Chapter Seventeen | Great Feelings

Two months later everything has been going great with everybody. Kae has been spending more time with Zayn when she has the chance. She actually spent a couple nights at the Malik's house as well. Things are looking good so far.

Zayn has been struggling to cope with different things with life. His sensitivity levels are even higher and he has low patients. His friends and his mother are trying to cooperate with him and his condition. They accept him for who he is and that he is someone very special.

Kae and Zayn's friendship has grew tremendously over the past two months. Kae has learned so much about him in that time frame. And Zayn has opened up to her, he never thought this would happen with someone.

And of course their friends totally ship them together. They would say things that would make the two blush. It would be embarrassing until someone changes the subject.

It's very obvious that they like each other. Because their relationship has grown into so much more. Kae is very caring and gentle with him while Zayn is very considerate of her feelings and is very concern if she's okay or not. It's beautiful just seeing them together.

So today the two lovebirds are at Zayn's house. His mother has returned back to work again and Kae was on break so she figured that she would spend time with Zayn. And he didn't mind one bit.

"Zayn, babe..you got something on your face," Kae giggled, they were making cupcakes just for fun and Zayn got some icing on his face.

Zayn eyes widen, "W-Where? K-Kae get it..g-get it off!"

Kae walked over to him and wiped the chocolate icing off of his chiseled jaw. He relaxed but that didn't mean that he was calm. She was very close to him and he didn't know why. He had looked away from her because he grew a bit uncomfortable looking at her. She was beautiful to him but he just couldn't hold eye contact with her for so long. He just couldn't.

"Zayn, look at me," Kae said softly, she watched as he shook his head and mumbled a small 'no' underneath his breath.

She tilted his chin up so their eyes could met. He squirmed at her touch. He felt butterflies in his stomach and it bothered him so much.

"You are so handsome," she says to him. "Your eyes, your hair, I like it all."

Zayn groaned, "K-Kae..please."

"Please what? Use your words Zayn," she urged him gently, she was trying to find out how he was feeling.

"K-Kae..Kae gives..g-gives me..me weird f-feeling," he murmured, his eyes dropped back to the ground because he was embarrassed for telling her that.

"Really? What kind of feeling is it?" Kae asked.

"I-It's..right h-here," Zayn pointed to his heart and tapped it, that represented how fast his heart was beating right now.

She felt the tears starting to fall but she tried her hardest to not to cry in front of this precious man. He just told her that she makes his heart beats fast. Kae was speechless.

"H-Heart..b-beats fast..for Kae," he says then bit his bottom lip nervously and waited for her response.

Kae wrapped her arms around him and silently cried in his chest. It wasn't sad tears, it was happy tears but he didn't know that. Zayn looked at the girl in worry, he didn't know what happened or why she was crying.

"God, I really like you Zayn," she laughed lightly and squeezed him tighter. "You literally make me so happy."

"O-Oh..I do?" Zayn asked cluelessly, he didn't realized that he just told her that he had feelings for her.

Kae pulled away and nodded, "Yeah you do."

He frowned when he saw tears on his face. Zayn didn't like it when people cried, it was another thing that bothered him.

"K-Kae..d-don't cry..ugh p-please?" Zayn added the please on the end so he could stop her crying.

"I'm sorry. I get so emotional sometimes," she laughed and wiped her wet face of happy tears but a few more fell down her face.

Zayn reached out to touch her face, he cupped both of her cheeks and wiped her tears with the pad of his thumbs. She closed her eyes for a brief second to soak in this wonderful moment.

He pulled away and looked down at his feet, "D-Don't cry..please..t-too..too pretty f-for..for crying."

Kae could faint right now. This is all making her heart swell with joy. Zayn is the most caring guy on earth, she can't believe that this really happened.

"Okay I won't," she giggled and sighed happily.

Kae backed away from Zayn and started to smile so big that her face would've probably cracked. She was over the moon happy.

He saw the smile on her face and it made him feel a bit better. Zayn told her the truth. She made his heart beat a bit faster when she was around, and that she shouldn't be crying because she was too pretty to be in tears.

The two continued to make cupcakes in comfortable silence. When they were done they decorated them with different colors of icing. After that, they ate some of the cupcakes and saved some of then since they made a lot. They cleaned the kitchen then went to the living room to watch Fairy Odd Parents.

Kae didn't pay attention to the TV show, her attention was on the boy who was curled up in a ball on the couch. He was very special to Kae, he was something very valuable to her. He was something that she couldn't not lose. Even though she almost lost him a while ago, she was extremely grateful that he's around. Because he made her happy, he didn't know it but it was true. She is extremely happy. Everytime she thinks about him she feels like she is a little more blessed and how lucky she is to met a boy like him. Because he is one of a kind.
