Jellal's POV

"Jelly-kun~~ Wake up!" A voice rang in my head.

I opened my eyes to see Meredy.

"Meredy? What is it?"

"We were going to Fairy Tail today, right?" She asked.

"Oh, yeah...." I said with a sad tone.

She gave out a sigh.

Then her eyes sparkled mischievously.

That can't be good.....

"I know! I could make you meet Juvia! She's a bit shaken up like you too after an incident with......." She said as her voice got sadder.

"Meredy....."

"It's just that...she loved him with all her heart...." She said as she teared up.

"Don't cry Meredy. I'll try to talk to her. Maybe we could get along." I said, smiling.

"Thank you, Jellal! She's my friend and I want to see her happy. And maybe you could get her to be happy again!" She said in delight, wiping away her tears.

"Let's get ready to go then."

Juvia's POV

"Hello, Juvia. Is something the matter?" Mira asked.

I faked a smile.

"Nothing is wrong, Mira-san. But thank you for worrying for Juvia."

'No, everything is wrong. I feel like my world has fallen apart.'

But I didn't want to pull you into my misery.

"If you say so." Mira said as she put on a worried face.

She smiled at me before serving another member of the guild a beer.

I'm grateful I have friends like Mira-san.

Lucy-san or Love Rival who still wants to be friends with me even though I call her Love Rival.

Levy-san or my Future Sister-in-law, since I consider Gajeel-kun my brother.

Gajeel- kun or my Brother who stayed with me until today.

Meredy-san who-

"Juvia!"

My thoughts were cut off by a certain pink haired girl.

"Meredy-san?"

Speaking of.

"I missed you, Juvia!" She shouted as she hugged me.

"Juvia missed you too, Meredy-san." I said as I hugged her back.

Meredy-san.....

She pulled away.

"I really missed you, Juvia." She said with a smile.

"Juvia missed you too." I said as I faked a smile.

"I have someone that would like to meet you!" She said before moving aside to show.....

"Jellal-san?"

"Juvia....."

There was an awkward silence.

Until Meredy broke it.

"You two have met before?!" She asked, surprised.

"Yes. While I was still 'evil'." Jellal-san answered for me.

"Oh... Well, I have something to do, so chat while I'm gone! Ta-ta~" She said before skipping away.

No! Don't leave me here!

She left us....

It's so awkward......

"So, um...." I started.

"Meredy told me that you've been going through a hard time." Jellal said.

"Yes... I have..." I admitted.

"Let's go outside to talk." He suggested.

"Sure."

|| Later, Outside ||

We sat on a bench.

I started tearing up.

"J-juvia loved him.... But h-he o-only gave back p-pain....." I said through my sniffles.

He suddenly hugged me.

I felt my shoulder getting wet.

Is Jellal-san....

Crying?

"I-i know how you feel...." He cried on my shoulder.

I hugged him back.

"W-we gave them our h-hearts.... But t-they only g-gave p-pain...." He said, sobbing.

"W-we should n-never h-had given t-them o-our l-love...." I said, sniffling.

We cried our hearts out on each other's shoulder.

It rained hard.

|| Later ||

The sun shone brightly.

"Jellal-kun, thank you." I said as I smiled brightly at him.

"Thank you too, Juvia." He thanked me back.

"Bye, Juvia. I'll miss you." Meredy said as she hugged me.

"Juvia will miss you too, Meredy-san." I said as I hugged her back.

We pulled away from the hug.

I suddenly hugged Jellal-kun.

"Juvia will miss you too, Jellal-kun." I said as I hugged him.

He hugged me back.

"I'll miss you too, Juvia."

I looked up to see his face.

He was blushing lightly but he still smiled.

We pulled away.

They started walking away.

"Bye, Juvia!" Meredy shouted as she waved.

I waved back.

I should do it. Maybe this could be my only chance to do it.

"Wait!" I shouted as I ran to them.

"Yes, Juvia?" Jellal-san asked.

"I forgot something." I said as I leaned in and.....

Kissed Jellal on the cheek.

"Thank you." I said before running back to the guild.

I sat on a table, alone.

I banged my head on the table.

"Why did Juvia do that?! She is such an idiot!"

|| Outside ||

Jellal's POV

D-did she j-just....

K-kiss me...?

I felt my face blush as red as Ezra's hair.

"Ohohoho~~ Is Jelly-kun blushing?" Meredy teased.

"I-i am not!" I denied.

"Yes, you are!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

And it went like that until we got back.

This was the beginning of a new friendship.
