
Evlynn : Hello?
Chloe : you think they finally slept with Scott and Stiles?
Evlynn : idk maybe
Evlynn : If they were secretly dating that would explain away a lot of doggy behavior.
Chole : OKay really guys?
Evlynn : Mom's gonna be pissed if you don't come home

6:57 AM

Lottie : Okay 1) why is your first thought always that I slept with someone and 2) Mom knew we were working on a English project and we would be spending the night at Stiles'Evlynn : That's what they all say

6:59 AM

Omg you three are insufferable : Me

"Yeah I think I know why I was told to remind my sisters that I've never had sex." I pass my phone to Scott so he can read the group chat.

"Okay, that was... I don't even know what that was. Anyway. We meet at Derek's at 5:00 to go over the plan and then we start at dark."

    "'Kay"

"All right but what do we do till then?" Stiles asked as he parked the car.

"Well right now we have English." Scott says passing the door to me.

Later that night Lottie Stiles, Scott, Isaac, Derek, Peter (uhg) and myself stood around a map of Beacon Hills First National bank. "Okay you see this?" Stiles pints to a small outage way on the left side of the vault. "This is how they got in. It's a rooftop air conditioning vent. Leads down inside the wall of the vault, which is here." Stiles circles an area on the map. "Okay? One of the robbers was lowered into this shaft. Now that space is so small, it took him about 12 hours to drill into that wall, which is stone, by the way. Then throughout the rest of the night, they siphoned the cash up to the guys back on the roof through that on little shaft in the wall. Boom." Stiles caps his maker leaving little red lines all over the blueprints.

"Can we fit in there?" Scott asked tracing over the red lines.

"Yes we can.. Well yes you can. Lottie and I will have to stay on the roof. But know you can only barely fit. And they also patched the wall, obviously. So we're gonna need a drill of some kind."

"If it's stone why can't I just break it?" I asked, crossing my arms.

"Because, I didn't think of that. But I'm not even sure that will work due to the fact that no matter how many hours you spend in the woods, fire always seems to be your best bet, and this time there are lives on the line." I roll my eyes and flick my wrist. The air around Stiles pushes him into a wall. Hard. "Okay, yeh you can do it."

"Okay so when I get through the wall. Who will follow me down?" I asked the group of werewolves and humans.

"We're sending teens in right now? That's your grand plan." Peter says from the stairs. "Did you forget what we're dealing with? A pack of Alphas. All of them Killers. And if that's not enough to scare you testicles back into your stomach, try to remember that two of them combine bodies to form one giant Alpha. I'm sure Erica and Body were sweet kids. They will be missed."

"Can someone kill him again, please?"

    "I'm with Stiles." I say.

"Yeah Me too." Lottie agrees, eyeing Peter.

"Derek, seriously?" The former Alpha asked his nephew. "I mean it's not worth the risk."

"I'll go." Scott says finally. "I mean, I'm still not sure whether or not Erica is alive. But if we know Boyd still is, we have to do something. We have to try."

I sigh, giving Derek a knowing look. See this is why the Alpha's are here. Because a teenage boy has a moral compass. But not only that, he fights for it. They came for the True Alpha, and at this rate that's what they will get.

    Derek rolls his eyes, "But?"

"Who is this Cora girl? The one locked in with Boyd.

"I don't know, but we can save her too." I say giving Scott a warm smile.

So here was the plan. I go down first break in the wall. Derek and Scott follow while Lottie waits on the roof. Stiles and Peter stay at the loft in case any new information comes our way. We break the two werewolves out and then lock them up in the loft. When the full moon is over we untie them and hope they can remember what happened inside the vault. That way no one else gets dunked into a tube of ice water.

I sigh, "Okay, you can let me down." Scott and Derek don't move. "What?"

"There's something I just can't get out of my head."

"The moon is rising Scott what is it?" Derek ask, kinda annoyed

    "Risk and reward."

    "Which means what?"

"We may have a lack of information, Scott, but if we can save lives the reward outweighs the risk."

"Still they put the triskalerin on the door four months ago. Why wait till now?"

Derek exhaled, "We don't have the time to figure out every little detail."

"But what if it's the most important one?"

"We cross that bridge when we get to it. Derek you ready?"

    "Yeah."

I took a breath, placing my hand on the wall. I thought of all those summer nights with Scott and Isaac, how the earth moved with my command. Three cracks appear in the stone. I think about the night we stopped the kanima and how the ground below me moved to save me. The cracks in the wall started to spread and crumble. I thought about the night Scott Stiles and I dug up Laura Hale's body. How I could move my hand instead of a shovel. The wall broke inwards, stone coving the bank floor. I stepped into the vault.

