Your POV

I was broken. Literally. How could he? He loves his girl. Yes. But he broken our promise.

Chanyeol brought me home and i bid goodbye to him. My mind is full of Baekhyun now. How could he do this to me? When i was about to open the door,i looked to the side and i saw no who?  Baekhyun? And...his girlfriend,taeyeon..No it can't be. My vision blurred and i rushed home and closed the door behind me. I fell to the cold ground.

Wae? Byun baekhyun why do you want to hurt me so badly?

-flashback-

"Baekhyun! Open the door! Yah! I'm gonna break this door if you don't open it!" I shouted and bang on the door. He opened it.

"What?" He asked,coldly.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked him. He's so weird.

"Jaekyung mianhe. I didn't mean it." He said. I nodded my head.

"Kwenchana. Now what's wrong?" I asked him.

"Jaekyung..I...i'm leaving." He said.

"Leaving? Wh..where?" I asked with my voice cracking.

"USA. My appa have to go there to work." He said.

I bit my lips and nodded my head.

"It's okay. I understand. We...we are sill together ri...right?" I asked,afraid that he would say no.

"Sorry jaekyung..i...let's break up for the moment. I think it would be better for us." He said.

"No baekhyun no. You said that nothing can break us apart. What is this now? We can skype and write letters right?" I asked while tears fall.

"Jaekyung don't cry. It's only for a few years i promise i will come back and find you okay?" He asked and wiped my tears away with his thumb.

"But what if you are not coming back? " i asked him while hanging my head low.

"I will Jaekyung. Trust me. Promise me that you will wait for me." He said.

I nodded and hugged him.

"Baekhyun i'll miss you." I told him and sniffed even harder.

"Nado."

-end of flashback-

He broke the promise. He promised! I kept mine Baekhyun i kept it! What about yours? I opened the door and walked to his girlfriend's house. Now i know where she stay. I wiped off my tears and knocked her door. This is it Baekhyun. If you want to do this,try me.

She opened it.

"Annyeonghaeseyo." I said politely and bowed.

She bowed back.

"You are..you are Baekhyunnie's best friend right?" She asked. I smiled bitterly and nodded my head.

"Please come in." She said and i went in.

"What brings you here?"

"Oh i'm your neighbour i live next to your neighbour." I said and smiled. She got a cup of water for me.

"Kamsahamnida." I said politely.

"So what's your name?"she asked.

"I'm Jaekyung you are Taeyeon right?" I asked.

"How do you know?" She asked.

"Baekhyun told me." I lied. We were  chatting happily until somebody opened the door. I turned my head. It was Baekhyun. He walked to me and pulled me away.

"Bwoh? Yah! Byun Baekhyun let go of me!" He pulled me to an alley. Ouch. My wrist hurts.

"JAEKYUNG WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? I ALREADY APOLOGISED DIDN'T I?"He shouted at me. What does he want now? Is he doing this on purpose? My tears fell and i wiped it away.

"What? Are you scared that i will spill out the beans to Taeyeon and she would not trust you?" I asked sarcastically and smirked.

"This is so not you Jaekyung. What happened to the old Jaekyung? I already broke up with you! You even agreed to it." He said.

I looked at him.

"What? This is not me? Well THIS IS SO NOT YOU BAEKHYUN!YOU PROMISED ME! CAN'T YOU REMEMBER?Yes i agreed to it because i didn't want to lose you and believed in your stupid promise.  I kept mine. What about you?" I asked.

"Love cannot be forced Jaekyung." He said.

"Then do you think it's really easy to keep this promise and reject all the guys especially the nicest guy in the world? NO Baekhyun No! You are so wrong." I argued back.

He couldn't say anything. I cried harder and walked away. Soon,i felt dizzy and i fell to the floor. Everything became black.

Baekhyun's POV

"Then do you think it's really easy to keep this promise and reject all the guys especially the nicest guy in the world? NO Baekhyun No! You are so wrong."she said.  She was right. Why can't i control my feelings? I gave up on Jaekyung for Taeyeon noona. Jaekyung was such a nice girl. She waited for me. Suddenly i heard a loud 'thud' i turned around and saw Jaekyung on the floor,unconscious.I ran to her.

"Jaekyung! Jaekyung!" I shook her and carried her in a bridal style. I ran to Taeyeon noona's house and put her down.

