Third Person's POV

It was a cold winter night in Magnolia. Everyone was playing in the snow. Except for one dragonslayer who could probably melt all the snow.

Natsu's POV

"Why don't I get to play in the snow!?"
I shouted.

"Because you would probably melt all the snow!" Luce shouted from outside.

"Don't worry Natsu! I'll stay here inside with you!" Happy said as he went inside the guild.

"Thanks Happy." I said as I grinned at him.

Then I looked back outside.

Luce, Ice Princess, Erza, and everyone else were having fun without me.

But I noticed a certain Gray obsessed blue haired girl was not outside.

"Hey, Happy, have you seen Juvia?"
I asked.

"No, Natsu. In fact, I don't think I saw her today." Happy answered.

Where could she be?

"Natsu, can I ask you something?" Happy asked.

"Sure buddy."

"Do you like Juvia?" Happy asked.

"Of course I do. She is one of my guild mates." I answered.

"I meant more than a guild mate." Happy said, sweat dropping.

Do I like Juvia....
More than a guild mate...?

"I don't really know, Happy."I answered, thinking.

I looked at the snow.

We have been spending more time together.....

Ever since that day.

| Flashback |

It was raining.

"Juvia?" I called out.

"N-natsu-san?" A familiar voice called back, sobbing.

"Juvia? Is that you?" I called out again.

"H-hai (yes), Natsu-san." She called back.

I started sniffing. I caught her scent and followed it.

Her scent got stronger and stronger.

She must be close.

I followed her scent until I found her, curled up into a ball, sobbing.

"Juvia...."

Her head shot up as she heard my voice. She wiped her tears as she saw me.

"Natsu-san.... What are you doing here?" She asked.

Her hair was ruffled, her hat was on the ground and her eyes were puffy and red from crying.

I clenched my fists.

I don't know why, but....
I hate seeing her like this.

"What else did I come here for? I came here to find you, Juvia. And take you back to the guild."

"But, nobody cares for Juvia there. She's just a phantom and a creepy stalker."

"Why would I come here to get you if nobody cared for you?"

She widened her eyes in surprise.

"Does Natsu-san really care for Juvia?"

I smirked at her, unclenching my fists.

"Of course, I do. You are a part of Fairy Tail now. And it isn't just me, everyone is worried about you."

"But, everyone ignored Juvia for days. She was lonely at the guild."

"That doesn't mean no one cares for you."

"Maybe Natsu-san is right." She said as she stood up and faced me.

"But, before Juvia goes back, can Natsu-san promise her something?"

"Sure, Juvia."

"Does Natsu-san promise to never make Juvia lonely ever again?"

She held out her pinky.

"I promise."

I entwined my pinky with hers.

She had a bright smile on her face.

"Thank you, Natsu-san."

I grinned again.

"No problem, Juvia.

We started to walk back to the guild.
As we walked, she asked me something.

"Can Juvia call Natsu-san 'Natsu-kun' from now on?"

"Sure, as long as I get to call you Juvs."

"Okay, Natsu-kun!"

We spent the rest of the walk laughing and joking together.

I smiled at those memories.

Maybe I do like her more than a guild mate.

"You know, Happy...."

"What is it , Natsu?"

I turned to face Happy.

"I think I do like Juvia more than a guild mate."

His jaw was open wide when he heard what I said.

"Yes! NaVia is a success!" A familiar voice shouted.

"MIRA?!"

She then laughed, in a sweet way.

"You owe me, Happy." She said, smiling.

"I lost...." Happy said as he sulked in the corner.

"You guys betted on this?!"

"Yup." The she-devil said, still smiling.

"I thought Natsu wouldn't be tough enough to say that." Happy cried as he still sulked in the corner.

As the day passed by, I now realized something.

That I, Natsu Dragneel,

Has fallen in love with Juvia Lockser.
