Vineet goes to meet Ruhana. She is angry with him for lying about Viren. She feels that when they love each other, when they accept each other with their flaws, then there should be no hiding. Vineet knows that his pain makes Ruhana weak, but his love makes her strong. She chooses to be strong. Maybe, she can't solve his problem, but they can take the responsibility together. They could figure out something, why should he bear the pain alone?

Here, Vineet has hidden the truth about Viren - who is just a five year old kid. She agrees - he might be sacred, but he could tell her. Okay, she's not the doctor, but she would have helped him in taking Viren's care, also, she would have taken care of him too. Vineet apologises to Ruhana. He's scared that she would have left him as well, if he had told her about Viren. Ruhana is shocked.

"Tum aisa soch bhi kaise sakte ho, Vineet?? Kya tumne mujhe itna kamzor samjha hai?? Haan! Tumne socha bhi kaise ki main tumhe chod dungi?? Main tumse pyaar karti hoon, Vineet. Tumhari har kami ko apnaya hai maine, toh is mushkil mein kaise akele chod deti tumhe? Tum hi kehte ho na no one is perfect. Humne ek dusre ki kamiyon ko apna ke apni ek Perfect life banayi thi! Kaise bhul gaye tum! "she looks at him with teary eyes.

"Ek dusre ka sath nibhaane ka vaada kiya tha humne! Toh ye sab tumne mujhe kyun nahi bataya?? Hamari shadi ke baad tum aur Viren hi toh meri family hote na! Family ko koi chodta nahi hai vineet!" zshe says.

Vineet is teary eyed. His lady love is hurt. Well, she has all the right to be angry, because she tells him everything that happens in her life, and so, she expects the same. But, he didn't tell her. When his brother met the accident, he convinced Ruhana to postpone their wedding and she agreed without any question. For her, his happiness is most important. She doesn't want to impose herself on him.

And now, the truth opens - - after one year. He postponed the wedding because of his brother.

Vineet looks at Ruhana. He cups her face and wipes her tears,and then hides his face in the crook of her neck, and she embraces him in her arms as well.

"I am sorry! I know I have hurt you, but, I could not find the courage to tell you the truth." he says and breaks the warm hug.

"Darr gaya tha main! Viren ke accident ke baad, jaise sab humse door ho gaye they. Viren sabse chidhne laga tha aur jo uski haalat thi, usse main bhi darr gaya tha. Jab Rishteydaron ne haath chuda liye toh mujhe laga kahin tum bhi mujhse door na ho jao. Isliye tumhe kuch nahi bataaya. Bhul gaya tha ki tumne hamesha mera sath diya. Infact, tumne apna Dubai wala project chod diya tha, sirf mere liye. Kyunki, tum mere sath kaam karna chahti thi. And you had to hear so much from your boss. "He says, downing his gaze.

"Aise kaise soch liya tumne itna kuch?? Ye society ki chinta nahi hai mujhe!! Mujhe sirf tumhari chinta hai. Kisi ne kabhi sath nahi diya mera, sivaye tumhare. Aise kaise chod deti tumhe!! Viren ko hum dono mil kar sambhal sakte they. Main jaanti thi tum kuch chupa rahe ho!! Lekin kabhi pucha nahi... kyunki mere liye tum sahi ho! " she says holding his hands.

"Galat kiya maine. Tumhara vishwas toda! I am sorry, Ruhana. Tum kuch bhi kehlo, par naaraz mat raho please." he says, looking at her hopefully.

"pehle Vaada karo, aage se kuch nahi chupaoge?? Life mein mushkilein toh aayengi hi, par hum unhe milke sambhal lenge." she says.

He nods his head affirmatively. He knows she's right, he has to tell her everything and assure her that he trusts her more than he trusts his own self. They share a hug and Vineet makes her sit on the couch and he trails down the memory lane.

*Flashback Begins*

It's a fine day. Vineet is sitting in the living room savoring his tea. At the same time, Viren enters the house after his morning jog and calls for Savita Kaki, who hands him a bottle of his protein shake. He glances at his brother and greets him for the day, but Vineet doesn't reply.

"Bhai kya hua?" Viren asks, keeping his hand on his brother's shoulder.

"Viren! Tum kab aaye?" Vineet asks realising his presence.

"Abhi jab aap kuch soch rahe they? Koi tension Hai?" Viren asks.

"You know it, Chote! It's about Sahni Associates." Vineet says.

"They can't do anything, bhai. Hamare pointers unse ache hain. We will get that deal." Viren says as she sips his shake.

"Tum nahi jaante usko Viren. Wo aadmi paise ke liye kuch bhi kar sakta hain." Vineet says, he's angry even thinking about that certain someone.

"Jaanta hoon, lekin aap khud pe vishwas rakho. Aur fir hamari jodi ko toh jeetna hi hai. Aapko yaad hai , bachpan mein jab hum khelte they toh sab bache haar jaate they humse. Wo chahte they hume split karna, par aisa kuch nahi hua. Par unhe ek secret nahi pata, hum toh door hoke bhi paas hi rehte hain, hai na! "He chuckles.

Vineet smiles lightly. Viren is right, when they both are working together, things will be as they expect.

Vineet is worried because Sahni group is his rival and won't leave any chance to crush them. Because Vineet's company is on top,the sahni's want to be at their position and they can do anything to push them down. He has to protect his business and his brother too.

Vineet's trance is broken when Viren calls him and tells him that he will meet one of their clients and reach office while Vineet should look into the meeting they have called of their staff.

Vineet agrees and asks Viren to take care. After having breakfast, they leave the house and leave in different directions.

Vineet is discussing some projects with one of his employees. He's explaining something to the person when his phone rings. Vineet gestures to the employee to leave the cabin and that he will call him later. The employee leaves and Vineet focuses on the caller.

He's shocked to hear the caller, and before he could respond, the landline phone rings, shocking him for another time.
