A writing prompt that I never got the chance to use, and as you guys know, I already have an over abundance of ideas. 

Genre: Romance, Teen Fiction

When Lea gets a chance to go to Rome as a foreign exchange student, she can't help but feel giddy about it. She had always been in love with their culture and mythology. When her parents finally agree to let her go, she thinks it'll be the experience of a life time. Until she meets her host family, who have two boys and a girl that all hate Lea.

One night while she's at a cafe the waiter tries to speak to her but the communication doesn't come through well enough and a boy jumps in, explaining what Lea's trying to say. After the waiter leaves the boy asks if he can join Lea and asks her what she's doing in Rome. After explaining, he walks her out and gives her his number, telling her to meet him at his job at a museum so he can show her around.

So begins a story of love in a magical city, and how one young girl tries to navigate her way through a world like she has never known. Rome is old and beautiful, but could it possibly be the city of love as well?
