Subject: Project Midnight.

To our beloved Leaders,

The time has come. We have been fighting this war for years and neither side has made much progress, but we cannot allow the Unity to win. We cannot allow for them to destroy everything we have worked for.

As I said before, the time has come for Project Midnight. I am aware that the Flame abandoned this movement years ago, deeming it too dangerous and expensive to be profitable to our cause. I know that the accident happened three years ago now and it may already be too late. I am also aware that, if it goes wrong, we might well be in a worse off position.

But I ask you, what if we're not too late? What if we succeed? We'd be looking at the war from a very different angle. We'd be looking at a war which will end with the right side winning. With Project Midnight, we would free the world not just for ourselves but for every other soul that has suffered and been oppressed.

Their telepathic and telekinetic powers could make them the most successful spies and assassins in human history. No one would be able to stop them, and so no one would be able to stop us, The Flame, from saving this country.

I implore you to utilise Project Midnight, because at this current time, I fear we have no other cards to play.

I hope you will consider this. For sake of the Flame, I am begging to consider this.
