"I won't leave you Oikawa, I won't" he said to me holding my hand, its really rare dor him to do so but that little incident must have hurt him badly.

Then he gave me the second promise,

I'll never hurt you

And of course throwing volleyballs at me doesn't include in that. When we're just kids, I got bullied and Iwa-chan is not there, and I got hurt badly. I thought he's going to yell at me but he didn't, all he did was he slapped himself hard.

"What are you doing Iwa-chan?!? Stop it!"

"Listen I'll beat up everyone that hurt you and I will never hurt you"

The third,

I'll always be there for you

We lost in our last match in Junior High and also our last match in Highschool. It hurts me so badly, why did we always lost in our last match? We trained hard, very hard for it. And what captain am I when I can't even save those spikes from our opponent?

"Hey, come here" he hugged me, tightly "stop crying, you look so ugly and I'll always be there for you, I promise"

Then the fourth,

I'll come back for you

After we graduate, he told me that his going to Tokyo. While he cry.

"Hey you'll come back right, Iwa-chan?"

"Of course I will, I'll come back for you"

"Promise?"

"Promise."

He gave me his fourth promise before he boarded the plane. Everyday we called each other and shared our life in university. The first time we've been apart and its tough for both of us, cause we're used to having each other by our side.

The fifth one,

I'll protect you

"Iwa-chan!! Its been really bad" I rushed to him as he got out from the arrival station and hugged him tightly.

"I'll protect you Oikawa, I always will" he hugged me back tightly.

And that was his last promise he gave me.

Don't give the promises you can't keep...

We're supposed to be eating at a restaurant together after so long but no, I don't get that chance anymore.

Snow falling down from the sky, the road was white because of the snow pilled up. Bright red spread across the white snow, and you're laying on it.

"Iwa- Hajime! Hold on! I'm calling the ambulance!!" My hands shaking like crazy as I took out my phone and called the ambulance. "Hold on! They're coming!"

"...Tooru I'm...sorry"

"No no! There's nothing you should be sorry for!!" Cold tears, sliding down my cheeks as I holded your hands, ever so tightly.

"....I love you Tooru... please be happy without me....Promise me that..."

"I-I will! I promise!! Just don't close your eyes! Don't fall asleep!!" I nodded

"NO HAJIME!! WAKE UP! HAJIMEE!!"

Don't give the promises you can't keep.

You broke all of that, all five promises you made.

You said that you'll never leave me, but you did, you fell asleep forever.

You said that you'll never hurt me, but you did, you hurt my heart so bad.

You said that you'll always be there for me, you won't be anymore.

You said that you'll come back for me, but you'll never come back anymore no matter how much I begged.

And you said you'll protect me, you did but you won't be protecting me anymore.

But that doesn't matter, I'm going to break the promise I made too.

We'll see each other next life.
