"You have betrayed your people, your home, and your own family. You've caused this war...and all because of a little human girl" Taruto growled. Matsuri was on her knees completely naked in a dark dungeon with chains that kept her immobile. She looked down and clenched her fists tightly

"Do you have anything to say for yourself?" Taruto asked
"...s-sorry..." Matsuri mumbled
"What was that? Speak up!" Taruto said. Matsuri trembled as she teared up
"I-I'm sorry..." Matsuri said as she tried to speak up
"Sorry? Haha...you're sorry? Tell that to your mother" Taruto hissed. Matsuri trembled and looked at her mother's body in front of her
"I-I'm sorry...m-mama" Matsuri cried softly
"Look what you've done. Your mother is dead...because of you. I can't believe it. You were the best vampire. You had our powers. You were going to become an amazing Queen one day and marry the most powerful vampire so you could make our family proud" Taruto said and looked at his guards giving them a nod. Matsuri's eyes widen and cried out in pain as they attacked her. She panted heavily and coughed blood

"Unbelievable...you attacked one of our most powerful allies. When I heard the Kamenashi getting attacked by some vampire, I sent out our best fighters looking for that traitor. My own daughter the traitor...do you know how bad that is? It'll ruin my reputation and relationship with the other kingdoms. Worst of all...the humans have started hunting for us. They're now training harder than ever. You've killed us all..." Taruto said
"I-I didn't mean to...I-I was only protecting th-that girl...she needed me..." Matsuri said
"That girl is a human...you should've killed her. She looks weak and pathetic..." Taruto said. Matsuri clenched her fists tightly and gritted her teeth
"Shut up! Don't talk about Mitsuko like that!" Matsuri shouted. Taruto sighed and the guards attacked Matsuri
"AAAAAH!" Matsuri cried in pain and trembled
S-so much...pain...i-it hurts...it hurts...
"I should've taken their advice and focus on my power...instead of protecting the weaklings" Taruto said
"Wh-what?" Matsuri asked as she lifted her head up
"It was never my idea to help these poor vampires. It's not my fault they were borned weak. All weaklings deserve to die...there is no need for weaklings in our world. They'll just hold us back..." Taruto said and growled
"Your mother was a strong vampire with an amazing power but...she cared for weaklings. She wanted to help those in need and I had no choice but to go along with her plan. We've argued for years...but when you were born. There was hope. I thought by training you hard enough, you could've been a great leader. A perfect Queen for the future of our world...but it seems you have that stupid caring side just like your mother had. You were...almost perfect" Taruto said
"Grrrr...you only care about power? You don't care about anything else! Why did mother have to marry you!? ARRRGGGHHH!" Matsuri cried in pain as the guards attacked her once again
"I do care, Matsuri. I care for our people. Weaklings should be eliminated from this world...starting today" Taruto said. Suddenly the two Mizusawas appeared as they pushed through the guards
"Uncle! This is bullshit!" Nitski shouted
"Let her go! She didn't do anything wrong!" Juhin said. Taruto glared at the two Mizusawas and chuckled softly
"You two were amazing as well. You two despised humans so much. If you knew Matsuri kept a human in her room then why didn't you say anything...or do anything?" Taruto asked
"Because not all humans are terrible!" Juhin said
"Yeah! After meeting Mitsuko, our perspective towards humans have changed! We fear them and they fear us. Sure we attack humans but maybe there is another way for all of us to live in peace without fearing each other" Nitski said. The dungeon stayed silent until Taruto broke the silence with a hysterical laugh
"Peace between vampires and humans!? What an outrageous idea! Haha! You three are so fucking hilarious! What a stupid and messed up idea..." Taruto growled. The two guards grabbed Nitski and Juhin forcing them to kneel down
"D-don't hurt them! Please!" Matsuri said as she struggled to stand up
"Hm? How caring..." Taruto said
"Pl-please...don't hurt them. I-it's not their fault. I'm the one to blame...I-I caused this mess. They did nothing..." Matsuri said
"M-matsuri! You don't have-"
"Let them go! Just beat me up! It's all my fault!" Matsuri shouted
"Mats-"
"Shut up! You two fucking leave!" Matsuri said
"Hehe...let them go" Taruto said. The guards released the two Mizusawas but Nitski attacked the guard
"Enough! Just fucking leave me! Damnit! Can't you fucking listen! Leave!" Matsuri shouted. Nitski clenched her fists tightly as tears built up in her eyes
I-I promised..t-to protect you...I-I can't...
"Th-that...promise..." Nitski mumbled
Flashback
"W-wait for me!" The little vampire said as she ran after her two cousins
"Come on Matsuri-chan!" Juhin said
"You can do it!" Nitski giggled. Matsuri only tried to keep up with her cousins and tried to catch them. Nitski giggled and stopped on her tracks
"Y-you guys a-are way too fast..." Matsuri said and panted heavily. She groaned and fell to the ground
"Oh come on now. Are you exhausted?" Nitski asked as she looked down at her and giggled
"M-maybe..." Matsuri said and held her hands out. Nitski grabbed her hands and helped her up. Matsuri stood up and leaned against Nitski
"My legs are hurting..." Matsuri groaned
"Hehe you little baby" Nitski said and carried her. Matsuri held onto her and whimpered
"Can I be as great as you two? You're always fighting and not giving up...I wanna do that. I want to be cool and strong like you two...you are amazing" Matsuri said
"Hehe I know I am" Nitski giggled
"Hey! She isn't talking about you!" Juhin said
"I know. You're amazing too" Nitski said
"Can I be strong like you two? Please? I want to fight" Matsuri said
"When you're older okay? Right now you're still young and little" Nitski said
"I-I'm not that little..." Matsuri said and pouted
"Hehe you're our little baby. We will protect you" Nitski said and stroked her hair softly
"You'll get strong once you grow up" Juhin said and patted her head softly. Matsuri only pouted at them and sighed
"Okay b-but I want to be cool and amazing l-like you two!" Matsuri said
End Of Flashback
"Fucking leave!" Matsuri shouted
"Take them away" Taruto said. The guards grabbed Nitski and Juhin as they took them away
"N-no! Wait!" Nitski shouted as tears rolled down her cheeks
"Don't kill her!" Juhin shouted. The shouts soon faded and Matsuri looked down as the blood dripped from her mouth
"You'll be forever stuck in here and rot in this dungeon. I was really hoping that you would become a great Queen one day..." Taruto paused as his eyes glowed
"But you turned out to be a fucking traitor to everyone...and now you will suffer the consequences" Taruto said. Matsuri trembled as she looked at him
"I'll kill you..." Matsuri growled
"Not if I kill you first..." Taruto said and signalled the guards to attack Matsuri
"AAAAAAAAH!" Matsuri shouted

