Baekhyun sent me home and my parents waited for me at home. I lost my memories. So...I'm 20 now not 18... They had been trying really hard to help me gain my memories back, especially Chanyeol. He seems so familiar. Where did i see him before? Maybe i knew him since we were 18? I don't know. Baekhyun was also trying to help me. My head would hurt whenever they talk about it. I went to my room and laid on my bed. A purple journal caught my eye. I went to my table and took it. I sat on my bed.

I opened it.

I met a new friend today,his name is Chanyeol. Park chanyeol. Baekhyun doesn't like him because he thinks i like him. He's so silly. Uri baekkie is such a cutie pie.

What? I knew Chanyeol when we were in middle school? How can this be? I flipped the page.

Baekhyun told me that he need to leave. To USA. He needs to move there because of his father's business. i will miss him. He wanted a break up. Why? I mean like we can skype but i don't know...

Why is this happening? Why don't i remember? Why?! I flipped the page again.

It's exactly one year he left. Is he doing well? We lost contact already. He stopped sending me letters or videocalling. Did he forget about me? I hope not....

I flipped it again. I can't believe this. Baekhyun is here. He's not in USA. He's in Korea. KOREA!

Today is his birthday. I'm not there to celebrate his birthday. Is he doing fine? Did he keep his promise? I miss you Baekkie.

I read it and my head started to hurt.

"ARGHHH!" I growled and I held onto my head. Baekhyun and my parents rushed into my room immediately. Baekhyun ran to me and hugged me tightly.

"Kwenchana I'm here..I'm here.." he said assuringly and patted my back. I hugged him back and cried.

"Jinja a..po...apo" I said, choking in between my tears.

Baekhyun's POV

"Jinja a..po...apo" Jaekyung said and i just patted her back. I didn't know what to do. She has been hurting all this while. She doesn't want to remember the past. I think it's better for her to not remember too. She would not be hurt all over again. She needs me. But when she needs me, I'm always not by her side.

I promise that I'll stay by her side from now on. I guess noona will understand. I still haven't told her about Jaekyung. I don't know how to tell her. I still have that feeling when I'm with Jaekyung. Not that kind of feeling I have with Taeyeon noona. With her, there was the feeling of love while with Taeyeon noona, there was the feeling of a older sister and younger brother. I realised i still love Jaekyung. Jaekyung mianhe. Noona mianhe. I brought Jaekyung to her bed and cover her with her blanket.

"Sleep well. Don't think about it anymore." I said and kissed her forehead.

"Baekhyun..." she mumbled,but loud enough for me to hear.

"Neh?" I asked and bend down.

"Can you help me to regain my memory?" She said and i was shocked. Why would she want to regain back her memory? I frowned but soon it turned into a slight smile.

"I will." I said and kissed her forehead again. She smiled and closed her eyes. I walked out of her room. I closed her door softly and went down.

"I will go now. Auntie and uncle annyeong." I said and bowed to them. They nodded their heads and i left their house. I wore my shoes and went i stepped out,i saw Taeyeon noona waiting for me outside.

"Noo..noona?" I stuttered. I was surprised. I went down the steps and saw her crying.

"Waegurae? Why are you crying. Don't cry." I said and wiped off her tears with my thumbs.

"I went to your house,your parents said you are not at home and I thought that you were here,so it's true..." she said.

"Noona don't cry. I'm just here to visit Jaekyung. She..she lost her memory.." i mumbled the last sentence.

"She..she what?" She asked.

"Lost her memory." I said while sighing and she was shocked.

"She'll be fine. Don't worry. And...noona...i have to tell you something."I said and we walked to her house.

"What is it?" She asked and we sat on the sofa.

"Erm...actually...Jaekyung...she..was.."

"She was?"

"myexgirlfriend." I said it in one breathe and i don't think Taeyeon Noona understands. She raised her eyebrow.

"Baekhyun i can't hear you!" She exclaimed.

"She was my ex girlfriend!" I shouted at her and she flinched slightly.

"Mianhe." I apologised to her and she smiled. "It's okay." She patted my back.

"I can help her with you." She smiled and her smile just makes me forget everything.

"Jinja?" I asked her and held her hand. She nodded her head slightly. I hugged her.

"Baek...i can't..can't..bre..breathe." she struggled.I let go of the hug.

"Mianhe. Gomawo noona."

"Anything for you." She said and pecked my lips. I smiled at her and kissed her forehead.

"Gomawo." I said to her and smiled.

"Now let's go!" She said happily.

"Where?"

"Jaekyung's house pabo!"She hit my head lightly.

"Huh but why? Don't you hate her?"

"I never hated her and i would not hate anybody." She said and showed me her genuine smile. I smiled brightly at her. Why is she so nice? Who should i even choose? Taeyeon noona pulled me and we walked to Jaekyung's house.

"Annyeonghaeseyeo. Taeyeon imnida." Taeyeon bowed to Jaekyung's parents and they smiled.

"Who is she baekhyun?" They asked me.

"She..erm.."

"I'm Jaekyung's friend. New friend. I'm your neighbour." Taeyeon noona said and they nodded.

