I. ABOUT THIS PROJECT :

The UNIQUE Project is a collaborative program that connects graphics editors to online authors.

With new reading tools, such as Wattpad, Tapas, Radish, reading experience starts to shift toward multi-media story-telling and away from the traditional way. Good graphics are now viewed as a part of the story and can be a make-or-break deal for many readers.

We aim to help undiscovered authors have access to better quality, uniform and create trademark graphic. In short, we're here to develop your author's brand image and market your books out there.

II. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT FOR YOU?

To write a story, and to write a good one, isn't a one-man journey.

UNIQUE Project is one of our latest launches that carter toward helping writers achieve their goals, their way.

One of the reasons we created the UNIQUE Project is enhancing the story-telling techniques. Many authors would like to incorporate multi-media aspects into the books and tell chilling tales using rule-breaking ways, however, most lack the resources to do so. We would like to have writers and graphics editors help each other to make a great story. Our graphics editor's team will be by you the writer, aiding you on the journey to reach your dreamland.

RovenmidTeam is growing rapidly. We work hard to support your writer's dream. We are a group of Vietnamese and English authors, graphics editors and reviewers that want to be for you, by you, with you.

III. WHO ARE THESE FOR?

This program is open to all authors.

We accepted English books, and Vietnamese books are more than welcome

We only accept Completed works, or nearly-finished drafts (meaning your book is about 50% done).

IV. SERVICE OFFERING

To ensure quality, we'll only be collaborating with you on one single book at the time.

We'll be offering:

1. Two version of your book cover. Feel free to come back and tell us to stick the sticker into your cover. We are really happy to see you gained that!

2. Banners (headlines) for your book. We will be doing all of the chapters with one format for a unified look.

3. Five moodboards for five characters of your choice.

4. A maximum of five typographic quotes. You can add incorporate these quotes in your chapter(s) for aesthetic purpose, or you can share it on social media and attract reads to your book.

5. An avatar included the book's name to promote the book.

6. A shout-out from the @RovenmidTeam account.

7. Your story will be added to our public reading list, "UNIQUE PROJECT"

8. One mini-review, approximately 1000-words.

9. Chances to get featured on our future projects.

This is our standard package. However, if there are parts where you are not interested in having or using, please specify while we're drafting up our contract.

If we deliver the products and you don't use them, you'll get a charge (which we will talk later on while talking over your book). This is due to the concerning of our time and effort put into these graphics.

V. REQUIRED

1. Use all the graphics for at least a month. It will take us a lot of time and effort to finish one graphic. The pride of seeing our works up somewhere, being put into use, is truly a rewarding feeling.

2. No rushing. We have a life outside of Wattpad.

3. Write at the summary part of your story: "All the artworks are made as part of Project Unique of RovenmidTeam"

4. Only Published Books are eligible for this Project. If you only want the cover, take a look at our shop instead.

5. We make the preview, you do the payment and we give you the HQ link.

6. No shop-hopping. You will get blocked if you do.

VI. NOTES

1. Not all applications will be accepted.

2. Fanfic, oneshot, shortfic,... are accepted. All of the translation or version changing will be declined.

VI. THE AUCTION SIGN-UP

You need to comment in the next English chapter to join the auction.

We will open an auction after receiving 10 orders, approximately 3 weeks since the Project is announced. If it takes longer more than that to have a desirable amount of order, we sincerely apologize. However, don't worry, the Auction will take definitely take place before Christmas.

If you've never done an auction before, here's the basic: The host will unveil a prize (which is a spot at the UNIQUE Project) and the host will also announce the starting price (which is the minimum payment you must pay up to get the prize). People will start raising the price, adding more clauses and etc., until it's reached a point where no other can pay up that high.

Traditionally, the one with the highest offer wins. But, our team had decided that would be unfair. Thus, we agreed that we get to choose which project we would like to work on. Meaning even if a participant can't offer too much, but her book has potential, we will pick her. Meaning, those who offer the highest price don't necessarily win.

However, of course, an auction is an auction. There is a better chance for you if you offer a higher price.

VII. STARTER PRICE

1. Follow our team and the graphics editors team.

2. Fill in the CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK form (Link: https://goo.gl/forms/lQNxe7qzGenNRqDv2) once you received all your graphics.

3. Do a shout-out to our team and our service or the UNIQUE Project on your profile.

4. Add this book to your reading list.

Those payment up there are the started price. We will make a chapter for people to auction and tag everybody has signed up in this form (probably once every 10 people). More pieces of information about the auction will be updated later.

If you're chosen, we will contact you.

We'll then discuss your style, your preference, your vision for the graphics, your and our expectations of each other, as well as the timeline and due dates. Please spend sometimes during the day so we can talk (the more information you give us, the better outcome we give you).
