Q: Can you tell us your full name and one random fact about you? Introduce yourself.

A: Uhmm...
My name is Khadija Adamu.
Random fact 🌚 I have ten fingers.

Q: What inspired your pen name?

A: My pen name 😂 There was this comedy skit where they called a cheating man sneaky cougar. So after more than two hours looking for a suitable pen name I went with that.

Q: How proud are you to have made it this far? Do you have any regrets? Or are you satisfied with your achievements in the Competition?

A: Honestly, I'm really proud of myself because I can go anywhere and say I came 4th in project pen. I am satisfied with my achievements but I do have regrets. I regret writing on the day we were to submit.

Q: When you started off in Project Pen, did you see yourself making it into Top 5 as a Hall of fame Pen Master? How did it make you feel knowing it actually happened and now your name will be recorded in the History Books of Project Pen?

A: No, definitely not. I'm a pessimist so I saw myself getting evicted the first stage. I'm happy and I don't underestimate my writing that much.

Q: Were you disappointed by your Eviction?

A: When I finished writing, I knew I'll be evicted and when I saw the reviews about my work confusing all the contestants, I knew there was no going back. But I was a bit disappointed despite seeing it coming.

Q: What were the moments in the House, when the five Hall of fame pen masters were anticipating the Eviction Night?

A: The GC was quiet. Nobody talked.

Q: And what were your last moments in the House, after the Eviction?

A: I immediately left the house after getting evicted.

Q: Shout out to any of the finalists still in the Project Pen House?

A: Shout out to all of them. They all deserve to be the finalists.

A: I’m Adejoke “Zoë” Chukwudera Adekunle Alagba😂
A random fact… idek mehn😂 I love pineapples and watermelons?😂 and I hate Soursop(the fruit😭)

I’m a poet, a writer’s kindred spirit. While we both share the enchantment of language, my canvas is the heart, while theirs is the world.
I was privileged to roleplay as a writer for three months plus, and it was nothing short of beautiful❤️

Q: What inspired your pen name?

A: It’s honestly nothing special lol. It’s just my “English” name. “Zoë” means life in Greek😚

Q: How proud are you to have made it this far? Do you have any regrets? Or are you satisfied with your achievements in the Competition?

A: Honestly, I’m proud PROUD!😂
Top 5?
When I entered this contest, I honestly just wanted a means to an end😂, something to keep me busy at the time. Fast forward to a few weeks after I got in, I wanted out so bad because life was happening to me FAST!😂
I have no regrets anyways.
Again, project pen was my first prose attempt and I’m super satisfied with the fact that I was able to learn so much, and in so little time❤️

A: Loooooooooool😂 I didn’t see myself getting past the first eviction😂
I mean, it’ll be cool to be able to refer to Project pen’s hallowed scrolls as a hallmark in my prose😂❤️

Q: Were you disappointed by your Eviction?

A: At all😂
(Tiny secret? I would’ve stepped down for one of the other pen masters if I had made it past this stage because things are going on with me. Good things dw😂❤️)

Q: What were the moments in the House, when the five Hall of fame pen masters were anticipating the Eviction Night?

A: It was quite quiet in the Project Pen house in the last week or two. It had been like that since a bunch of the other contestants left anyways. Star, Nutcracker, Maetah_ah, Bema, Mara… and all of my other babies😭 We really felt their absence🫠

Q: And what were your last moments in the House, after the Eviction?

A: I left immediately😭 I dropped a little congratulatory and motivational-ish message and dipped😂

A: Aurelius, I’m super proud of you for getting this far. You deserve it a 100 times over❤️

Delphinium, you’re a badass author and I really hope you could teach me a thing or two if I choose to go forward with this prose thing😂❤️