The young little girl slowly opened her eyes trembling slightly. She blinked a few times and stared at the ceiling
"M-matsuri..." Mitsuko mumbled and sat up
"Oh my god! She's alive! My baby is alive!" Soha cried and hugged her daughter
"M-mama?" Mitsuko asked as she trembled
I-I'm...home? Wh-why?
"It's a miracle! Call the doctor! Immediately!" Hojo said as he ordered his servant
"Onee-chan!" Her little sister cried and hugged her
"H-harumi? M-mom? D-dad? I'm h-home?" Mitsuko asked
"Yes! You're finally home!" Soha said as she cried and kissed her daughter's head then held her again
"We were worried sick...I-I almost thought we l-lost you" Hojo said and joined in to hug his daughter
"Wh-where...was I?" Mitsuko asked as she trembled
"You were found in the forest. That vampire attacked you but you were lucky that you survived the attack" Hojo said
"V-vampire?" Mitsuko asked
"But we promise that won't happen ever again! You are safe now, Mitsuko" Soha said and smiled as tears rolled down her cheeks
"O-onee-chan..." Harumin cried as she hugged her tightly
"I-its okay. I-I'm right here...little sis" Mitsuko said and stroked her hair softly
"I'm so happy you're back!" Soha cried and kept holding her daughter closely. Tears built up in Mitsuko's eyes and cried. Her heart began to ache and couldn't help but cry. She held onto her mother for comfort but the aching feeling wouldn't stop. It kept aching and aching non stop. She buried her face on her mother's chest and cried
M-matsuri...I m-miss her...
After getting checked by the doctor, Mitsuko was now resting in her room. Her mother held her hand and kissed her head softly
"M-mama..." Mitsuko said
"Yes sweetie?" Soha asked
"U-uhm...please don't t-tell papa but...I-I have a friend" Mitsuko said
"Hm? A friend?" Soha asked
"Sh-she helped me and t-took care of m-me...sh-she saved me..." Mitsuko said and clenched the covers tightly
"Mitsuko?" Soha asked
"A-and...I want...t-to see her again" Mitsuko said and whimpered softly
"You made a friend? Who is she?" Soha asked and stroked her hair softly. Mitsuko gulped and took a deep breathe
"I-it's...a vampire" Mitsuko said. Soha's eyes widen and looked at her in shock
D-did I hear that right?
"A-a vampire?" Soha asked
"Y-yes. She s-saved me from th-the bullies" Mitsuko said
"I-I see..." Soha said slightly nervous
"C-can I see her again? Sh-she doesn't know wh-where I am...and sh-she promised to b-be with me" Mitsuko said
"Mitsuko...she must've been lying" Soha said
"Wh-what?" Mitsuko asked as she trembled
L-lying...n-no...
"She was lying, Mitsuko. She was probably the one who attacked you" Soha said
"N-no! Matsuri saved me! She protected me! She promised!" Mitsuko said as tears built up in her eyes
"Mitsuko those vampires are monsters. They've harmed and attacked us before" Soha said
"B-but Matsuri is not like that! Sh-she said she loved me!" Mitsuko said
"Mitsuko...you're still a little kid. You still don't understand how dangerous vampires are. They use you and harm you" Soha said
"B-but mama...sh-she...she isn't b-bad...or scary" Mitsuko said weakly and trembled
"When you grow up then you'll understand. Right now you're safe and back home. It's best if you don't think about it and rest" Soha said and kissed her head softly. She stood up and walked to the door
"Goodnight Mitsuko. I love you" Soha said as she smiled. Mitsuko laid down on the bed not replying to her mother. Soha's smiled faded and stepped out of the room closing the door. Mitsuko cried softly and clenched her chest tightly
"I-it hurts...Onee-chan...i-it hurts..." Mitsuko cried and touched her bandaged neck. Her eyes shut tightly and sat up. She got out of the bed and ran to the window. She looked up seeing the stars and cried as she fell on her knees. Mitsuko covered her eyes as she wiped her tears
"Y-you promised..." Mitsuko whimpered and clenched her chest tightly
"I-it hurts...b-bad..." Mitsuko said and hugged herself
"Mitsuko...your body and heart belong to me now. I've...claimed you"
"We will be together forever. Everything will be okay...just please remember that I will be in your heart"
"I promise..."
Mitsuko clenched her fists tightly and cried as her tears rolled down her cheeks
"I-I miss you..." Mitsuko cried and kept hugging herself. She touched her shoulder and looked at it seeing the bitemark.
"Pl-please come back...y-you promised...you said you were c-coming back. Pl-please don't l-leave me alone Onee-chan...I-I love you. Pl-please...Matsuri...i-it hurts so much" Mitsuko cried
