"Erza.... I don't think I can accept Juvia as the love of my life...."

"Gray-sama!" Juvia said as she approached me.

"Oh, hey, Juvia." I said as I turned my head to look at her.

"Juvia made you some cookies!" She said before showing me a tray if cookies.

"Oh, uh...." I said nervously.

I glanced at Erza and she was glaring at me.

Fear shivered throughout my body.

She was giving me a look that said, 'Take those cookies or you shall face my sword's wrath'.

Then I turned my attention to Juvia again.

"Thanks , Juvia." I said as I accepted the cookies.

Her eyes sparkled.

"Gray-sama accepted Juvia's cookies!" She said before fainting.

Then a scarlet haired girl approached us and gave out a sigh.

"Hey, Gray." She greeted as she sat down with me.

Now you're acting like you never gave me that glare?!

But I shouldn't shout at you if I want to keep myself alive.

I shivered in fear as I thought of how she would kill me.

"Is something wrong?" She asked.

"No, nothing's wrong." I answered.

"Hm. Okay. I have a question for you, Gray." She said.

"What is it?"

"Can you accept Juvia as the love of your life?" She asked, a little sadness in her eyes.

"U-um.... I can't really answer that now."

"Oh, sure. Just tell me when you made up your mind." She said before leaving me alone.

"Can you accept Juvia as the love of your life?"

I stared at the sky.

Maybe I should just tell Erza already.

"Hey, Gray." A voice said.

I turned to look at the one and only.....

Erza Scarlet.

"Have you thought of an answer yet?" She asked.

I should just tell her.

I gave out a deep sigh.

|| Present ||

"Erza...... I don't think I can accept Juvia as the love of my life." I said.

"Why?"

"Because...." I started.

"You're the love of my life, and only you." I admitted, looking at her.

Her face was absolutely camouflaged. I couldn't tell her face and her hair apart.

After a few seconds, she smiled.

"Our feelings are mutual."