My heart was beating out of my chest with fear. Who was Cora? Why did Body care about her so much? What if Deucailan sees me? Does he know who I am? I push the questions aside when I see the figure of a man. "Body?" Derek asked from behind me. Body turns to look at us. All he does is growl. "Body?" Derek repeats but gets the same answer. "It's me. It's Derek." Scott's phone buzzes from his pocket.

"Hey Stiles. Now's not the best time."

"SCOTT, CAIT! No okay listen to me. Look you have to get out of there. The walls of the vault are made with a mineral called Hecatolite. It scatters the moonlight."

"Meaning what, Stiles?" I ask, my head still turned to look at Body. Where the hell was the other girl?

"We're here to get you out, okay?" Derek told his beta.

"It keeps the moonlight out, okay. They haven't felt the full moon in months."

"Think of it like the gladers of the Roman Colosseum. They used to starve the loins for three days, making them more vicious, more out of control. Deucalion has kept them from shifting for three full moons." Peter's voice came through. "Diminishing any tolerance they had to it."

    "Guys, they're gonna be stronger."

"More savage, more bloodthirsty, Caitlin, Scott. They are the Lions. They are the stavred lion and the two of you pulse Derek just stepped into the colosseum."

"Derek we got a problem." I say hearing a second roar.

"Yeah, like a really big problem." Scott adds. A second wolf comes up next to Body.

"Cora?" Derek said it more shocked, as if he knew who this girl was. God, I wish I could remember

"Do you know who she is?" Scott asked me.

"No."

"Cora?" Derek asked again.

"Derek, get out of here." Cora spoke. Her voice was forced, she was still fighting the moon, the same way that lions would still fight the workers. "Get out Now!"

"Scott? Cait?" Stiles' voice came through the line. A new light came into the vault. Someone had opened the door. At first I was scared it was one of the Alphas, but I relaxed when I saw Ms. Morell. Then the fear came back when she completed a line of Mountain ash in front of the vault door. Locking Four werewolves in, and one doppleganger scared of what a pack of alphas might know.

"No wait!" Scott called after the emissary.

"SCOTT! CAITLIN!" Stiles voice called over the phone but Scott ended the call, now having to face two starved beta's.

"Cait, can you break the seal?" Scott yelled at me as the two of us fought Body.

"Not from the inside!" I yell back, pushing Body away with my foot.

All the wolves in the vault were turned, all had cuts. I was bleeding from my head after Cora pushed me into a wall. An image crossed my mind. Ms. Morell had Allison pushed out a wall in the bank. 'Get in that closet and hide till the fighting starts.' That meant Allison was in the building. She could bail us out. "ALLISON!" I yelled knowing it could get her caught. Thanks to the small blackout from the vision, Cora had me pinned to the ground. "I'm sorry about this." I lit my hand with a flame and pressed it to her arm. She jumped back in pain, and....fear? Like feeling fire was some kind of bad memory.

Derek Scott and I were pushed to a wall. "You know her?" Scott asked.

"She's my sister, my younger sister."

"That's why she was afraid of fire." I pant, not having superhuman abilities sucks.

"Okay, so we found a weakness. But that doesn't tell us what the hell she's doing here!"

"Like I have a clue, Scott. I thought she was dead!" Derek yells back

"LOOK OUT!" A fourth voice belonging to Allison called from the hall.

Derek was quicker than me and Scott, seeing ad Body now had his claws in my shoulder. I winced, kicking him to the floor. Boyd moved his leg so he would take my feet out from under me. I fell to the floor and he dug his claws into my leg. Before I could stop it the whole room had a new light. It was me, every inch of skin on my body was covered in a flame, just like the night at the school when Peter tried to kill all of us. Body claws came out of my leg and he moved away. When I closed my eyes and opened them again, the flames were gone.

I stumbled up and noticed Allison bending over. "NO! Don't break the seal!" Derek yelled at the young huntress. Allison looked at Me. I could barely walk from that weird fire surge and Body now had his claws in Scott's gut.

"BODY!" Allison called, pushed the mountain ash aside. Body dropped Scott and him and Cora ran from the vault.

Derek moves out of the vault and grabs Allison. "DOn't touch her!"

"Derek." Me and Scott warned but the alpha didn't care.

"What were you thinking?"

"She saved our lives! We were getting our asses handed to us." I remind Derek but he doesn't seem to care.

"Yeah and what do you think those two will do out there?" Derek snapped at me. I looked over to Scott who had blood dripping down his chin. HE turned his anger back on Allison, "Do you have any idea what you just set free?"

"Maybe instead of yelling about we should go after them!" I scream. No one but Scott seems to notice.

"YOU wanna blame me! Well I am not the one turning teenagers into killers."

"No. No that's just the rest of your family."

"Derek!" Scott warned again.

"I made mistakes. Gerard is not my fault" Allison said it almost to remind herself.

"And what about your mother?"

"What do you mean?"