"Come in." They smiled and Taeyeon noona bowed slightly to them. We went up to Jaekyung's room.

"Jaekyung..?" I called out to her when i opened the door.

"Oh? Baekhyunnie!" She got up and called out to me happily but her smile faded when she saw Taeyeon noona and i holding hands.

"Who is she?" She pointed to Taeyeon.

Your POV

"Who is she?" I asked Baekhyun. Who's that girl? Why is she holding baekhyun's hand. Tears were threatening to fall. Baekhyun walked to me and sat on my bed. I looked away.

"Jaekyung..you said..you want me to help you regain your memory.. this is Taeyeon, she..she's my current girlfriend. Do you...remember?"

No..no it can't be

"NO! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR! I DON'T WANT MY MEMORIES ANYMORE!" I shouted and covered my ears.

"Jaekyung.." he tried to pull my hands away from my ears but I resisted.

"I just want you Baekhyun. Is it that difficult?" I asked him and tears fell.

"I'm sorry Jaekyung but I love-"

"No don't continue."

"Love cannot be forced"

Love cannot be forced. love cannot be forced...it's so familiar.

"GET OUT! BOTH OF YOU!" I shouted at them and threw everything near me. They got out of the room. I cried profusely

Baekhyun's POV

"I shouldn't have done that right?" I asked Taeyeon noona as we walked down the stairs. She sighed. We bid goodbye to Jaekyung's parents and we walked out of the house. When i opened the door, I saw Chanyeol.

"Chanyeol ah..."

"Can i have a word with you Baekhyun?" I looked at noona and she nodded her head. I sighed and nodded my head. I walked to the park with him.

"How is she?"

"She's fine but.."

"But what?"

"But i told her..I told her that Taeyeon's my girlfriend. She..got..got agitated." I looked down,not wanting to meet chanyeol's eyes.

"WHAT?! BYUN BAEKHYUN HOW COULD YOU?! YOU PROMISED ME TO TAKE CARE OF HER! WHY DO YOU ALWAYS BREAK YOUR PROMISES?!" He grabbed me by the collar.

"CHANYEOL!" EXO called him from behind and ran to him. They stopped him and pulled him away.

He glared at me. Shivers sent down my spine.

"GUYS! JAEKYUNG FAINTED!" Taeyeon noona shouted at us while panting and we ran to Jaekyung's house. Chanyeol pushed me and went in Jaekyung's house. He carried Jaekyung in a bridal style and place her in his car. I got in my car and followed him with the rest of exo. Taeyeon noona was with me.

Jaekyung..please..I'm sorry...

Chanyeol's POV

Jaekyung please be alright. Why would she faint so suddenly? When i reached the hospital, I carried her in a bridal style and called for help. The nurse placed her on the stretcher and rushed her in the emergency room. EXO, Baekhyun and his girlfriend and rushed to us.

I did said that me and Baekhyun are still best friends but he shouldn't have done that...

"Where is she?" Baekhyun asked me.

"Inside."

Soon, the doctor came out and we rushed to him.

"Doctor how is she?"

"She's alright she'll be awake in a moment." He said and smiled. We thanked him and we went into the ward. Please wake up soon Jaekyung. Soon, she opened her eyes and Baekhyun looked at her. Her eyes were wide opened.

"Baek...baekhyun?" She asked and he nodded his head.

"Why are you here? Shouldn't you be with your girlfriend..?" She asked. Wait? What? She got back her memories!

"You..you got back your memories?" Baekhyun asked her.

"What are you saying? What memories?" She asked innocently and I walked up to the front.

"Chanyeol!" She shouted and I went forward to hug her.

"What happened...what happened to me?

"It's okay. What matters that you are fine right now right?" I said and patted her back. We let go of the hug and she looked at Baekhyun. I told her everything after she calmed down and she recalled back everything. Baekhyun was waiting at the side, listening to everything.

Your POV

"Do you all mind leaving us alone?" The rest of EXO nodded and they walked out of the ward. "Be safe alright?" Chanyeol asked me and I nodded.

Baekhyun walked towards me and I kept my head low, not wanting to face him. "Mianhe." He apologised. I sighed.
"It's okay Baekhyun. I thought was just a nightmare but it wasn't. I should be the one apologising for what I did. I guess I was too desperate." I said, lifting my head up. Baekhyun gave me a light smile. "So my apology is accepted?" He asked, slightly laughing. "Of course pabo." I smiled at him and we giggled together. Oh those good old days. I guess we are fine now?
"But I'll still have to say sorry for whatever I did because I know I created a huge scar for you right? I'm really sorry Jaekyung ah.." He said, lowering his head.
"Stop apologising before I punch that handsome face of yours and Taeyeon unnie wouldn't like you." I laughed while saying that. Tbh my heart still hurts but I guess the past is the past. we have to move on. If one doesn't move on and is trapped in the past, he or she wouldn't be happy. Never. We chatted for quite a while and I liked it because it reminded me of our friendship.
"Friends?"
"Friends." We both smiled at each other. From then on, we remained as friends, not crossing the line. Just friends. Staying as friends is better than staying as enemies right?

Accept what it is, let go of what was. Have faith in what will be.
