Vineet and Ruhana share a moment until they hear a scream. Ruhana is scared and she holds Vineet's hand in fear. He consoles her and they move towards Viren's room. As they enter the room, Ruhana finds Viren screaming in his sleep. It seems like he is experiencing something in his dream. A nightmare to be precise.

“Mujhe mat maaro!”

“Door hato! Tum soch bhi nahi sakte bhai tumhara kya haal karenge.” 

“No! Tum….tumko jo chahiye ……wo…wo tumhe milega. Aise mat maaro!”

Viren is shouting, pushing his hands and legs in opposite directions. It seems like, he is trying to free himself from someone’s grip. He is continuously throwing out his hands and legs, Ruhana is scared and pained while Vineet is calm.

“Vineet! Tum aise shant kyun ho?” Ruhana asks.

“Relax Ruhana! He will be fine.”  Vineet says calmly.

“Tum itne shant kaise ho?” She asks as she is suddenly overwhelmed and pained at the moment.

Vineet doesn’t reply. For him, this is usual. Viren gets scared and murmurs in the night. And then he gets calm by himself. Vineet just needs to hold his hand softly, and the boy gets calm. They watch as Viren wriggles at the moment. Ruhana rushes to him and begins to smear his head. Vineet follows her, holds Viren’s hand and begins to rub it. The guy calms and sleeps.

Ruhana kisses his head softly and after covering him with his blanket, Ruhana and Vineet leave the room.

Ruhana looks at Vineet. He is calm, maybe, he has experienced this. She looks at him and holds his hand. She knows, he’s equally pained to see his brother in that state.

“Tum itna shant kyun ho?” Ruhana asks.

“Ye toh roz ki baat hain, Ruhana. Na jaane kaunsa darr baith gaya hai iske mann mein? Mujhe samajh nahi aata ki main kya karun?” Vineet says helplessly.

“ Darr hain toh hum usey khatam karenge. Kuch aisa karna hoga jisse Viren ko aise sapna na aaye.”  Ruhana says.

“Haan Ruu! Main jaanta hoon. Lekin main aisa kya karun ki yeh sab thik ho jaye? Tum hi batao.”  Vineet says.

“Relax! Tum pehle yahan baitho.” Ruhana makes him sit on the bed and she sits beside him and Vineet looks at her.

“Tumne hi kaha tha na ki ab hum sath hain. Toh ab hum mil ke sambhalenge. Everything will be fine. Abhi tum so jao.” Ruhana says.

“ Hmm! Ye toh thik hain. Main jaanta hoon ki jab tak tum mere sath ho, mujhe koi tension nahi hogi.”  Vineet says, boring his eyes in hers.

“Exactly! We will find the solution, together. That’s the PROMISE OF LOVE.” Ruhana says lovingly.

Vineet smiles and Ruhana asks him to sleep. He moves into Viren’s room to rest. Usually. Both of them sleep together. Today, Vineet is worried about Ruhana, but she smiles and assures him that she’s fine. He smiles and leaves the room. Ruhana watches him as he moves into his brother’s room and sleeps. She is astonished when Viren turns towards his brother’s side and hugs him with one hand. Well, even in his sleep, Viren can recognize his brother. Ruhana smiles and moves back into Vineet’s room and tries to sleep.

The next day is surely big for her.

The next morning, Vineet wakes up only to find Viren sleeping. He kisses his head softly and walks to his room. But, he doesn’t find Ruhana there. He moves out of his room calling for Ruhana. Instead, he is greeted by Savita Kaki.

“Kaaki! Aapne Ruhana ko dekha?” Vineet asks her.

“Han beta! Ruhana toh chali gayi. Wo keh rahi thi ki aaj kaam se free hokar, tum usey uske ghar se le aao.”  Savita kaki says.

“Thik hai kaki! Main baat kar leta hoon usse. Aap chai bana dijiye.”  Vineet says.

Vineet picks up his phone and begins to dial Ruhana’s number, but he smiles to see Ruhana’s message. She sent him a message, asking him to pick her up from her flat, as she has some formalities to do, before shifting with him to his home, actually, their home. He replies to her and decides that they will get their wedding registered, that is, they will go for court marriage. He calls his lawyer friend and fixes an appointment. After talking to him, Vineet is content and then at the same time, he hears Viren’s voice.

As Vineet turns around, he finds Viren standing behind him. He is astonished, but giggles seeing Viren’s angry face.

“Aapne meri dost ko bhaga diya? Aapne unko roka kyun nahi?” He asks about Ruhana.

“Usey kuch kaam tha. Isliye wo chali gayi.” Vineet reasons.

“Noo! Aapne unko jaane ke liye bola. Very bad!” Viren says grumpily.

“Arey! Ye har baat ka ilzaam tum mujhpe kyun lagate ho?” Vineet glares at his brother who giggles.

“Kyunki…..kyunkiii…aap bade ho. You are responsible!”  Viren replies and smiles innocently at his elder brother.

“Achaa! Matlab shaitani tum karo, bill mujhpe faado!! Kyunn?”  Vineet rolls his eyes at Viren.

“Kyunki wo toh bas main hi kar sakta hoon, ya meri dost. Vo achi dost.” He says, reminding Vineet about Ruhana.

Vineet smiles at the moment. Okay! He has taken Ruhana as his friend. In the next moment, Viren says something that leaves Vineet touched.
