Chapter 2

Luke sat at the dinner table eating his mashed peas and pigeon hog "WOW" Caramellow said through

mouthfuls of pigeon hog "Did humans eat this? It's good!" Pigeon hog is a animal from the mix tribe, it is pigeon mixed with hog, it is very delicious.

Luke sat silently with a fork in his hands and he looked down blankly at his food "Is something wrong?" Crystal, Luke's mother was a blue water spirit fox with a white blaze and a dark, aqua blue coat. She had a heart of gold and she had it in the right place.

 "Oh!" Luke gasped "Yep i'm peachy" Luke looked back at Blaze and Caramellow "Blaze, Caramellow can you come with me?" Luke burst. "Now anything you can talk about is here at the dinner table" Simon Boomed.

 Simon was Luke's dad he was gray furred cat with a white blaze similar to the one Caramellow and Blaze possessed. 

(A/N I didn't think about this part I just wanted you guys to get to know they're parents, I know Luke could of done it somewhere else but meh)

 "No this won't bother you it's... teenage things" Luke lied "Oh right then go ahead." Simon muttered.

"What's up?" Caramellow asked. "It's Diamond. He wants to go see the Wish Ones" Luke Whispered. "The Wish Ones" Blaze snapped "Why?" Luke looked behind his shoulder to see if his parents were listening.

 "It's Honey, She wants to be like us. Not a cat." Luke sighed "Diamond and Honey can't go alone so we must go too." Blaze didn't flinch.

 Does he know the journey ahead? Luke thought.

 "Alright then, we'll go." Blaze said sternly "when do we go and how do we get away from the guards?" His eyes pointing towards his parents. "But the journey! Blaze are you even thinking? The journey is difficult and hard. Diamond can find other people to go!" Caramellow warned.

 "She has a point..." Blaze agreed "But this will be great for our battle training!" 

Luke rolled his eyes "Of course battle training that's all you care about. Mr Buzzkill." Blaze steamed "STOP CALLING ME THAT!" Caramellow looked down and muttered "Alright i'll come.." She sighed "When are we going?" Luke stood there "Umm... tomorrow." Blaze and Caramellow stared at him with wide eyes "TOMORROW!?" They both gasped. Luke winced "Yeep" Then he smiled innocently.

 "Then let's come up with a plan and get packed, is there anyone else coming?" Blaze asked "Jamie" Luke murmured "More people with wishes might join us." Blaze sighed "Then if people are already going then why do we have to come?" Luke thought for a few moments then replied "I said might" then he smiled again.

It was morning in paradise city and Caramellow was packing while Blaze and Luke came up with a plan "We will tell our parents that we're going on a field trip and..." Luke stopped because Blaze was shaking his head

 "For months on end?" Blaze mumbled "let's just leave for school and don't come back" Blaze sighed.

 "Better our parents think we were dead than Diamond actually dead" Luke looked down.

(A/N yeah let's send our parents into deep depression...)

 "We can say we were kidnapped by demons when we come back" Caramellow looked as she were about to explode "Our parents are going to think were dead just so we can help Luke's friend?" 

Caramellow boomed "And the journey is so dangerous we might actually die!" Blaze glared at Caramellow with his lips curled into a snarl "You're coming whether you like it or not sister"

 Caramellow dropped the bags on Blaze's lap "Fine then, we'll come back telling we were kidnapped and found our way out by fighting." Luke glanced at the clock '8:00 am' It read. "We should head off to school." Luke whispered.

At school Blaze, Luke and Jamie were training their fighting moves.

 Mr Smoke, A huge, Fearsome dragon with orange scales and red fiery eyes had a black collar with spikes just to add more fear to his pupils. 

He was their battle training teacher and they were glad he was where he belonged instead of Art or Numeracy. But Blaze, being the way he is. Could beat Mr Smoke with any weapon.

 "Luke, Blaze please pick a sword and meet in battle on the blue mat." Mr Smoke bellowed.

 Luke gasped and Blaze smirked "Hope you've been training, brother." Blaze picked up the wooden sword. Luke stumbled "Ah actually why doesn't someone else fight him. Like someone more experienced?" Mr Smoke shaked his head "No Luke, I want you to learn from this fight." Luke looked back at his brother with wide eyes.

 Maybe just maybe i could defeat him Luke thought.

 About a minute later Luke was lying on his stomach with Blaze's wooden sword to his neck. "Try harder next time." Blaze sneered.

"Geez Mr Buzzkill! What was that for?" Luke asked Blaze at the snack room.

 Blaze shrugged "I was just doing what Mr Smoke told me to do." Luke rubbed his sore head.

 "Soon you'll be getting more sores than that." Blaze mumbled "Going through the demon part of Paradise City and all that." Luke shuddered. "I can't believe we are risking our lives just for one dumb wish!" Luke burst.

 Diamond walked up to him with no rage in his blue peaceful eyes. "I know you're worried for your lives on this journey today, I am too and I can see why. This journey is hard and long anyone of you could die." Diamond's eyes flashed with fear as he coughed out the last words "But you are doing it anyway and i am proud"

(A/N Why did I make Diamond sound like an old man?)
