Savant is a smaller organization founded by master Musouka, the organization has 24 members and all of them are natural prodigy. Different from the ORDER with combat and scouting, Savant are researchers and interrogators and assassins. They got the last order from master Musouka before he disappear is to remain calm and waiting until the next order. Their base is seem to be a library in the outskirt, not any member of WORLD dare to intrude this structure not only because it is indestructable but also the moment anyone enter the library, a layer of cognition filter is used this cause the bookcases shifting places and the staircases acting like rabbit changing their places around the room.

Each category of book in this library placed on many floor, the library have total 11 floors, every floor have a circle structure to prevent any marking or tracing back. Each floor also have different layout of bookcases, the bookcases also help with the maze, the layout and the color of each floor is almost hypnotizing. Trapped in this library is nothing more than a prison, there is no way to escape but there is no decomposed corpse in the library, the temperature is low enough to stop the bacteria. Being crystalized to be exact.

"Nomad Library, to be witness is equal to thousand to be told, so this is the famous 300 years old library. Influence to education and techological development is known to all Altoris, special treatment to all the guest is to wait at the lobby and choose their book. Wandering inside the library is forbidden."

Stepping inside the library is a different thing, the outside is cold but inside the library is much colder, the preservation of the book must be extremely careful, every book in this library can cost people's lives. The librarian is seem to be two children, the name tags on their chests, the girl's name is Vanir and the boy's name is Xenir. Even work as librarian but they are armed with sword and pistol, it is understandable if this is grandfather's teaching.

"I am Vanir and this is my brother Xenir, welcome to the Nomad Library dear guest. You seem to have access lv 7, would you like to borrow the book or access to the inner library ?"

"Borrow book is nice but it seem like i would like to browse for my own book."

"You have our permission but we won't assist any further from this point. Any dreadful result, we also not allowed to interfere."

"Don't worry, i won't fail and you two speak speak in unison that is so cute, here have some candy, i made them myself."

"Sweet... here Vanir you should eat first."

"Thank you big brother."

Enough of interuption, the Nomad library strcuture open before my eye, a grand staircase in the middle of the library not like any description before. Maybe the cognition filter is weaken by the access level or the nature magic talent but the library staircase remain stasis in the center, the grand staircase design look like it came out of a waterfall. From the central staircase is small path connect to each floor, the water from the waterfall seem to flow into the garden in the reception in the first floor. This look like grandfather's gift for the library, a garden can live in cold atmosphere.

"Art, Social Science, Technologies, Art, Natural Science, Language,... so much knowledge and not so much time to learn them all. But what can lead to the Savant... the Savant, those who aflicted with the knowledge of everything, Grandfather used to say Genius looking the world with half of an eye, they prefer to stay higer than normal human. The top floor."

"Sorry my guest, the top floor is only avaiable to special class."

"Children these day are so bold and murderous aren't they ? But my principle is never harm children and like they always, like grandfather, like grandchild. Such sweet children but i'm sorry, this is my grandfather's will, to return and cleanse this world."

The top floor have a lot bookcases but also another garden, the atmosphere up here is also much more refreshing and warmer, the bookcases is here is seem to be enchanted so they can be everlasting. The top floor of the library is surging with magical power, it is the fact that no place else in Altoris have magic except this place.

"The higher the stand, the harder they fall. Top floor is an entrance, the water and the light with the cognition filter create illusion but that waterfall prove everything. Just simply smoke and mirror can't trick my dream eye."

The grand staircase has two side, they rotating each other and the entry of the second one only appear when a person reach the top floor. The higher they are, the harder they fall and where they fall maybe not too bad, rather than the top floor, there is no other way to enter the second staircase. Different from the staircase to the top floor which made out of granite, the staircase to the location seem like the basement is made out of wood, there is light on the way down so it is not too bad. At the end of the staircase is a large wooden door, a lot of patern is used on this door but the patern showed to be the most obivious, a rose stand for grandfather's guardian - Rosaria.

"The trial is hard but it is not too bad, now the true library lie the most precious treasure of our ORDER, the savant. So are we tie now Zehir ?"

"Using my name to deceive my two lovely LAmbda, it seem like the salvatore's leader really show his ability to rival other prodigies."

"Don't be bitter like that, you know i never hurt children so well, i won this time."

"Just this time. Well, what is my manner, come in."

The door open and behind the door is a golden palace, bookcases filled the room but organized in a graceful way. There is a set of table and sofa combine with the light make the place really comfy, inside the room is also other member not only Zehir, other members like gamma, beta and iota in the room as well. 

"The boss is here everyone."

"Not really the boss yet. Compare to grandfather i am mere dust below the great mountain, but for now until we can discover the truth about my grandfather, Zehir will keep his place as the commander. As for me, i will stay as the advisor, after all that is my choice since the begining after all."

"Vanir, Xenir any guest slipping any secret, i heard people in the city usually speak a lot of important detail without know it is important."

"Nothing important today except the fact you enter by the entrance and give us sweet."

"I guess strange thing happen sometime, there is a chance for that for happen too. So anything else ?"

"No, that is the only thing out of ordinary, there is no other strange movement from WORLD, our suggestion is WORLD is cautious, they takes two failures at the same time with the main force - the corrupted twelve princes while most of their forces is defeated in our raid not long ago."

