Spread a Smile

When you're fed up of someone, you ignore,

You never know maybe, maybe today,

That someone needed you the most!

Now he/she will hate you for sure,

When you can't understand something, you avoid,

Not realizing that avoidance would not lead you anywhere,

That something will come right back at you,

From any nook and corner,

It's so easy to hate, so easy to abondon,

But for once, try to be dependent,

Dependent on the smile that reciprocates,

When you give one to a stranger,

One day if you decide to help someone,

For no freaking reason,

You will see, you will know,

The kindness will come, right back to you.

Sometimes I am just at awe,

How people can be so sweet and kind,

And other times, I can't seem to understand,

How cruel can someone be, to a child,

But I believe it, I just have this faith,

That God has created us alike,

If I can think of being kind,

So can a murderer or the meanest man,

When rage arises, your mind is clouded,

That's when you do, the worst of sins,

It might not seem much to you,

But it could build a hole within,

The more bad you spread around,

The more you go away, from your human self,

The more you try to be someone else,

The more you will end up, hating yourself,

I think I know, I think I figured,

The worst of men, hates themselves,

Thinking there's nothing more,

This is all that's meant for them,

So try to smile to the creepiest men,

'Cause they might not be creepy at all,

Try to smile at the angelic look,

Even if they are the worst of all,

'Cause every one deserves a chance,

Everyone deserves to smile,

Talk to a stranger, make their day,

'Cause somehow that would make your day....