"Omo what happened to her?" Taeyeon noona asked.

"I don't know ootokae?" I asked her.

"Send her to the hospital now. Baekhyun call the ambulance." She said and i dialed for the ambulance.

-fast forward(at the hospital)-

Jaekyung was in the emergency room.

"Byun baekhyun!" Someone growled and i turned.It was Chanyeol. He pushed me to the wall.

Author's POV

"What the hell happened to Jaekyung huh?! Byun Baekhyun answer me!" Chanyeol shouted at Baekhyun and grabbed his collar.

"Chanyeol!" Suho shouted and the whole exo went forward to stop him.

"Let go of me! He deserves to get beaten up!" Chanyeol exclaimed.

"Chanyeol control yourself! We are in a hospital!" Kris shouted at him and Chanyeol stopped. He glared at Baekhyun. Eunji was crying at the side while Jongdae was comforting her.

The doctor came out.

"Who's the family members of Kim Jaekyung?" He asked. They rushed to him.

"We are her friends. Her parents are not in Seoul we will inform them later." Chanyeol said.

"She's okay for the time being but i have to tell you guys something. Please come to my room." He said.

They wanted to follow him but Chanyeol stopped them.

"I'll go. You all take care of Jaekyung. And you." He pointed to Baekhyun

"I want you to get lost now." He said coldly and followed the doctor.

Chanyeol's POV

I followed the doctor and he asked me to take a seat. I sat down and he started.

"Erm..how are you related to miss kim?" He asked.

"I'm her boyfriend. What's wrong with her doctor?" I asked.

"She...she might lose her memory." He said.

"But why?" I asked.

"Some virus attacked her brain these few weeks. Nothing happened because the virus had not fully attacked her brain. She would have to take medication in order to recover.

"She...she will forget about us?" I stuttered.

"It depends. But don't worry if you help her and stay beside her no matter what she'll recover and gain her memory back." He said and patted my shoulder.

"Ah..neh..kamshahamnida." i said and walked out.

I walked to Jaekyung's ward. She was awake.

"Jaekyung!"i shouted.

"Huh? Who are you? Why are you guys in my room? Where am i?" She asked. My heart hurts alot.

"Jaekyung..i..i'm Chanyeol." I said.

"Wait where's my appa and umma and where is Baekhyun?" She asked.

We all looked at each other.

"Your parents are coming later." Eunji said.

"What happened to her?" Kai asked me.

"I'll tell you guys later." I said.

"Jaekyung can you remember us?" They asked.

"Neh. You are jongdae,jongin,sehun,junmyeon,kris,luhan,yixing,kyungsoo,Zitao,Minseok." She said pointing respectively to them. What? She remembers them but not me?

"Jaekyung noona what is the date today?" Sehun asked.

"Erm..25 February 2012!" She said happily. It was exactly 2 years ago. Before Baekhyun left and before i transferred to their school. Oh no Jaekyung no.

"What happened to me? Where's Baekhyun?i remember being in a park with him." She said. I had no choice but to take out my phone and called

Baekhyun.

"Yobseyeo?" He answered.

"Baekhyun ah. Can you come over?Jaekyung wants to see you."I said while sighing. He told me to wait and he'll go over. I hung up.

"Jaekyung ah. Baekhyun said he'll be here in a few minutes." I told her.

"Who...who are you?" She asked.

"I..er..."

"He's Baekhyun's friend." Kris hyung lied to her. She nodded.

"Annyeonghaeseyeo. Your name?" She asked.

"I'm Chanyeol nice to meet you." I said,trying my best to smile.

"Erm..i have to go now. Bye Jaekyung i'll see you someday." I said and walked out.

"Chanyeol wait!" Kris hyung called out to me.

I stopped and turned around.

"You are the only one who knows what happened and how to help Jaekyung. You are just walking away like that?" He asked.

"Hyung. Even if i know what's wrong,she doesn't remember me! How am i supposed to help her?" I asked him back trying to hod my tears. Don't cry park Chanyeol.

"It's possible if you stay by her side and help her recall everything!" He said.

"....."

"Chanyeol,i bet you also don't want to see Jaekyung like that  right? Then help her." He said and patted my shoulder. I nodded and sighed. He walked back to the ward.

"Pabo. Chanyeol pabo!" I punched the wall.