"So one less organization to be worried about, any other threat coming toward our organization ?"

"In few other organization, most of them don't know about us but it seem like Oroshi clan is hostile toward us."

"What do you think Higeki ?"

"Oroshi clan, let me remember. Calling them come from a royal family i said not, they are much more like mafia, their way to make earning is simple, they extort high ranking member of WORLD for profit. Not exactly something need to be worried about."

"What about your opinion, beta ?"

"I don't think much about action until the last second, but i will think and act at the time it needed."

"Well, he did say and we all know your thought and your motion happen at the same time, some think that is instinctbut they never know you are the legend moving thought."

"Normal people wouldn't understand but isn't that the same with you, conductor of posibility and chances, even how hard you work, how much action you take, you never can defeat luck."

"Delta still not finish his mission yet so we don't have any imformation or any other choices but to wait for his report. I just hope this time delta taking care of everything with less noise and illustration or Gamma have to be the one who do the cleaning up thing."

"I'm not his baby sitter just for you know, but i guess if no one can do it then i have to, i wonder why master Musouka decide to recuit him in the first place. Acting nothing more than a showman."

Gamma is a boy little bit older than Zehir with white hair and a black coat, compare to delta, Gamma combat ability is less illustrative and focus more about finishing target before they can even speak. About knowledge he can rival with beta but not as fast as beta, savant organization is not only focus in knowledge but other abilities and most of all, the will of themselves is important, envy and pride is the root of all sins.

"I believe Delta won't screw up this time."

"If anyone can believe in the best, only you can Iota but my intuition tell me delta will screw everything up and gamma have to clean them up after that."

"And if anyone can believe in the worst situation that is you Epsilon."

"Anything can go downhill."

Later on, the door open and Delta walk inside, but this time he seem to failed the mission, a wound on the forehead, cuts on hand and leg. Overconfident can lead to careless and from that moment everything can turn sour, the wound are not major but the Oroshi clan know savant have their eyes on them. Delta's carelessness can be a dangerous but it is also can be a chance for Oroshi clan to raise their morale and allow savant to prepare for a plan to counter attack them.

"Don't worry about Delta's wound, using magic should recover faster than using Altoris's medicine. Zehir, the rest of savant and you should prepare for the attack come from Oroshi clan."

"Alright then, everyone let's go, we should left everything here for Higeki."

"Alright, let see if our bond is strong enough to overcome the distance of dimension. Spiritual magic - Rite of longevity."

The water drop start to appear in the air, they form a water cocoon, slowly recover every wound for anyone in that cocoon. It seem like my connection that i have with Tomoe can't be interfere by time and space, or maybe the form of magic i used carry his rule. It doesn't matter, so the post-apocalypse world with many small organization, WORLD, for the benefit of Altoris and the good of mankind conquer other dimension to plunder themselves. ORDER, keeper of balance opposite to WORLD think Altoris can be improved and there is no need for plundering other dimension. Other small organization only started to rise after the fall of ORDER and WORLD's influence is not as strong as before.

"So they started their own movement, the choir is descending into discordance because everyone want to be the conductor themselves. There is no reason to restore harmony but the hope for this dimension still here, savant will be those who lead this world."

"Now... that's high... hope for... us."

"So you still retain your conciousness Delta, it seem like everyone have to clean up the mess you made this time."

So the first movement begin, the conductors will tries to control the choir again but the musician will always create new masterpiece. Now my target again, making the savant become rulers and finding the great leader of ORDER again. You can reshape my mind, reshape my friends WORLD but you can't reshape my will, a report came from Xenir and Vanir from the ground floor of the library. This is expected so what should be our first move, Nomad book club.

"The messenger of Oroshi clan is here." (Xenir)

"Alright then, if a guest coming to the library treat them as normal guest. Gamma, Iota, Epsilon i think this time is perfect for your appearances." (Zehir)

"Don't worry Delta, i will revenge for you." (Epsilon)

"Ease your mind Epsilon, we will have our chance for now, please take care of our friend, master Higeki." (Gamma)

"Don't worry, he will be fine in my care."

"For the current condition of Delta, Rho i entrust the duty of the eyes on you, our target is Jyllad wanderer. Xehir and Vanir get the imformation about them. Your field assisstance will be Mu and Nu. The movement director will be Sigma, Jyllad wanderer is extremely dangerous, do not let them know who you are and retreat when they started to notice. Your thought on this Zehir ?" (Beta.)

"The chance to fail this mission is 0%, i agree with your decision, for your equipment, Phi, i entrust you with that duty." (Zehir.)

"I won't fail." (Rho)

"We will do our best to assist you Rho." (Mu, Nu)

"Alright then, if you need me i will be in mission control room." (Sigma)

Rho is seem to be the oldest in the savant, Mu and Nu is different, like Vanir and Xehir they are twin and seem to be better than Xehir and Vanir in combat ability. Sigma is a young girl, her personality is seem to be kind of a young idol, cheerful but behind that mask, no one know. While Gamma group heading toward the ground floor, Rho started their movement toward the South. So the first note begin, the main room is not crowded anymore, Alpha and Beta is watching Gamma group, i am treating Delta and other member have their own job. For now i will trust Gamma's group but anything wrong, Dream eye can save them a little bit of time. The best decision is making allies with Oroshi clan, one less enemies is better than nothing.
