"N-Natsu-kun! Please put Juvia down!" Juvia shrieked as Flamebrain lifted her up in the air.

"Oh, sorry about that, Juvs." Flamebrain said, putting her back on the ground.

"It's fine, Natsu-kun~" Juvia said as she smiled at Flamebrain.

Tch.

Why does Flamebrain get so much time with her..?

I observed her for a bit more.

"Hm."

I watched as she interacted with other people.

That's weird...

She would have approached me by now...

She looked at her watch.

"Oh, Juvia has to go now. Bye-bye, everyone~" Juvia said as she waved to everyone.

She's been acting like this the whole week.

Ignoring me.

Leaving the guild early.

"Bye, Juvia!" Everyone in the guild waved at her as she went out the doors.

My eyes followed her as she went out the guild.

There's something suspicious about this....

I stood up and went out the guild.

I looked for a sign of Juvia.

I saw a strand of blue hair going to the forest.

Found her!

I followed her until she stopped.

I hid behind a tree.

"Z-Zeref-sama?" She called out.

Z-Zeref?!

Wait..

Sama?!

"Oh, Juvia, you're here." A voice said, leaving the shadows and into the light where I could see him.

My eyes widened as I really saw Zeref.

"Juvia is sorry for being a bit late. She lost track of time." Juvia said, rubbing the back of her neck.

"It's fine, Juvia. I'm glad you're safe." Zeref smiled at her.

Zeref took a step forward and hugged Juvia.

"I missed you....." Zeref mumbled, digging his head into her shoulder.

Juvia blushed a bit but she hugged back.

"But Juvia just saw you yesterday." She said, smiling and caressing his hair.

"A day without you is what I can't survive." He said, looking into her eyes.

She blushed harder.

I groaned.

This is too cheesy.

"Who's there?!" Zeref shouted, hugging Juvia protectively.

Shit. He heard me.

I cussed under my breath.

"Reveal yourself." Zeref said.

I sighed and revealed myself.

"G-Gray-san?!" Juvia shouted.

S-san....?

As I heard that, a stinging pain shot through me.

"I-I'll leave the both of you to your business." I said walking away.

I should have known...

Third Person POV

"G-Gray-san..." Juvia mumbled.

"I-I'm sorry, Juvia...." Zeref mumbled.

"There's nothing to be sorry for, Zeref-sama!" Juvia said, attempting to comfort Zeref.

Tears started streaming down Zeref's face.

"I-I broke a b-bond between y-you and your f-friend..." Zeref sniffled.

"I-It's a-all my fault.... I shouldn't be w-with someone l-like you..." Zeref cried out.

Juvia hugged him and rubbed his back, saying comforting words.

"It's alright, Zeref-sama.... It's not Zeref-sama's fault. Zeref-sama should not feel bad for a mistake he didn't do." Juvia comforted.

"T-Thank you, Juvia." Zeref said, wiping away his tears.

Juvia smiled at him.

"No problem, Zeref-sama."

"Will our relationship be a secret from them?" Zeref asked.

Juvia nodded.

"Until they learn to be nice to Zeref-sama,"

"Our relationship will be our little secret~"