"Chanyeol where's Jaekyung?" Baekhyun asked me. I didn't realised he was here.

"She's in there." I pointed to the ward without looking at him.

Baekhyun's POV

Chanyeol is angry. I can tell. He pointed to the ward Jaekyung was in and i rushed in.

"Baekhyun!" She shouted and i went to her. She hugged me.

I was shocked.

"What happened to me? Wasn't we at the park just now?" She asked.
Park? What park?

"You confessed to me and then...arghhh." she shouted and held onto her head.

"Jaekyung!" I shouted and sat on the chair. She held her head.

"Arghh..baekhyun it hurts!" She shouted and i comfort her.

"Jaekyung it's okay i'm here." I said and she slowly took her hands off. I heaves a sigh of relief. What happened to her? I hugged Jaekyung and she hugged back. Do i still like her ? Do i love you Jaekyung?

We went out of the ward and we asked chanyeol to tell us what happened.

"She lost her memory and she can only remember the things that happened two years ago. The day I transferred to the school and the day baekhyun confessed to Jaekyung." Chanyeol said,sighing. I stepped back. What?

"The doctor ask me to pay more attention to her and help her remember the memories. But i think..Baekhyun would be the best to help her."He said.

I was shocked.

"But.." i said.

"But you have a girlfriend." Tao said.

"Tao shuddup!" Xiumin hyung said to him.

He kept quiet.

"Okay then. I will help Jaekyung." I said,sighing.

"Thank you Baekhyun." Chanyeol said patting my shoulder.

I walked into the ward.

"Jaekyung." I said.

"Baekhyun what exactly happen to me? Today is 25 february 2014 not 2012..." she said and started crying.

"Hey don't cry i'm here." I said and cupped her cheeks.

"Can you tell me what happened?" She said,choking on her tears.

"Right now,you don't have to worry about what's,happening to you. Just focus on recovering and getting back your memory."

She sighed and nodded.

"Go to sleep Jaekyung." I said and she lied down. I pulled the blanket over and tucked her in.

I wanted to leave but she grabbed my hands.

"Don't..don't go..i'm afraid." She muttered.

It was late at night. Oh yeah..i forgot that she was afraid of the dark. Her room have alot of lights.

"Arrasso,i won't go." I held her hand and sat beside her bed. I on the light beside her bed and hummed her to sleep. Soon,she fell asleep and i left quietly.

"I'll be back soon Jaekyung. Don't worry."I went to the cafeteria to get a cup of coffee. I went down and saw EXO sitting at a table. They all looked down.

"Hey Baekhyun come and join us." Junmyeon hyung said and i walked over with my coffee.

"How's Jaekyung noona Baekhyun hyung?" Sehun asked.

"She's fine. She just fell asleep." I told them and they sighed in relief. Chanyeol was the most worried one.

"Why don't you go up and see her? " I asked Chanyeol.

"Ani...she's sleeping." Chanyeol said and i sighed.

"You guys must be tired. Go back home. I'll take care of Jaekyung." I told them.

"You sure you can manage on your own?" Luhan hyung asked me. I nodded my head.

They left and Minseok hyung patted my shoulder.

"Erm..Baekhyun can i talk to you?" Chanyeol asked me and i nodded and gave him a slight smile.

We sat down.

"Look,i'm sorry for just now.I was just too worried and about your girlfriend,do she knows about your past relationship with Jaekyung?" He asked.

I shook my head.

"Are you going to tell her?" He asked.

"I..I don't know." I said.

"Tell her Baek. I bet she'll understand. If you don't tell her,this will cause to misunderstanding." He said. He got a point. I should tell her.

"Yeah i should. Thanks Chanyeol." I said.

"No problem." He showed me his smile and left. He left.

"Chanyeol wait!" I said.

"Yes?" He turned around.

"Friends?" I asked.

"Nope." He said. I was shock and sad.

"We are bestfriends Baekhyun and nothing would change that."

"Jinja?" I asked.

He nodded his head and we bro fist each other.

"Gomawo Chanyeol ah." I said.

"Don't be. Jaekyung needs you so go up now." He said and i nodded my head. I went up.

Chanyeol's POV

Jaekyung be happy with him. I love you. I don't wish to see you unhappy. Erase me from your life. The time i spent with you was more than enough.
