Vineet takes Ruhana to his home where she meets Viren and befriends him. Later, Vineet fills vermillion in her head and tells her that they will do court marriage, the other day. Ruhana is touched with his gesture. She decides to treat both the boys with vegetable pulaav. She's in the kitchen but she can hear giggles and chuckles from the hall room. She peeps out of the kitchen and finds Viren chuckling as he's winning another game. She smiles - - the two men are smiling.

She prepares the food and lays the table. There's vegetable pulaav and potato fries, as she likes it with pulaav. But, she's surprised to see Viren pulling the bowl of fries towards himself and signals vineet that he's not going to share it with him. Ruhana chuckles as  Vineet pouts at his brother and Viren gives a winning grin to Vineet.

Ruhana serves the food and Viren snatches his favorite spoon from Vineet's hand, who looks at her with open mouth.

"Aap meri spoon mat liya karo. You know it is my favourite. Main usi se khata hoon." Viren glares at Vineet.

"Arey! Ek din dusri spoon se kha sakte ho!" Vineet glares back at him.

"No!" He stretches the word and digs his spoon into the pulaav cake.

Cake - - yes! Ruhana filled a bowl with the rice and then placed it into Viren's plate. He chuckles and takes a bite. Ruhana is watching him keenly - - oh! It's the first time, she's cooked something for Viren. Vineet always praises her cooking skills, yet, she is unsure, because Viren is a kid right now. He may, or may not like the food. Viren looks at her.

"Aapne kahan se seekha!?" he asks, pointing towards his plate.

"Kyun? Acha nahi hai??" Ruhana asks, looking at him.

Viren glances at Ruhana and then takes another bite. Ruhana looks at Vineet, who assures her, maybe, Viren is in a mood of some naughtiness. Viren looks at the duo.

"Aapne toh bilkul Maa ke jaisa banaya hai." He says casually, which surprises Vineet, while Ruhana just stares at him.

"Sachi mein! Maa bhi aise hi banati thi. Aur aapne fries bhi banaye, Maa na, aloo ke strings fry karti thi." Viren tells her, his eyes wide with joy.

Oh! He just remembered his mother. So, he does remember what his mom used to do. And suddenly, with that gesture, he's saying that she did it like his mother used to do. So, is he Okay with her?? Ruhana looks at Viren, who grabs her hand and mouths a word of gratitude. Ruhana pats his cheek and asks him to eat, while she's lost in the moment.

Is Viren really fine with her? Is he okay that she will live with him in this house? He just compared her with his mother, or say, her cooking skills. She is touched with his gesture. Maybe, it's his kiddishness or his naughtiness, but the words seem true. Did she made it close to his mother?? Ruhana's trance is broken when she feels a tap on her cheeks, and a hand on her shoulder. She looks up to find Viren staring at her and Vineet beside her.

"Kahan kho gaye? Main kabse bula raha hoon!" Viren says, again tapping her cheeks.

"Kya hua?" she asks,coming out of her trance.

"Mujhe pulaav chahiye." He points towards his empty plate.

Ruhana smiles, she serves some pulaav in his plate and he chuckles before digging his spoon into the rice cake. Ruhana smiles and Vineet asks her the matter, she blinks her eyes and concentrates on her food. They have food with light chats and after that Viren sits on the couch, asking Vineet to play another game with him. Ruhana winds up the chores and cleans the Table. She then sits beside the two men who are quite engrossed in their video game. She adores them with a smile on her face.

Okay! She was angry with Vineet for hiding about Viren, but now she's glad. She knows the pain he has been going through and how Viren's antics make him smile. This boy is truly a kid, and he knows how to make others agree to him. She's glad she chose to come with Vineet to his home, no! It's her home as well with Vineet and Viren as her only family.

"Aap baar baar kahan kho jaati ho? Aap bore ho rahi ho?" Viren asks.

"Haan! Kisi ne toh mujhe video game sikhaya hi nahi." Ruhana says while looking at him and makes a sad face.

"Ruko! Ye toh difficult hai, main aapko easy wala achcha game sikhata hoon. Aapko pata hai, wo bhai ka bhi favorite game hai." Viren chuckles and runs into the room.

Vineet and Ruhana watch him run into his room. Vineet sits close to her and holds her hand.

" Kya soch rahi ho? Maine dekha khane ke waqt bhi kuch soch rahi thi! Kya hua? "  Vineet asks softly.

"Soch rahi thi ki agar tum mujhe pehle sab kuch bata dete, toh jo Moments maine aaj jiye, jo maine dekha, vo main pehle hi kar leti." Ruhana says.

"Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aaya us waqt!" Vineet says at which Ruhana squeezes his hands with hers.

"Jaanti hoon Vineet. Lekin tumne dekha, usey Maa ke baare mein, unke banaye khane ke baare mein sab pata hai. I am overwhelmed, Vineet. Shaayad Ma ke saamne kuch nahi hoon, yet he just said it." She says.

"I am glad, Vineet. I mean, hamara faisla bilkul thik hai. Tum dekhna, ab hum dono mil kar, Viren ka treatment karvayenge." Ruhana says, gripping his hands.

"Thanks for that, Ruhana. Tumhe toh pata hai aisi situations mein family hi haath jhatak deti hai, par tumne hamesha mera sath diya." he says.

"Main toh hamesha tumhare sath hoon." she says and entangled her fingers with his and she keeps her head on his shoulder.

"Aur ab toh tum mere pas hi rahogi. But, I am sorry, Ruu! Hum waisi shadi nahi kar sakte, jaisi shayad tumne sochi hogi. " He says.

Ruhana looks at him and cups his face with one hand.

"Tumhe pata hai, jabse tum mujhe mile ho na!! Jab se hume realise hua ki hum ek dusre ke liye kya hai, tab se meri soch tum se shuru hoke, hum dono pe aakar khatm ho jaati hai. Aur ab sirf hum do nahi teen hain. Tum mere sath ho na, kaafi hai mere liye. Kal court marriage ho jayegi, aur vachan toh dil se nibhaye jaate hain. I promise Vineet, main Viren ka Pura khayal rakhungi. " she says, holding his hand.

He smiles at her. He knows she is true to her words, and she will take good care of him and his brother. He kisses his head.

" I know, Ruu! And I promise you, main office ya Viren ki wajahse kabhi tumhe neglect nahi karunga, we'll handle everything, together." Vineet says.

She nods Her head positively and keeps her head on his shoulder. They stay in the same position when they realise that Viren has not returned yet. They hear an anguished grunt and they move to his room and are surprised to see the scenario. Viren is  searching for something, and there are many games scattered on the floor. Vineet rushes towards him, he knows his brother is angry.

"Viren, kya hua??" he asks concernedly.

"Bhai, mera video game nahi mil raha!"  Viren whines, turning to his brother.

"Relax! Mil jayega!" Vineet says and makes him sit on the bed.

"Mujhe unko sikhana hai, wo meri dost hai, aur dost ko diya hua promise nahi todte, hai na!" he says, looking at her brother.

"Koi baat nahi! Hum kal game khelenge!" Ruhana says and ruffles his hair.

"Han! Aur abhi derr ho gayi hai, tujhe sona chahiye." Vineet says.

Viren looks at them and pulls Ruhana by her hand, making her sit on the bed. He lies with his head on her lap, and holds her hand. He says something that leaves both Vineet and Ruhana astonished.
