"Please guide my friend, Levy, to be alive and well, Amen." I ended my prayer and stood up.

"Don't worry, Lucy. I'll be alright."

I sighed.

I gritted my teeth.

If only I was earlier.

I started walking home and as I did, her words echoed in my head.

"It isn't your fault, Lucy."

"Hey, owner, wake up!" A voice said.

"I already paid, Miss Landlady.." I said, moving away from the voice.

Suddenly something made a rumbling sound.

"Owner, I'm hungry!" The voice said again.

I groaned and opened my eyes only to be met with another pair of eyes.

"Finally, you woke up!" The voice said, getting off me.

I realized that the voice belonged to a man's.

He had pink hair and a white scarf and a halo and some angel wings and a..

Wait.

A man. In my bedroom.

"Who are you?! What are you doing in my bedroom?!" I shouted, sitting up and getting in a defensive position.

The person grinned at me.

"Natsu Dragneel, at your service! I was sent her to become your guardian angel!" He said, saluting.

"Guardian..Angel..?" I repeated.

"Yup!"

I began processing all of this.

"So, you, a man that appeared suddenly in my bedroom, is my guardian angel. Did I get that correct.

"Yup! I think so..?"

I sighed.

"You said you were hungry, right?" I asked.

He nodded enthusiastically.

"I'll cook breakfast then."

Natsu's POV

Om Nom Nom Nom Nom Om Nom Nom Nom Nom..

"Natsu, please stop eating like...that." Luce said.

I gulped down what I was chewing. "Eh? What do you mean Luce?"

"Nevermind.. And it's not 'Luce' it's 'Lucy'! It ends with a 'y' not blahblahblah.."

I blocked her out by just eating more.

She sighed. "I guess I can't do anything about it, right?" She said, flashing me the prettiest smile I've ever seen.

I stopped chewing for a moment, wide-eyed.

She stood up. "I'm gonna go take a shower."

I watched her as she walked away, my heart beating fast.

I gulped.

Is this love..?

It would be more forbidden to make my love for a human be mutual.

"Natsu! Are you alright?!" Lucy shouted worriedly as she came out with only a towel around her body.

I stared at her, taking in her appearance.

Her blonde hair drenched in water.

Her body wrapped in a towel.

And the towel was only covering half of her uh, cleavage? Is that what you call it?

And it was only to be pulled up a little for her 'private part' to be revealed.

That's when everything turned black.

Third Person POV

Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia has been the best of friends ever since they met.

The both of them were inseparable, and most people would think they were a couple.

Natsu had already realized his feelings for Lucy, even though we thought that he would be too dense, but was afraid.

Lucy had realized her feelings for the said man, or should I say angel, after an 'incident' that Author-chan was too lazy to write.

"Hey! I wasn't lazy! I was just busy watching the second season of Shingeki No Kyojin!" Author-chan , or also known as Yuriko, shouted.

I am trying to narrate here, Yuriko.

The said girl pouted and returned to watching 'Shingeki No Kyojin' on the laptop.

Where was I? Oh, yes, now I remember.

Lucy was also afraid. Afraid of rejection.

But the angel was afraid of another thing.

"TITANSSSSS!"

Yuriko, please use headphones, you're interrupting my narration.

"Okay..."

The angel was afraid of another thing.

And it is definitely not titans.

'I have fallen in love with a human...' Natsu thought.

He snapped his fingers and came out a book.

He flipped the pages on a certain page.

'Here it is..' Natsu thought, scanning the contents of the page.

"Punishment Of God." He read out loud.

"As every angel knows it is forbidden to love a human. They will receive a punishment but it is not and never will be death. It is based on the rank of an angel of how he or she shall be punishment."

"At least it won't be death." He sighed.

"But if the human shall return the said emotion, they shall receive a severe punishment."

Before he could read more, Lucy called out to him.

"Coming, Luce!" He snapped his fingers and the book disappeared.

But he forgot to read a part.

"The severe punishment is..."

"N-Natsu, I have something to tell you.." Lucy stuttered, blushing.

"Hm? What is it, Luce?" Natsu asked.

"I-I..." Lucy stuttered.

"I-I l-like you, Natsu!" She stammered out.

Natsu blushed. But he then smiled."I like you too, Luce."

"Really?!" Lucy gasped, surprised.

"Here's a way to prove it." Natsu said, suddenly kissing Lucy.

Lucy blushed much more that she looked even redder than a tomato. Or Erza's hair.

As they pulled away, panting, the ground began to shake.

Natsu realized what was happening. "Lucy! Hide!" He shouted.

"B-But, Natsu-!" Lucy tried to protest but she saw the fear in Natsu's eyes. She ran inside her house and watched from her balcony.

The shaking intensified, causing Lucy to fall.

Natsu's eyes widened. "Lucy!"

He spread out his wings and flew up to catch Lucy.

Suddenly, a lightning bolt shot through the sky. This caused Natsu to lose his balance and let go of Lucy.

Natsu flew down to catch her, he tried grabbing her hand but, alas, it slipped.

She fell to the ground from a tall height, causing a very hard impact.

The salmon-haired angel's eyes widened and he dropped to the ground, kneeling.

"L-Luce...?" He called out, shaking Lucy's almost lifeless body.

Tears fell from Natsu's eyes as he shook her body.

"Luce! No! Don't give up on me, Lucy!" He cried out.

"N-Natsu..." Lucy breathed out.

He held her hand tightly. "Lucy! Please don't give up!"

"I-I just want to say that.." Lucy started.

"T-That what?" Natsu asked, tears still falling.

"I will always love you..." Lucy finished and smiled, using her last breath.

"No! Don't say it like we'll never meet again! Please, Luce! Don't give up on me!" He pleaded.

Her eyes were closing and her heartbeats could be heard no more.

He cried and pleaded for her to stay, but she ignored his pleas and closed her eyes shut.

"L-Lucy..?" He called out again, hearing no heartbeats.

He stood up, realizing she was already gone.

He gritted his teeth and grabbed his angelic weapon, a shotgun.

The angel pointed it to the sky. "Do not make me do this, Kamisama! (God)"

The ground began to shake again and the clouds started swirling.

"Do not make me do this!" Natsu shouted, his hands shaking.

He finally shot a bullet, but one was also directed at him.

He was also shot and he dropped to the ground, right next to Lucy.

A pool of blood was made around the two.

Before Natsu could use his last breath, he held her hand.

"I will always love you too. Even when it's forbidden, I will find a way."

And everything went black.

I was listening to 'Angel With A Shotgun' and suddenly got this idea.

It was supposed to be real short buuut it turned out long. ^^;;

And I was supposed to publish this sooner but there was NO. FREAKING. WIFI!!!!

FOR. THREE. WEEKS.

And if you read my bio, I'm going on a hiatus for a while.

The reason?

1. No internet.

2. Travelling with mah homiez-- lol no. Travels with mah fam for the summer are happening very frequently.

3. Still no internet. I just connected to my cousin's wifi ;-;

And that's about it.
